Is it possible to install Adobe apps for just a single Windows 11 user login?  I have a gaming laptop that I'm looking to install PremierePro on.  I'd like to install the Adobe apps on just a single user login on that laptop so that I don't have all the Adobe background processes running while I'm using the laptop for gaming (i.e., one Windows 11 login for gaming, and another Windows 11 login for editing.) I created a 2nd login for editing and installed PPro and AE while logged into that account.  I then logged back into the gaming account only to discover all the Adobe background proccesses running. Not sure if this would be an option on the Adobe side of things or a Windows setting.  Not even sure it's possible at all.  Thanks in advance!

I am unable to figure out the cloud directory system. I'm running a Mac, I have the latest version of Creative Cloud, but now, I'm trying to figure out how the directory system works, and after a lifetime of intuitive knowledge with Finder, Explorer, and Adobe Bridge, I feel like a kindergartener who doesn't know anything.I can't seem to get back to "sync" after I click on cloud documents. Why aren't my synced files and my cloud documents the same... is there a tutorial on this, or am I just that ignorant?

Let's say I have a synced folder that I have shared with another user. In the event that my hard drive crashed, what would happen to the files on the Creative Cloud? Would they remain in their pre-crash state? And what would happen to the files on the other user's system? Thanks!

Whenever I try to uninstall creative cloud it says that I can't because " You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it." I uninstalled all the other apps but it still says the same thing. I have some adobe apps on other devices, is that the problem? I'm pretty sure I have the uninstaller downloaded but it still won't work. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi. I am using an account from work which I am also allowed to use for my personal use. Can my files be prevented from appearing in the creative cloud system? I noticed sometimes I need to scan a confidential document, and you can still see it on a different computer logged on the same account. I want to work on my laptop logged into the account, but all files stay within my control and privacy.  Is that possible?  Thank you 

For well known reasons I waited more than half a year to update my system from Monterey to Ventura.System -> MacPro 2019 / AMD Radeon Pro 580X 8GB / 48GB 2666MHz DDR4 / 1 TB DiskI'm a professional Designer and Photographer – since more than 2 decades power user of Adobe.Until Friday everything ran soft and smooth under Monterey. After the update I now have a pretty hard time working. Screen glitches when moving windows in the Adobe apps and “outside”. Working in Photoshop is nearly impossible because every simple step takes many seconds.In Google I found nothing and contacting the Adobe support team was a mess.It's pretty frustrating. Does anybody have the same or similar issues?Please reach out. Thanks!

Hello AllEvery others applications work very fine but photoshop and premiere... I tried to install multiple times and in many hard drives, i removed my antivirus, i have deleted my hosts files, reinstall the adobe cloud, i used adobecreativecloudcleanertool.... I really dont know what to o next....if someone got an idea... I'm a student and adobe is giving me hard time, i have my exam to give tomorrow...thanks for having read me and for the help

Bonjour à tous je suis revolté par ADOBE a qui je regle 12€/mois, qui est injoignable et n'est pas capable de fournir une suite logicielle que l'on peut mettre à jour. et qui de surcroit, s'appuie sur la communauté pour que les utilisateurs se debrouillentJe suis sur mac (ventura). j'ai desinstallé reinstallé creative cloud. supprimer "adobe user info" dans le trousseau comme indiqué sur les indicationsje cherche, je ne trouve rien d'autreRIEN NE MARCHE.C'est incroyable d'en arriver la!!!

Just wondering if there is a way to change the account region. I bought it while in Asia but now am back living in the UK. I'm looking to upgrade my cloud storage but it comes up with not being avaible in the old Asia region I used to live in. Can I change or update this in anyway? cheers!

Ever since i upgraded to a 2015 Macbook Pro Retina and installed Adobe CC I started have issues with my fan running at high speed while using apps, so after many trials and conversations with adobe customer care and help desk i managed to work out that if i completely deleted the CEPHtmlEngine files it removed the startup menus and CC libraries panels from all apps so i uninstalled the software then reinstalled of course the issue came back so found that disabling cc sync it actually fixed the fan issues and i was able to use cc libraries but them today while i had indesign and photoshop both running the fan issue arose again until i closed 1 app down, not ideal as sometimes you want to be ale to flick between apps. This issue never happened on my 2012 macbook pro i use to be able to have about 3 apps open at once. Never any fan issues. Any ideas is this is a CEPHtmlEngine bug? Hopefully adobe are aware and are looking into it. Cheers AdobeCC‌

