Apparently the Creative Cloud App cannot be found in the App Store anymore, and there was not official warning or statement from Adobe.The already installed version is still working, but if you have to re-install it, you won't be able to. I needed to re-install it because I experienced a few bugs, so I looked into the App Store to find out it's no longer available. Then, I looked up some posts here and on Reddit from users confirming the same. Some things to wonder: 1) Why did Adobe discontinue the CC App for iOS? 2) Why didn't we, the paying users, get an official statement about this decision? 3) How do you install and use Adobe Fonts on your iPad if you can't use the Creative Cloud App on iOS? Isn't this going to be a big problem?

He reinstalado al aplicación y he quitado el check de actualizar automáticamente fecha y hora pero me sigue dando el mismo error. No consigo ponerme encontacto con el servicio de asistencia tecnica.Alguna sugerencia?  Es urgente! Saludos y gracias de antemano.

Hi,I use Windows 10 with the Creative Cloud application.There I have several LIBRARIES (!) with images in it.I can mark only 1 image for downloading it, but not all images, and there are really many.Note: I don't have anything at "files" in the CC app, only at the tab "libraries"!How can I bulk / batch download all my libraries and the images in them?Thank you.

One of my adobe ID mailboxes is bound to two behance accounts. When I log in using the mailbox, I can only log in to the new behance account, and my work is in the old behance account, so how can I log in to the old behance account? ? (I sent a message to the old account to confirm that the email was received in the same mailbox.)(Is it reasonable to bind two behance accounts with one adobe ID? Me encuentro con una falla al abrir Creative Cloud para escritorio.Me aparece "Imposible acceder a los servicios de Adobe" (adjunto captura de pantalla con todo lo que me aparece en el cartel.)Ya intenté de todo, incluso desinstalarlo y reinstalarlo y sigue pasando lo mismo. Esto me está evitando usar funciones de IA y otras en mis aplicaciones como Photoshop y Lightroom. ¡Por favor! Necesito AYUDA.

When i turn on Adobe Photshop or Adobe Creative Cloud, this is what alway happen, does anyone know the issue?

Hi, I don't know where to ask, so I hope it's okay here. I have a problem with creaive cloud. I have been saving files to creative cloud, but not into the app but in my computer in files,  where is also Creative cloud File. But then I had the creative cloud full and I have decided to delete some files. I deleted 40 GB, the files vanished from my computer from the cretive cloud file. But when I open the creative cloud app, it is still full and in deleted files is nothing. I just deleted it but the storage of creative cloud is totally full. I don't know what to do.  Tank you for any respond.

I want to create a simple web site using Adobe Portfolio that includes an introductory ABOUT page and then separate pages for photographs, each page with a different set of photos.I cannot find instructions that are easy to follow. Does anyone have a recommendation for where I could find VERY DETAILED instructions on how to build a multi-pagae web site using Adobe Portfolio?

I have been coloring a comic and am using the swatch library to hold colors specific to each character and location. I had them sorted into folders and had each swatch laebled so they would be easy to select. It may have been after the 2025 update I have noticed that my the swatch label will disappear when I select it. I havent been able to figure out how to make it return so I have a several color swatches that are not labeled. I've been able to guess which colors go where but it would be so helpful to have those labels back (see attached image). I tried exporting the swatch library and re-importing but the labels were replaced with the # for each color. Also, when selecting the color the label was still removed. Is there a setting I have selected that i need to change? Not sure what is going on here.

Hi,I have a portfolio eddievisser.com with a dark background. When I view this on a computer I have no issue and i can choose the different categories (Sunrise Sunset etc.) When I view it on a mobile telephone the 3 stripes (that is the menuoption to display the different categories) is black... So when i have a dark background the three strips is realy hard to see.  Does anyone know how i can make the stripes white?? I love my dark background. Thanks a lot !Eddie

Hello,There used to be an option to download files that were shared on Adobe CC, but I no longer see the button for it. The share options say that the ability to download is turned on, so I'm not sure if I'm just overlooking something.I need to be able to open the file in Photoshop, so being unable to download is an issue. 

i am not able to sync my behance projects in the adobe portfolio . it says "You don't have any Behance projects associated with your Adobe ID. Please visit behance.net to get started. Hi,   We have made a website and bought a custom domain from mijndomein.nl and the website doesn't seem to get a SSL certificate. The 4 A type IP were inserted correctly so I don't know what else to do.   is this something that adobe needs to fix or the domain provider ?   the website is [link removed]

I am part of a shared CC folder with some of my coworkers with ~50GB of files. These are automatically downloading to my Mac and taking up all my storage. How can I disable these automatic downloads?

I've noticed I have a 1GB 'Adobe' folder inside my 'Documents' folder on MacOSIs it safe to remove this?

     Previously I had Adobe Muse but downgraded my plan when it began crashing in Dec. 2023. Recently I installed a trial version of Adobe Muse to see if it worked with some of the fixes posted in the Community. Those fixes allowed it to work so I upgraded to all apps.     The Muse trial period is now over, but when it tries to license Muse it comes back with "We couldn't find a Adobe Muse CC subscription associated with this Adobe ID. You can purchase a new subscription....I have All Apps (verified with Adobe by phone). I have run the limited access tool, Cloud cleaner tool, uninstalled/reinstalled Muse and have performed all possible fixes listed by Adobe with certificates, etc.I uderstand Muse is end of life and that Adobe offers no help. I am hoping someone here has a possible solution. If you have none, please do not remind me it's not supported anymore as that is worse than the lack of help thus far. Thank you.

Um ponto que me incomoda bastante e ao mesmo tempo sugestão de melhoria é padronizar funções nos aplicativos da adobe. Por exemplo, se você utiliza os apliucativos da creative cloud, seria muito mais fácil se em qualquer aplicativo que você usar pelo menos a mioria das teclas de atalho tenham a mesma função nos diferentes aplicativos, em vez de você ter que manualmente ir trocando o atalho em cada aplicativo, ou por outro lado ser forçado a decorar qual tecla de atalho vai servir pra importar um arquivo no ilustrator, qual vai fazer o mesmo no premiere, e no after, no in design e por aí vai. Também relacionado à integração, me incomoda que enquanto eu consigo converter um texto do photoshop para o after, eu não consigo fazer isso do ilustrator para o after, o que seria bem útil já que tem certas coisas que são mais práticas de fazer no ilustrator e que você vai querer manter o texto como texto editável quando for animar no after

I would like to ask how many accounts/devices can share the Creative Cloud for Business package? Is there any limit on the number of members or devices using an app at the same time?

Hi, When I open Creative Cloud I have 6 uppdates. But when I try to update them nothing happens? Tried to with the all button and individual. I have restart Creative Cloud, restart the computer but still nothing?  I have a Mac Studio OS Sequoia 15.1.1 (24B91). Thanks in advance!/thomas

I was running CleanMyMac and I see a lot of Launch agents that are listed as disabled. Can any of these be safely deleted? I am running a MacBook Pro M3 Chip with all of the latest Apple & Adobe Software:  

I am using an individual Creative Cloud account and am trying to share files using the Projects tab in the Files section in the web app with another individual plan. Both of us have 100GB storage at the moment - I will probably need to upgrade to 1TB in order to be able to save all the files I need  for this set of projects. My question is, how does storage for Projects that I am sharing with other accounts work? Am I the only one that needs to upgrade or does the other account accessing the shared files also need enough storage for the combined file sizes? Thank you,
