Problem with file synchronizationAfter upgrading to MACOSX VENTURA 13.4.1 (22F82)Files from Adobe cloud are not updating, I have done all the help steps I could find on this forum and more.The files are on my adobe cloud and on one of the computers they are not updating. I don't see any Adobe error. nor a MACosx system bug. I have done various repair steps from the installer, nothing helped.On the screen preview of the screen that I attached, only the status of the files is being updated is displayed to me, but this state is continuous and there is no update. He performs operations that have no end 

Hello,I have the full CC licence. However, every single time I use an Adobe app, I have to login. Sometimes it tells me to disconnect one of the 2 devices using the license....and both of them are actually the computer I'm using. Some other times, after I write my credentials to login, I receive the message that my subscription cannot be verified, and the software closes and I need to restart the computer. so to try again. Of course, I also cannot use Adobe when I don't have internet connection, which is often because I'm a travel Filmmaker. It happened to me in the past, and after 2 months contacting Adobe's support, an agent could finally solve it. But now, since there is no support at all, I don't know what to do about it, and it's very annoying.  I would truly appreciate it if anyone could help me solve it. Thanks! Miguel

Sempre que tento fazer uns desses procedimentos me aparece essa notificação. Já tentei buscar algo semelhante ou ate igual na internet, mas nada que solucione meu problema. While I can upload files at assets.adobe.com, there is no option to download them in a bulk. The only way to get something out of website is to go inside - open each file and only then the option to download that file is hidden in Action menu. Very cumbersome.Am I missing something? Is there a way to get files without Syncing all of them to the computer first?(Mac OS X 10.10.1, Safari, Chrome)

What has happened to Adobe Live. I used to go into Creative Cloud/ Beance/ All apps/Live..I would then see what was showing on that day, previous days and future days...The live has now gone from the top of the page.I have been able to access Adobe Live in various different ways over the past few days but all in different ways. Hi,My team at work are using a shared Library to keep our designs consistent. We share colors, graphics, and character styles. If our graphic standards change, we can easily right-click on a Color or Graphic in the Library and choose Edit to update that item and it will update everyone's documents automatically. The problem we are running into is that there doesn't seem to be a way to edit Character Styles in the Library. We have tried updating the style in a document and pushed it to the Library with the same file name hoping it would over-write the old style but it doesn't. We end up with two Character Styles with the same name just different properties. Then we have to go through every document and manually apply the new Character Style which we think defeats the purpose of the Library. Is there something we are doing wrong or is the edit feature just not available for Character Styles in the Library? I have changed the region to Latin America several times, but when I log out and log back in, the region returns to Spain. Hi, I recently made my Adobe Portfolio site live and out of 10-12 pages only 5 have been indexed so far and the ones which are not comes up with a reason on Google Console saying 'noindex' tag found.I read few posts and forums but not sure if I can edit that tag for those pages in Adobe Portfolio or if I need to add specific meta tags for the same.Please advise.TIA!Nick

Hi everyone!I have a problem in updating photoshop If I select update on Creative Cloud app it starts to download but at about 10% it says me that my internet connection does not work.I have the same problem on my MAC PRO and omn my MACBOOKPRO using different internet connections.In any case my internet connection works fine for everthing else so I can't reallu understand what's going on!Any ideas?Thank you in advance for any help! Lorenzo

Good evening, I have a problem with the space in the cloud. I followed the advice I found on the internet and emptied everything inside the following links:https://assets.adobe.comhttps://lightroom.adobe.comhttps://documentcloud.adobe.comhttps://spark.adobe.comI also emptied the trash.The problem is that out of the 20 GB that I should have available, 11.8 GB are still being used, and at this point, my cloud is completely empty, except for 17 photos present in Lightroom CC with a total weight of 80 megabytes.How can I resolve this? I don't understand what is taking up this space. Thank you.  

In the latest version of Creative Cloud, users are now being shown a popup to "Level up with Adobe Express (Beta)." and a "Get Started" button. Clicking the button takes them to a webpage to get startet with Express.It is not immediately obvious to many users that this isn't something they have to do to keep using Creative Cloud and are contacting me for support. This pop up should be far more clear that this is optional, and should actually be off by default for any enterprise account which hasn't opted into the beta at least. The dialog box should have clear options between trying the beta, or just using Creative Cloud.  

I shared a CC library with a Intern but now I need to remove him. How do I remove him?

This is the third time I'm trying to get help in the past half year, because my Adobe Cloud storage is being metered wrong. Adobe Fresco iPad's one-year subscription of 5GB of storage space is currently 300% full, so I can't use all its functions. But my adobe cloud isn't actually full, since I don't store anything in it other than a couple of documents and iPad Lightroom photos. I use lightroom with a monthly subscription, which comes with 100GB of storage space, and my photos fit comfortably in it. However, this 100GB storage space is not displayed for the other adobe programs, they only see the 5GB that comes with the Fresco subscription, but the space occupied by my photos is still counted in . Therefore, it believes that the 5GB of storage has 15GB of data on it. What can be done?

I'm in the process of testing whether we can house our image libraries on Creative Cloud libraries for our designers and editors to easily access. Let me tell you, the test is not going great. I've been uploading images in batches (per shoot - about 100 images at a time, some JPG some TIF), then waiting for Creative Cloud to show 'File Sync: Up To Date' before uploading any more. I uploaded about 10 shoots worth of images. According to Creative Cloud, all complete. However, if I login via the web, I could only see four images and none of the extra groups/sub groups I created. Likewise, other creatives in our team could only see the same four images in their libraries. I noticed that despite Creative Cloud showing File Sync: Up To Date multiple times over multiple days, if I closed and opened the software, it would start the sync again, all the way to 100%. This resulted in no actual change to the contents of the libraries however. So, I uninstalled Creative Cloud an

Hi,I want to increase the number of Adobe login users, how can I do?

I'm trying to restore a file that I deleted from Adobe Creative Cloud, but it won't load the files. I've attached a screenshot. I'm using Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2.  

As of yesterday my file syncing has been spinning for hours and then saying waiting for connection. It is happening on both my PC and laptop. Since it says it's waiting for connection after trying to sync I'm assuming the servers are under maintenance or something else. Anyone have an idea? If it helps at all normally I have little check marks next to all of my creative cloud folders but there is nothing showing now. I can still see all of my assets when I view from web, but nothing I change on either computer is uploading to the cloud. 

I had to reinstalled my Cretaive Cloud desktop app and XD app on a new mac machine, but my XD cloud libraries (Personal & shared) are not displaying / appearing / syncing within the desktop CC app, all my libraries are still appearing on the cloud but I can't get them to sync to my new desktop app, I am using creative cloud for teams. they just wont sync or appear on my new machine ? I have tried everything, waiting overnight to sync, pausing, re-installing, force quitting using cmd/alt/r, they still work on my old machine but not on my new M1 chip / Ventura 13.4 mac mini, basically the problem is I want the Libraries to appear in desktop app so all my files dont have broken links when I open them and I can work.
