Bonjour,J'ai ce message qui s'affiche quand je lance Creative Cloud, impossible d'instaler une application.Je l'ai déja désinstaler plusieur fois et re instaler, mais rien. Pouvez-vous m'aider, merci. 

I have been dealing with this issue since early 2018 (March-ish). I've been able to duplicate this issue on multiple computers on different networks.The Problem:When I resume syncing in Creative Cloud (CC), Windows Explorer (WE) becomes extremely sluggish and slow to respond. Navigating through windows is slow and daunting while sync is going. WE goes through this process of loading folder contents every time I try to navigate to another folder. The quick access bar on the left doesn't even load properly. Icons in folders (even folder icons themselves) do not display correctly. They are just invisible spaces where the icons should be but nothing is there. I have to stop file syncing, quite CC, and restart WE in order for it to be possible to navigate through folders again. I have been forced to let file sync go over night and disable it during the day when I'm trying to work. As you can imagine this is not efficient and I believe the program should not have these issues as working whil

I have 2000 files / 470-GB in my Creative Cloud deleted folder within my 1-TB ACC Drive. Is there a way of just deleting (permanently) all of these files rather than selecting an individual or group selection (100 files) and deleting these files. The reason why I've asked is that I've spent 4 hours and still got another 300 GB to delete. thank you    

Hi,Recently have a problem with any file shred with me from colleagues in my organisation. XD files shared with my say 'Sorry, we can't open this document.' Illustrator files, the app tries to load it but then says 'Can\'t open file The account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file. Contact the owner for more info. Contacted the owner and they are using my legitimate creds.  Any help would be useful. Thanks 

Please provide advice on the inability to sync library files with Adobe Creative Cloud libraries. The CC Library is used by our team; everyone in our company has the same licence; some team members' libraries are properly synced, while others aren't. I've been having this problem since April 2022. Please assist me in solving this.

I don't know of this will gain any traction, but it was just a fleeting thought I had..... It would be wonderful if Adobe bundled their apps in different ways in addition to how they already do it. Like, if you're a photographer, the bundle can be for PhotoShop, LightRoom, maybe one or more. Graphic Design could have Illustrator, InDesign. Like, maybe separate bundles based on how it will be used. Because some people can't afford to pay $60 a month (or even $40 for what it's on sale for now) for the whole bundle, but still want to practice their passion, but if they only wanted InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, it would be more expensive than to have the whole pack. Maybe if enough people have this same thought, it could be something. Depends on what Adobe essentially wants for their company, but I feel it would end up making them money, because people like me would end up buying up a subscription when I otherwise wouldn't. 

How is it 2021 and we STILL can't download more than one file at a time from our Cloud Libraries? I got really excited at the idea of grabbing assets and dragging them right in to whatever app I'm working in. What a handy idea I thought. So I spent a good part of a day downloading over 200 shutterstock files (we have a monthly download subscription) and then reuploading them to my Creative Cloud Library. Great! Except that the library windows are so small in the apps that you can't make out any detail so I realized this may be better as a backup and prodeeded to start downloading the files to a local folder (I had to delete all the local files I had initially downloaded from Shutterstock...long story) only to find out I could STILL only download one asset at a time. Seriously, Adobe has been aware of this issue/failure/request for almost 10 years and has done NOTHING about it. Last year on black Friday I bought the CC student plan at a reduced cost. Now it is black Friday again I wanted to buy it again. In my account it says I can do this, however when I press 'continue to verification' I am unable to type my university and there is no drop down. It simply goes red and I cannot type.Image below:Anyone know why this is happening and can help?Thanks

Hi folksBit of a conundrum for you!  I have Adobe CC installed on three macs (1 x iMac and 2 x MacBooks). In order to swap usage from one to the other I, naturally, have to log out of Adobe on one of them—something I have been happily doing for the past couple of years.  However, something odd ocurred last week (as is still ocurring!) ... I can now use Adobe CC on all THREE Macs at the SAME TIME!  The system does not ask me to log out of one of the machines.  Is anyone else experiencing this ... or an I really blessed?! 😉Warmest regards,Steve

Hi all, I have a problem with my Abobe fonts. I have many fonts activated but none of them are showing up in Creative Cloud on my other Adobe software. I have rebooted my Mac, deactivated and reactivated all fonts, turned off the fonts in the services menu and turned them back on. I quit Creative cloud on my Mac desktop and and installed it on my Mac laptop and still the problem persists. I have screenshots of what I am seeing. The first is what I see in Creative cloud under activated fonts. The second is showing I do have activated fonts. This is extremely frustrating and any help would be appreciated. Thanks 

