Is there an easy way to unload all of the Adobe software (mostly Creative Cloud) from memory??  I'm finding conflicts and do not wish to reboot each time I engage or disengage all of the Adobe 'engines'. 

My initial issue was the first in the title, where my Creative Cloud Files folder on my desktop was not syncing. The files I wished to retreive were successfully uploaded, and they were available on the CC website, but not on my PC. The fixes I saw involved the use of the Creative Cloud app, so I opened it to try fix the issue.It was then that I discovered my CC app refuses to open. It gives the message "Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load. Relaunch Creative Cloud or restart your computer and try again".Then, it gives "Unable to reach Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again.". It gets stuck, then, on the second message until I relaunch.I restarted CC, as well as my PC, to no avail. I used the uninstall tool to repair the app, and that also didn't work - nor did uninstalling and reinstalling CC. So, I don't know if this is an issue with the Adobe system or a PC error. But I have this account because of school. I am trying to use Photoshop, but even though I am using the same account, when I was signing into this account on a computer from home, it asked whether it was a personal, company/school account. I chose company/school, and then after it asked, should I sign in with my school or sign in with all community colleges? For the one at school, I chose my school to sign in with because that was what we were told to do. Then, on the PC at home, I chose the community college one because it was the only one that allowed me to use the apps I needed from school to work on at home. But the files I was working on on another computer at school did not sync to the one at home.  So what can I do to fix this issue? By the way, I apologize if this isn't enough information. This was the only way I could think of, to explain it.

I have Adobe Creative Cloud all apps which claims you get 100GB free storage included. However, my Outlook account is saying I have used up all storage when it reaches 5GB. Why is this and how can I fix it? 

So, I am taking a Photoshop course in college and had to purchase Photoshop for the class. I bought my subscription, downloaded the application, and messed around with it for a short time. I went to log into it today to work on an assignment and was asked for a verification code that was sent to my email address, however, I never received the email. I went to try and log in on the website and it informed me that the account was locked due to multiple failed log-in attempts, even though I never got past the verification code requirement. I don't know how long I will be locked out of my account and need to get back in for my class. I even had to go as far as to use a second account to post this as I cannot log into my account on ANY Adobe site or application.

I have never wanted or implemented any Creative Cloud Services but recently I noticed I cannot rectify the Sync error message.  I have taken all the steps recommended and nothing has worked.  I even completely uninstalled every app, uninstalled the Desktop Creative app, restarted my Windows 11 machine, reinstalled everything purging all preferences (yes, if I was billing a client for my time this would equate to about $1500 in labor), and the sync error still populates.  I suspect this this is a new occurrence for me it has something to do with Adobe's new Cloud strategies...PLEASE FIX THIS! On a side note, on my laptop device that I rarely use but also have the CC Cloud Desktop app and all apps the sync error is not there.

Outside of disabling internet entirely on a computer, is there a way to disable all of the features in all adobe apps that upload information for processing?I have to assume not all users understand how something like generative fill works. It uploads your image, processes it, then sends it back. Transcripts in Premiere, Selections in some circumstances, etc.You are not always well informed of when something is uploaded. And in some cases the image is actually saved for review, like if you rate a generative image, the image itself is saved for Adobe to review but it does not inform the user of that. I only found that out while searching through some of their very disjointed documentation. It looked like maybe you could do that with software profiles, which look to only be available on the full enterprise version (not teams). But it looks like you can only enable/disable full services, so I'm not even sure it would work. You can disable firefly, but would that disable non-loca

I want that when I use Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, InCopy, Premiere Pro, or After Effects - a timer runs.  So that I can gauge my productivity.  Is there a good third party plugin.

As far as I can tell there is no way to clear (or disable) the list of recent files on the home screen of the Creative Cloud desktop app. Considering I mostly use Lightroom, I'd rather not have these images come up when sharing my screen with clients, and I don't think my clients would feel great about having their private photos on display for others to see.