Laut Cloud sind bei mir knapp 30 GB belegt. Ich habe nun sämtliches Material gesichert und da kommen nur 10 GB zusammen.Im Photoshop Forum werde ich gleich eine Frage stellen, die eventuell dazu passt:Ich habe in den Anfängen der Cloud auch damals dort Bilder gespeichert. Irgendwann waren die mit einem Photoshop Update verschwunden - bzw liesen die sich zuerst mit einer aktuellen Photoshop Version gar nicht merh öffnen und waren dann ganz verschwunden  (was micn sehr geärgert hat) Kann es sein, dass diese sich "unsichtbar" noch in der Cloud befinden? Das wäre dann des Rätsels Lösung

My apps panel is showing half of my installed desktop apps as 'available'. On my computer (iMac) I have all of the below installed, (except lightroom), and this is what is shows me - so I don't know if updates are coming through. I don't know how long it has been like this, and I tried troubleshooting using this article https://helpx.adobe.com/au/creative-cloud/kb/apps-panel-reflect-creative-cloud.htmlwhich did nothing.I am on a iMac (Retina 5K, 27 inch, late 2014) running macOS Big Sur.Adobe Creative Cloud version 5.11.0.522.1 Anyone else expereincing this issue or know of a solution? I've had this issue on 2 different remote OSX machines both over VNC and RDP.  The creative cloud app will not show any content (image 1).  Sometimes if I move the box around a little I can see a some of the information (image 2).  This creates an issue with updating products in between upgrades - as updates are not supported on the creative cloud web app.  I had a similar issue with Visual Studio Code and their support team had me update a small like of code in the application and it worked great (they have since fixed).  please help! Tom

I recently had an extremely frustrating and expensive situation dealing with Adobe technical support trying to resolve an issue with Creative Cloud app updates stalling in the Creative Cloud application. The downloads would start and then quickly stall and eventually time out. No problems with downloads from other Adobe sources or with any other apps or companies.   Here are the issues I encountered with Adobe Tech Support.  • Agents that do not listen.  • Repeatedly answering the same questions or providing the same information because of the above issue.  • Agents making repeated outlandish requests, to go out and buy a new cellphone with a new service provider to do a single troubleshooting step.  • Was asked to be available with my computer for 24-48 hours waiting on a return call from a senior agent.  • Arrogant and condescending senior agents.  • Senior agents claimimg 100 mbps internet service is too slow to do update downloads.  • Senior

How do I fix the " CRClient.dll not found" error thrown by AdobePCIBroker.exe - I've got Lightroom installed on the machine

I've been cleaning up my MBP applications some of which are old and no longer in use.   When I check on what Adobe has loaded over the years, there are quite a few "creative cloud" apps in addition to the Adobe products that I use (PS, LRC, Premiere, etc.).    I've attached a list of the apps in question.   Can someone tell me what's in "active" and what is old and can be deleted?   See screenshots attached. Had the Creative Cloud All APps installed for 3+ years. Today I try to use InDesign with an activate Adobe font (I've used the activated font for 3+ years) and it doesn't show up. I try to load my added font in Creative Cloud Desktop and it spins - so far, we are at 2 hours of spin). When I click the "Apps" menu item, I get an immediate "Something Went Wrong/Reload Apps" message, no matter how many times I click it. It worked fine last Friday - now it's Monday and I can't access downloaded fonts or see any of my apps on the CC Desktop. 

This is my first time reporting a bug here.I found out creative cloud desktop app somehow causes windows file explorer to use a cosntant 25% - 30% cpu usage, even when all files are synced, and in some instances makes the file explorer crash. This is happening on a desktop and a laptop, running windows 11 prothis happens as soon as windows started.The only solution I found that works is to end all tasks related to creative cloud in the task manager,  Windows 11 ProVersion 22H2OS Build 22621.1702I hope somebody can help, Flavio Cappelletti.

Procurei atendimento  pelo Chat para tirar dúvidas sobre o valor da cobrança e se algum desconto dos disponíveis no site eram aplicáveis a minha conta. Recebi a resposta do atendente dizendo que o valor que eu pago (mais de R$ 2500 por ano) é "realmente simbólico". O dinheiro que eu e todos os clientes pagam todo mês para ter acesso aos aplicativos foi desconsiderado como se a Adobe estivesse fazendo um favor para nós! O que não é verdade, vocês oferecem um serviço e nos pagamos caro por ele. É revoltante ver que Adobe trata os clientes dessa maneira, fazendo pouco caso do nosso dinheiro. Me senti extremamente desrespeitada.