I have the 20GB plan with LR/PS. Does this count towards photos I upload to my gallery in Adobe Portfolio ? If no, is it unlimited ? Thanks

Hello I have two domains - let's say - example.nl and example.comI have Portfolio setup with custom domain succesfully with example.nl, it works, it loads, all perfect.Now I have set example.com to redirect to example.nl at my registrar using a '301 redirect', but when I enter example.com in my browser I end up at https://portfolio.adobe.com/missing ...Can I, or do I need to make extra steps to make both urls working? Or is the DNS / redirect change just really slow? It's been over 20 hours.... but not over 72... 😉 But since it's loading an Adobe page I thought the referral might be working but something else is not... 

I don't see a Portfolio forum, so I'm posting here. My images in Lightroom Classic look great, but when I get them over to Portfolio they lose resolution and even have obvious and horrible jpeg artifacts. It's quite embarrassing to show my work that way after all the work I did. I don't see anywhere on the Lightroom Classic side or the Portfolio side to control the quality of the export. Does anyone have any ideas? Do I need to use a different hosting site to show great-looking images?

Has anyone found an embed music player that works with adobe portfolio? Or even a way to have a continuous stream of music across all pages? 

Bonjour à tous,Je n'ai pas beaucoup d'espace sur mon disque dur internet et je souhaiterai choisir les fichiers à synchroniser sur mon ordi (par exemple télécharger en local uniquement les fichiers sur lesquels je travaille actuellement)Et laisser les autres sur le creative cloud.Je n'arrive pas a choisir quels fichiers importer en local, ça me télécharger automatiquement tous les fichiers en ligne.

On my PC and android smartphone, Creative cloud don't let me to choose a profile, all time it',s login with my personal profile instead of let me choose between personal or business profiles 

I have unlimited data from Midnight to 5AM from by satellite internet provider. Is there any way to limit auto-download to those hours? Thanks!

There should be a setting to detemine a timespan until all files are permanently deleted. Deleting all Files on my own is a waste of time.

Hi, we use assets to store a lot of files and work off the same files on different machines. Today some files that I have deleted keep coming back. It is only in a specific folder. I've deleted them lots of times (and even tried deleting the whole folder and emptying from the archive) and I can't figure out what keeps bringing them back. I am part of a team that uses Creative Cloud and it is effecting all the users.

As of a few days ago, I keep getting "creative cloud could not sync some files due to sever error" messages. I've looked at all the files it's failing to sync (219 in total) and they're all over 5mb. Anything under that size is fine.I've already uninstalled everything and used the CC cleaner thing. I've stopped/started the sync process about a hundred times. I've deleted and added the files back.  Only used 16% of the 1TB of cloud storage space.

I am starting to work with cloud files more frequently.  When I click on the generated URL, that takes me to an online viewer of my document.  Most times, I then have the option to open the document in illustrator as shown on the right.  However, there are other times when that option isn't possible.  In both instances, I am logged into my account and the 'sharing access' settings are identical. Why is this feature sometimes available but other times not?  If the file is shared with me, shouldn't the 'Open in Illustrator' always be an option? 

Hello, My portfolio has become slower loading over the months. Especially scrolling with meanwhile 130+ images under one page gets tedious until all thumbnails are loaded. I am not fully understanding how portfolio works yet, so I'd like to reach out to the community with the following questions: If I upload an image, are the automatically generated thumbnails downscaled versions or the full versions just displayed smaller? The fact the images take long to fully load makes me believe these are actually not separate low-res versions but the actual original images. Thumbnails should defnitely load faster and the difference between 50, 100 or 150 should not be that significant ... or am I missing something? I've also noticed that the page only loads the immediately visible thumbnails and not the full page, one needs to start scrolling to trigger loading other thumbnails. In past years I have uploaded many images with width 1920px, but recently, after upgrading my camera and

I recently purchased the Photoshop CC subscription. At first I had it set up to sync all of my libraries, but it has been making Photoshop run at a sloth's pace. I turned off syncing in my preferences, what to sync: Nothing. Still within Photoshop it is syncing. I can only turn it off by disabling my wifi connection, or going into my activity monitor (I'm on a Macbook) and quitting all of the syncing processes. This is annoying because every time I use Photoshop, I have to either have wifi disabled, or disable those processes, which disables my access to the libraries which I need. I have also paused syncing within the creative cloud desktop application, but it still says syncing within Photoshop.
