Can't view ebook in bluefire and acsm

HEllo. I can't open ebooks in my ipad, iphone and samsung tablet. once download is pressed statement that says this item has been used buy other user Pops up.  Do add that account. I really cannot remember that account anymore so i need your help so i can open and read my ebooKa. Thank you.
