Estou logado normalmente na plataforma, conta ativa e em dia, porém as bibliotecas -- em nenhum dos aplicativos -- estão sincronizadas. O que aparece é: "Para usar as bibliotecas da Creative Cloud, faça login na Creative Cloud". Mais alguém está passando por isso?

No matter how many times I change the Adobe Creative Cloud to enable it at startup, the app will disable itself when I shut down my PC. I have enabled the 'Launch Creative Cloud at login' but it doesn't solve the issues. It's annoying because I have to open the Creative Cloud and wait for Adobe Fonts to fully load into my PC every time I want to do my work. The issue just happens recently about a week ago.

Starting June 4th, 2023, any files added to your "Deleted" folder will be permanently removed after 30 days. This new process applies to any file that is moved into the Creative Cloud storage Deleted folder from any device or Creative Cloud application. HelloI just bought a new computer (iMac) and as it is updating to the latest version. I don't know if this issue started when I got the computer or before that but I know it's around the same time. My library will not load. Please see attached screenshot. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the cc app as well as logging out of everything, turning off my computer, and turning it back on.

I downloaded and installed a font, and when I go into the font section of Creative Cloud, it says they've been installed. However, when I press 'done' and go into the font section to see if they're activated, they're nowhere to be found. I'm not sure how to toggle the font setting on and off, but I've heard that helps. Anyone know what to do?

Just got my new MacBook Pro 16" 2023 with M2Pro chip (if it makes a difference). I installed from my Time Machine backup, then updated to Universal, not Intel 64 apps, that work better with Apple Silicon.I have a subscription to Adobe products through my school district. I have been trying to sign in to Adobe products on this computer like God intended, when..."Sign-In Required"I put in my credentials. From HERE: normally, window closes, and "Sign-In Required" returns. I still can't access any of my Adobe products, which I use regularly. I executed the solution that required me to trash and change some things under "Application Support", both in the regular Library and the ~Library. That got me as far as the EULA. I agreed...and then we went back to Lather, Rinse, Repeat without getting me to the EULA.I executed the solution of getting rid of some Adobe items in my Keychain (like my user profile). Hi, I have an Adobe account connected to my company's Creative Cloud account. I'm a Graphic Designer so we have a lot of assets saved every day to the Cloud. Two things which are happening:  Even though I'm supposed to be saving files to the cloud, it's also filling up the Macbook storage too. It looks like the storage on my Macbook is double what it is actually supposed to be, comparing to my colleagues Macbook. He has 258GB of Creative Cloud files whereas I have 510GB! Thanks, any help soon would be really appreciated, it's stopping me from working as I can't open apps when I want too due to 'scratch disks being full'.

Hi,  I am trying to complete Adobe Workfront - Sales Accreditation. I was able to go through almost all course that are part of this learning path and even completed the quiz but two courses I couldn't open: - Competition and Objection Handling - Selling with Partners I am using a MacBook Pro M1 Max and tried accessing the courses on both Safari and Google Chrome with no result - screen is blank and not displaying anything. I even tried opeing the couse on the Adobe Learning Manager app on Iphone and Ipad with same result. Are you please able to advise?  Thanks!

I am also having the same problem. I followed the above steps to uninstall/reinstall the software about 6-8 months ago. And now it is happening again. Adobe CC is using almost 100% of my CPU Time even when the app has been quit. I have a Mac and am on MacOS Monterey v12.6.3. It is May 2023 and I've just read a thread of people posting about this same problem from 2020 to now. Is there any way to fix this problem? Thanks for your help.  

I have years of files and folders that I keep in my Creative Cloud storage. I cannot see any of them, on my desktop or in my browser. CC shows that i'm using 63GB of my storage, but my folders and files are nowhere to be seen.On a PC running the latest version of CC. This has never happened to me before.    Any info on this problem?

I am using Adobe Lightroom CC App on a Macbook Pro. I went to sync about 150 photos they uploaded so fast I didn't even notice except for the last 6, the last 6 photos have been syncing all night. The Internet connection is fine. this doesn't make any sense.

               I've attached several examples of correspondence and records of payments that demonstrate the fact that I have not received a refund from Adobe and have made significant effort to process this refund. I cannot contact them directly through the website because the admin block, but admin has little to nothing to do with my account. Hi, I'm changing job just as an annual licence was renewed with the company email. I was thinking of just changing the email to my private email. But it says "in use" since I already have an adobe account with that email. so...My question is, if I remove my private adobe account, would I then be able to change the company email to my private email?

Hello !I run Adobe on Both Mac and Windows.  My Mac has updated Photoshop but I cannot get the update on my Windows.  I have tried everything , literally everything that Adobe has suggested.  Nothing is working.  It was syncing until I did the update on Creative cloud, now it will not sync.  I have the correct OS but Jesus, help me not throw my computer out of the window and cancel my Photoshop.   I keep getting the sync error and then Error 306.  PLEASE HELP !!!  J 

Someone changed my email address and now I have no access to my account. I have no idea what to do, it seems that i have lost all access to my account. I got an email saying an address was added, then the primary was changed, and before I could log in it was locked out. Now I have no access. Cannot find a single person, email, or chant to speak with. Nothing in the help articles, nothing anywhere

If I have a photo in multiple albums, does that affect the amount of clould storage that is used, ie reduce the amount of storage I have left?

I'm changing my AppleId. Need to change it, not update it on my iMac. Will this effect the Adobe Apps I have already on my desktop and the creative cloud?

Hi,I recently got the Photography plan (Lightroom and Photoshop with 20GB storage). I noticed that I'm using 10.7GB/20GB, but I have my Creative Cloud totally empty. The only thing I have is 117 photos in Lightroom Mobile, nothing more.I don't know what is using my cloud space and I don't know where to look to find it out.Regards,Javier

Recently my subscription got canceled erroneously.  When I go to view my files it says that I have used 1.7G of 2GB, but displays no files.  When I try to access the files from Photoshop, it saysCould not download “documentname.psdc” because the item was not found or you don't have access to it.I logged into my account where the files should be, I even tried subscribing under this email address.  As I was added to a new team with the same email address.  But to no avail, my files to not show up anywhere.  Please any help would greatly be appreciated.  I've lost so much work. 

Why do I all the time, for 5 days now, get this message, when I try to updade my portfolio: "Access to myportfolio.com was denied. I realize this has already been discussed.  Id simply like to propose to Adobe they create the ability for line breaks in the masthead.  It ould open up a world of creative possibilities for no real effort.
