'ouvrir creative cloud prend un temps impossible, la roue tourne, tourne tourne..Si je passe par window, je peux ouvrir photosphop et lightroom plus rapidement..l'on m'a dit, qu'il faudrait tout désinstaller pour régler ce problème ?Avez vous un problème similaire et comment avez vous fait ?Merci

I'm using now macOS Big Sur. After the update. upload check icon is not visible in Finder's Creative Cloud Files Folder.no option to share the link too. please let me know when the update!  

the program has been very annoying and effecting my pcs performance and ive searched up how tos and they all look really scketchy 

Hi folks, I have a number of experiences where fonts are shown as installed both in web browser for Adobe fonts and also in the creative cloud app , yet fonts are not showing up in any of the applications. There is a bit of a work around which I have seen online , which involves closing all your Adobe apps, signing out of creative cloud and then signing back in . But because this happens quite often with fonts it's a real cumbersome process which wastes a fair bit of time.I wonder if there is a better way of setting up windows to be a little bit more responsive and liberal with the Adobe fonts syncing? I also wonder if putting the PC to sleep is an issue and I should rather be using daily shutdown and start ups which will obviously reset all the processes and services which connect Adobe to Windows. If anyone has had a faster solution on windows, please let me know!

It looks like I have more than one version of Bridge and Photoshop... (screen capture enlsed)Why?Is this from upgrades over time?This only happens on my MacBook, my iMac has just the most recent versions... How do I keep just the most current versions on my MacBook??

Hi,I'm wondering if it's possible to delete all the local files without the CC duplicate files being deleted. Then turn file sync back on and continue with new files syncing. I want to be able to do this once a year so I have the current year stored locally and in the cloud and all previous years stored in the cloud only. Is this possible? Thanks, Adam W.

At work, the CCloud account belongs to them (call it license/account A). At home I use my own CCloud account (call it B). During COVID, there are days when I work at home. I'd like to load and sync projects using account B, and have them synch to a CCloud file folder. on work computer, even though it is connected to license A. Can it be done?

Was asked by a client if Adobe SiteCatalyst is now Adobe Analytics? If yes are they the same product? Thank you, Dave

Hi, I am trying to sync a shape from my library to my library in Illustrator and it is not working. The cloud at the bottom of my library window has an exclamation point. When I click it, I click enable sync and nothing happens. I am on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 and have Illustrator 2019 (23.1.1) via CC subscription. Please advise. Thanks.

On Friday (11/13) all of a sudden I started having issues with my active window blinking, not being able to stay in it, select things, type accurately, etc., no matter which program I was using. A few days of digging tonight I discovered Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app was the culprit. When tasks are ended, no more issues. In task manager, it shows repeated random spikes in wifi usage, which I think it part of whats causing my active windows to blink in and out of use, even though adobe is only running in the background. Before I uninstalled, I would click to open the desktop app and nothing would open, but all the processes would start and cause the blinking again.Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, now a program window starts to open, but it's just a blank white window, and all the same issues pop up again.I saw another thread that suggested deleting everything OOBE folder in appdata/local/adobe, then restarting the computer, but no luck, all the same issues with the blan

I have the same problem and it is not an issue with the Mac. It is in Adobe CC. This question has been unanswered by Adobe in more than a month. I found another post and wrote in that one:From Creative Cloud Sync Very Very Very Slow :Same here. I moved 500Gb to CC form Dropbox. I was used to the speed of Dropbox and now CC takes 1 day for 1Gb already. This is gonna take over a year. The answer from the Adobe employee is: "CC doesn't have this optimization yet. This enhancement in sync algorithm is already in our backlog and we are prioritizing it." The standard answer for any software company. It means: "stuff it".Why does it take more than half a year to work this out? If Adobe wants to get customers to use their cloud service, they should do a lot better than that. Hola,Llené mis 100GB que me entran en el plan de la Creative Suite, decidí hacer un borrón y cuenta nueva. Lo he borrado todo en todos mis equipos y mediante web para asegurarme de que no se iban a sincronizar los archivos en ningun lado. Total, ya no tengo archivos de ningún tipo, pero sigue indicándome que está al 100% ocupado y que no puedo usarlo a no se que pague por tener más almacenamiento.He intentado cambiar la ubicación de la carpeta de CC y nada. ¿Como le digo a CC que no tengo nada sincronizado?

I subscribed to a 7 days trial for Photoshop, I would like to delete the subscription but there's no way to manage the plan; in my account settings I can see only the Creative Cloud free subscriptions, and there are just two options: visualize the plan or update it. There is no delete button.  Anyway, Photoshop still reminds me there are only 2 days left.The trial will expire tomorrow, but the customer support is not available in the weekend, so I can't contact them until monday. How can I do?

I just tried to launch Lightroom Classic CC, it started up, but then I got an Adobe window on top that tried to make me sign in as if it didn’t know me. I then tried to launch Creative Cloud, but had the same issue. I entered my email address, but instead of just having me enter my password, it needed to send me a 6 digit text to my cell phone. Then once I entered that, it still wanted my password- unbelievable! Why in the world is it slowing me down from doing my work, and making me jump through hoops to use software I use pretty much every day on my computer? What changed since yesterday? Why the 2 factor identification, PLUS my password? Lightroom is not a bank website, all I want to do is use software I am forced to rent every month. iMac, macOS10.13.6, LRC 9.4, Photoshop CC 21.2.4And why in the world do the feedback & support websites have totally different sign ins?

I am new to Adobe.  I have the monthly subscriptions to use all of the apps inside creative cloud.  I am trying to upload some of my Icloud photos that automatically upload from my phone to my computer.  Not all do I want transferred to Adobe Creative Cloud, but when I choose which ones to import/upload, it just sits there saying it's copying or completing, but then it doesn't complete and skips to the next photo, and continues to do this.  Nothing ever actually transfers.  What am I doing wrong??  Please help and thanks in advance.

Hello there,I've searched for solutios for this problem and nothing works. I've had this for a while now. It suddenly happened while it used to work before. I am on a macbook pro 16, running the latest MacOS. 

I have not been able to use my Adobe CC for a few months now because it says it can't verify my subscription status. The CC App is working fine and is allowing me to keep my app's up to date but the app's themselves wont work. I have been on to Adobe 'un'support many times about this and spent many hours watching them access my machine remotely, try the same fixes before telling me they can't help me and disappearing off into the sunset. I would like to raise a formal complaint by entering into the complaints process but Adobe (I suspect illegally) don't show this on their website and technical support wont give it to me. I am a self employed designer and the this is affecting my business. Can anyone suggest where I can find the complaints process? Thank you in advance.