Hi there, I've had quite a frustrating experience with the Creative Cloud Desktop App, particularly the Creative Cloud Files library for Syncing to my Windows desktop. In my local folder for Creative Cloud files to sync C://window/user/Creative Cloud Files there 5 extra folders that should not be there, all called something like "Creative Cloud Files (archived)(2). Within each of those folders, is thousands of Empty folders also called "Creative Cloud Files." Thousands is not an exaggeration. When I go to delete them from the folder within my normal Windows Explorer, it finds about 3,000 of them per folder. Meaning Creative Cloud Sync has created 16,000 empty folders. Deleting them does not work. Ok I really don't know where else to turn and am at my wit's end. Adobe's tech and customer support system is failing me. I have been struggling for months to deal with a few problems that originally seemed simple but have become major issues compounded by ineffective service.I have been unable to get my in-app libraries to sync my assets with the creative cloud. On two separate occasions I have had technicians log into my computer for extended periods in effort to resolve this problem to no avail. The most recent attempt was on January 24th. The gentleman I worked with was professional and tried to resolve my problem. When he was unable to do so he said he would escalate the issue and that I should be contacted within 24-48 hours. This didn't happen. I finally received the call on February 7th. I was at work and missed the call. They left a voicemail but no department name nor contact information. I tried 3 times since to call back but spent longer on hold than I had time to address t

I am experiencing issues with Adobe creative cloud libraries. Libraries created by team members often don't appear when I search for them to join. In other instances when they do appear, when I click the library from the search list it won't load and I get a 404 error. This issue has been happening for a few weeks. A colleague tried to search for one of the libraries I was having trouble joining (he created it) and it doesn't appear in the search of our team libraries for him either, so the issue doesn't seem to be isolated.

Opened Creative cloud to this:- Whats wierd is that where you click on screen is relative to the outside window, not where the item is. Tried repairing and dont want to uninstall as it means i need to uninstall all my apps.Please help!

I just activated a 1 year subscription to extend my Adobe Photography plan an extra year.  The redemption code said it worked and took me through to my logged in account no problem, but the renew date hasn't changed.  I've tried logging out & in again and restarting my computer.  The email address linked to Amazon is the same as the email address logged with my Creative Cloud account.I just checked & it says the redemption code has been used.  So it accepted the code, but hasn;t added it to my account. It still wants me to renew in a few months time, when it would have needed renewing if I hadn't just added a year.Does anyone have any ideas how I can make sure my account has extended by a year as it should do.  Thanks.

It's a page that I already had linked, and I updated it recently (from my portfolio) Then, when I try to link it to Behance, it keeps giving me an error all the time.Additionally, when I go to Behance on that same page, the scroll becomes infinite, and all the images on that page duplicate infinitely, (as if it's broken)Any help? I don't want to delete that Behance page because it has likes and views 😞 

So for the past week I have been using Adobe Portfolio with no issue. All of a sudden when i was trying to update my published website (I have done this several times in the past) it said "Your email is not verified"then says "To publish your site, please verify your email address. You can confirm and resend the verification email within your Adobe account: https://account.adobe.com/profile." When I click on the link it takes me to my acount info and thats it. So I figured i just have to change the primary email and re verify it, it wont let me change it either. Is there way around the "Your email is not verified" on Adobe Portfolio?I have already tried signing out and signing back in.*

Our agency provides editing services and has two Adobe accounts with limited software for video and graphic design. On January 11th, my colleague logged out of my account slot by mistake. I needed to edit at that time, so I signed out his laptop slot and signed in with my desktop slot. The ID had 2FA, so I called him for the OTP. When I logged in to Creative Cloud and opened Premiere Pro, it asked for credentials again. We can’t find that page. "If someone can help with this please do tell cause I have been on this platform since 2014 and really don't wanna lose my account. My problem is very similar to the one describe in this post I have never had this issue before, All my projects are created by me or I have collaborated in creating them so I'm sure none of them violate terms of the platform.I tried to contact behance support but nothing has worked.Please help me fix resolve this issue.

Some day my adove cloud storage will be filled and I'll need to empty it into my local storage to make room for new projects. However to do that I will need to be able to download all my files at once. Currently adobe only allows you to download your files one by one. Considering how many files I have saved that would be extremely time consuming. I would very much appreciate being able to download everything at once when the day I need to do so finally arrives.
