Hello, I'm having some problems with the library sharing. My colleague has shared with me two libraries- one of them works just fine and has all the elements inside, the other library with only one element inside it, the other elements don' t show.I have tried signing it and out a couple of times and my colleague has sent me the share link a few times as well. The same problem. Other colleagues have the same library and it works fine. We cannot find out what the issue is! Please help 🙂  thanks! Lynn

I am currently on a monthly payment contract for a one-year Adobe Express and Lightroom plan with 1TB of storage.I'd like to purchase a one-year Adobe Creative Cloud subscription from a reseller, and my desire is for my existing Express and Lightroom plans to be canceled upon activation of the new Creative Cloud subscription. I understand that if I purchase the Creative Cloud subscription directly from Adobe, it will cancel my current plans. However, I am uncertain if the same applies when activating a subscription purchased from a reseller.Has anyone encountered a similar situation or have any insights on this? I would truly appreciate your input and guidance to help me make an informed decision about my Adobe subscriptions, specifically regarding the cancellation of my existing plans when activating the Creative C

I am logged in. I have already tried logging out and closing AI then start AI and log in.It remains the same.Anyone?

Hi, I am creating my personal website using Adobe Portfolio. I selected a really cool Adobe font called Active and updated my site after using the font. However, my website is not syncing. Check out the site here and you would see that it is still in the standard font (https://jetson.myportfolio.com). I also figured that my site doesn't sync when I use any Adobe fonts, only the standard/built-in font will sync. Can someone help me out, please?

Hi everyone,Today, as usual, I open my Mac to sync some files between it and a PC using Creative Cloud. Surprisingly, my Creative Cloud app seems to be corrusted...the sync logo is no longer there, and nothing seems to be syncing (see screenshot).I've done a clean uninstall, reinstalled, rebooted. Nothing works.Why not? Nothing has changed on my Mac, no new application... nothing...Does anyone have an answer?

Hi, anyone knows how I can create a specific collection that does not display at navigation bar - while other do?Explaining why: 1. I will have password protected collections for non disclosure to all and do not wish for my user to click it by mistake or see it2. I want to create shortcuts for specific collections in a different place of the site (not navigation to not offer a wide options so the user will not feel that they have to navigate through all to see my work3. I have collections that I want in navigation so I can't just switch off displaying collections in nav bar

I created a homepage in Adobe Portfolio a few months agohttps://herbertrulf.myportfolio.com/and published them. If you have this link you can also see it.But if you just search for my page in Google or Bing by e.g. just entering my name in the search, you won't find the page. It is obviously not available for the search engines, although I have ticked the appropriate box in the settings. I've tried everything, including linking to Behance, to no avail.What else can I do. If Adobe offers the creation of a homepage, it must also be possible to find it in the search engines.Thanks in advance for your help

Unable to install adobe cc or any other Adobe application. exiting with not enough space error 202 

Every time I need to reboot my '19 iMac (OS 12.6.4), it takes 15-20 minutes until the machine is usable again, which is an insane number. When I glance at Activity Monitor during the reboot debacle, Creative Cloud is taking 99.9% of the CPU, which is, again, a ridiculous statistic.  I find myself repeatedly uninstalling the entire Creative Cloud ecosystem in order to prevent my Mac from being virtually hijacked by CC... but then having to reinstall occasionally because I actually really need Photoshop as a front end developer, on a fairly consistent basis. Feels like this has been going on for years now, Adobe! What is wrong and how can it be fixed?

These blue updating arrows (see screenshot) remain until I manually click check for updates.  It was previously resolved after reporting but has come back again for some time now. It's most annoying..  Can anyone help?

I've checked all my files, but I continually receive the cloud storage is full.  How can I delete everything as I do not need or want to upgrade.

Hello, I can see that the Adobe Color Themes panel is being removed from the Creative Suite this month (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). There is no explanation or details online, is it being replaced with something else? Is it being implemented in another panel or will the feature disappear completely? Why would it be removed? Could someone please give more information?  

Hello all, I recently quit working for a company through which I accessed a creative cloud server on my computer. I am unsure of how to disconnect said server from my computer, and I cannot access the account I logged into the server with. Does anyone know how I can get this server off my computer?

Hey!:) Ich habe mir das Abo für die Creative Cloud gekauft und will nun die Apps runterladen mit dem Link in der Email, jedoch steht immer geschrieben: Diese Seite ist momentan nicht verfügbar. 😕😕 und ich komm nicht mal dazu irgendtwas zu installieren. Ich verwende Windows 10 auf meinem PC.Weiß jemand an was das liegen kann? Freu mich über jeden Tipp!:)

Tengo contratado el plan fotográfico que incluye principalmente Adobe Lightroom y Adobe Photoshop y, además, cuenta con 20 GB de almacenamiento en la nube. El problema que experimento es que aparece lleno cuando no tengo ningún archivo ni ninguna fotografía subida a la nube. Cuando en Lightroom intenta sincronizarse aparece una ventana anunciando que se encuentran ocupados en la nube 20,8 GB. Me he asegurado que la nube se encuentra vacía, así como está vacío Lightroom. Esto me genera un enorme perjuicio a la hora de manera un volumen de fotografías en las que estoy trabajando y necesito cambiar de dispositivo.Si pudieran ayudarme estaría muy agradecido.Gracias de antemano,SaludosDaniel Azorín Juan

In Mac OS 11.4 (on M1 mac), creative cloud web view (showing folders and files) still behaves normally. However for Mac OS 13.2 (on M2 mac), the view is magnified perhaps 250%. The condition started perhaps a few weeks ago. So far I have tried the creative cloud uninstaller repair function, then uninstall and reinstall, both efforts without success. Short of Mac OS re-install, is there another fix that should be attempted?

Fresh copy of Ventura running on new MBP.Downloaded a new copy of Creative Cloud last night, and in 1 day it wrote over 200GB of data to my log files.  I deleted all of these and downloaded a fresh copy of CC but it's still doing it. If I force CC to quit and leave the machine, nothing gets writtedn, but if I open any adobe app, Adobe Desktop Service appears in Activity monitor and slowly starts filling my HDD. I have to force it to quit each time. Any solutions? I found some old posts from, 2017 where this was happenimng but haven't found a fix... Many thanks

The contact form on Adobe Portfolio does not send emails to my registered email address when submitted. Have done several tests, no emails come through. Checked junk folder too, still nothing. Help please?

Bonjour à tous,  Je viens de faire la mise à jour de mon OS vers Catalina qui l'OS la plus récente que mon Mac accepte.La suite Adobe CS3 était installée sur mon Mac et fonctionnait très bien.Je me suis abonnée il y a déjà plusieurs mois au Créative Cloud que je n'avais pas encore mis en service. Et suprise, je ne peux rien installer ! A priori, Créative Cloud ne fonctionne pas avec Catalina... Je viens de rajouter de la Ram sur mon Mac qui est en pleine forme ! Est-ce que cela veut dire que pour travailler avec la Suite Adobe,  je vais devoir changer de Mac ??? Merci d'avance pour vos retour.
