Questions

         I have not been able to access my CC library from the CC Desk app or from any Adobe Application for about 3-4 weeks now. I have tried:restarting my mac,uninstalling and reinstalling CC desk app,logging out and logging in,updating the app,removing and reinstating the CC library folder,all of the listed trouble shooting steps, and still nothing.  If anyone has solutions or at least an answer as to why this is happening please let me know as soon as possible. I am a 8 year Adobe client. I use Adobe for business purposes.

Actually I don't need help right now but I just want reporting issue. reproduce this issue1)Starting Adobe desktop app like Photoshop or XD.2)Connect OculusGo using Android File Transfer with USB cable on Mac.3)See that Antroid File Transfer tries to connect OculusGo and prompts tons of alert dialog and Oculus Go also blinks many times and it losts controll.  Mac: OS X 10.15.4Oculus Go: Latest at the moment (I don't know how to see it)Android File Transfer: 1.0.12

I have my photo files on my PC and want to sync with my cloud account. I have taken a subscription for 1 Tb of storage so know I can put my 345GB of photos there with room to spare. I just cannot work out how to link my cloud files and my pc files. It seems to want to duplicate my photofiles on my pc and tells me that I dont have enough storage on my C drive. Which of course I have not because I have my photo files there. What do I need to do to get my create cloud and pc working together?

Hello,We have some brand new laptops and noticed that after installing Adobe Creative Cloud, an access to a network shares is very slow: from 20 sec to 60 sec to access a folder at first connection only.It is not a bandwidth issue as when Creative Cloud is not installed, access to network shares can be browsed instantaneously. Version:  Creative Cloud 5.2.1.441  Apps: 5.2.0.436  CoreSync: 4.3.57.2  CCX Process: 3.7.3.5  CC Library: 3.8.27.3   Laptop:Lenovo Thinkpad P53 - Intel Core i7-9850H-2.59GHz - RAM:32Go Is there any Adobe CC process that would unlikely disturbe network share access?Many thanks.

Title says it all, really: Every single time I reboot my PC the CC Desktop app requires me to log in. Certainly not a showstopper, but very annoying as all fonts etc. only sync after the login etc.I contacted support already who advised me to run the cleaner tool, uninstalling it from the machine using option 6 (ie. cc app only) and then re-installing cc. That seemed to have worked for a single reboot and now we are back at having to log ineverysingletimethe machine starts. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?Cheers,J

Creative cloud does not work thru VPN. why not??

Couldn't open image because there is not enough room to dock it on this monitor....I have tried ALL the things. Please help!  I don't know what to do.

I have seen this for about 3 days -   I have restarted CClouod, restarted iMac, logged out and in, changed passwords, reboted and reset everything - may times - but with no change.   Before a quick reset/restart worked in the past, but now no link or sync or connection to librtaries and files at all..?!

Yesterday I transferred 12 videos from my huawei p20 pro to creative cloud. Only 9 made it through, the other 3 got deleted off my phone and it only shows as 0kb. Mp4 files.  Does anyone know why this happened, and how to get the files back? 

As an Android user and creative cloud subcriber I find it more and more frustrating how many apps only can be used by apple owners. I pay the same money and get less programes! This is very annoying.

Hi, whenever i view .aic documents on CC in the app or web the files show low quality. Should they not be shown in original quality?

I have no files listed anywhere on my account, but it says I'm using 88.9 Gb On the webiste, I have no folders and no files. I checked the deleted items tab. On the Creative Cloud app, I looked at Your Work, and my Cloud Documents, Shared With You, and Deleted. Everything is empty. My Creative Cloud sync folder has been set to a new empty folder on my copmuter. **So, how do I tell Creative Cloud to delete everything so I can have my storage back?**

We have a shared color palette at work with 20(?) folks connected that is frequently in utter disarray thanks to typos, folks not realizing it's the shared palette and adding random colors, etc. Would be great if there's a way to prevent folks from accidentally changing things like "green" to black. I have a CC folder with 3 videos in it, all less then a minute long.  I can view these online with no problem.     I created a shared link to the folder to share with the team, just as I've done many times before.  However they can't view the files using the link.  As you can see in the screenshot below, previews aren't appearing for the videos on the link, and when they are clicked on, we just get a blank white page with the Adobe header.So now, I've tried to remote the link, and I get this error:So I'm stuck.  I can't share my work with the team, unless I now install dropbox or google drive or something.  Is there anything I can do to get this working, or do I give up on Adobe software?Please help someone.

Por ejemplo, ejecuto Photoshop y este programa se ejecuta inmediatamente ocupando recursos del sistema ( 158 MB de RAM). Sólo pude desabilitar el inicio automático con  el inicio de sesión de Windows, pero no logro   desactivarlo cuando se ejecuta un programa como el ya mencionado . Ayuda por favor. Creative Cloud App Can't Install on MacOS Catalina 10.15.3? And Alos I found Photoshop lastest Version I download from Adobe Does NOT work as well. Should I or Could I downgrade the MacOS system? Thank you.

When I want to send a picture from my Creative Cloud (mobile) to an other app (Lightroom, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) I open that picture in Creative Cloud (mobile) and use the share button to export it. But since yesterday it doens't seem to work anymore. When I push that button, it immediately jumps back to the folder with all the files. So nothing is happening. What can I do about it? 

Is it possible for someone to edit the same file in Creative Cloud ?

I have a PC with 2 hard drives. The first meant to be the boot drive for windows to easily start-up and the second for everything else. I have set CreativeCloud to install apps to my D drive and to sync to my D drive. However, there is a huge chunk still contained on my C drive: C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\LIBS\##########_AdobeID\linksIt is housing a files that contain up to 24kb to 420MB. I did try to delete this but it just comes back. How do we stop this from happening? I searched through and found some posts related to this but there doesn't seem to be a solid solution. Maybe I missed something. Can someone please help? 

I have started getting this error message from creative cloud, it is rather annoying as it interupting my workflow. I have restarted the computer and I have repaired the installation. It means all the files on this computer are not syncing with Adobe CC.  Help please?

When I sign out of my creative cloud, all the adobe programs close on my macbook, illustrator, photoshop, indesign and acrobat.On my other computers (windows) this does not happen, all adobe programs do not close immediately until I close the program, but I cannot open any new documents with the adobe programs/apps.Please let me know if this is a setting on my macbook.TIA.

I uploaded about 30 photos to creative cloud storage. Now I cannot find a way to download a group or all at the same time. You can select multiples and move to different folders within CC, but can't download multiples. Had I known this before using it, I would have made a zip folder of images. It seems a bit clunky if this is true.
