Locked out of account email & want to cancel subscription

I signed up with a university email address which has since been deleted. 

I have also forgotten my password for creative cloud.

 

No one from adobe will respond to my attempts to contact them.

I really dont want to order a new credit card/paypal account in order to block the debits....
