Hi, i need to give input with spaces in interactive epub, but space is taken as next page in ADE Can you help me to slove this problem. I am using javascript to get inputs from user in epub. Or tell me how to disable space bar shortcut for this type of epub in ADE. Thanks 

I just purchased a book from google and I want to import it to my Adobe Digital Editions library. I downloaded the .acsm file and I authorized my computer using my Adobe ID. when i try to import the file a pop up indicates that the file is  "unable to download" and it says "E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED. i tried to sign in with my google account instead using the google vendor login, but i cannot login because it is telling me that my login information is wrong when i know it is definitely right. I have not downloaded the file to any other computer, and i only have adobe digital editions downloaded on my macbook. I don't know what to do, but i know a bunch of other people have had similar problems. I called the adobe care number and the woman who answered my call was useless. can someone please help me solve this issue. Computer OS: Windows 8.1.ADE version: 4.0.3.114137Device: B&N Nook Simple TouchAfter working fine as recently as a few days ago, my Nook is suddenly unable to read a book downloaded from my public library.  The book can be read on the Windows desktop using Adobe Digital Editions, but when I use Digital Editions to transfer the book to my Nook reader, I cannot read it there.  The book appears in the Library on the Nook, but when I try to open it, I get the message "Loan token not found."Doing a factory reset (erase and deregister device) and re-registering the Nook, then re-authorizing it using Adobe Digital Editions does not fix the problem.If I look at the Nook using the Windows File Explorer and examine the file .adobe-digital-editions\activation.xml, I can see that it does not contain any <loan token> section.  So the Nook has correctly reported that there is no loan token, and it appears that ADE has transferred the book without properly updating this file.

Quand j'essaie d'ouvrir le fichier, ça semble fonctionner, le livre s'affiche dans ADE, mais le logiciel fige. Impossible d'utiliser les fonctions, d'ouvrir le livre, de le télécharger dans ma liseuse.J'ai essayé sur les 2 ordis, même phénomène.Je ne peux même pas fermer ADE, je dois y aller par le Gestionnaire des tâches.Windows 10 et Windows 11.Quelqu'un connaît la raison ? 

When I try authorizing my computer to open a DRM book I downloaded by entering my Adobe ID and password, I get the error "The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again." even the book is associated with the account. For more context, I am trying to open the book on a different PC than the one I originally used to download it.

font size won't increase in an epub library loanChecked out ebook The Achievement Habit from San Jose library and selected epub.Downloaded title and it opens in ADE 4.x fine.Went to the upper right font size drop down and chose a larger font, but, there was no change in the on screen font size

I just bought a kobo. I am trying to authorize the device. I have re-installed adobe digital editions. I have my mac authorised BUT it is using a very old email address which is no longer active. I can't d-authorize my mac as I no longer have access to the email account and can't retrieve my password. I tried to set up a new account to access all my books and re-authorize my computer (and also my new KOBO) but am unable to do any of the above. I need to deauthorize my computer or link my old inaccessible adobe id to my new id- BUT can't deauthorize as I no longer have access to the old email.... PLEASE HELP 🙂

When you have to reauthorize your ADE app in your computer in order change your app's email, do you lose your ebooks from your ADE account?

I used to be able to enlarge the font size to either XLarge or Ultra large and it worked great.  All of a sudden it quit working.  I can change it, but the font doesn't resize to the appropriate selection.  I've downloaded the latest edition, and it was suggested by Adobe that I go back to the previous version, which I did.  It still doesn't work.  Any suggestions? 

Hello, I installed Digital Editions and it does not even start. I am afraid it has some conflict with two different Adobe accounts I have been using, but I have no clue how to solve this issue. The problem is that I have purchased some content that I cannot see at all. Thank you very much for any help.

ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED.  I'm reading that it's because they are using Chrome. Can you please fix this. As I'm sure you can appreciate, I can't just ask every customer who uses a Chrome browser to undertake a detailed process of configuring their computer proxy server or DNS just to download and access my ebooks.

Hi thereAdobe digital editions doesn't recognise my new Kindle device. I have tried all suggested troubleshooting solutions such as changing USB port, closing and reopening ADE, reinstalling ADE and reauthorising my account. An Adobe agent in the live chat directed me here. Thank you

I Just purchased a book : Gray's Anatomy for Students, and there isnt a single instante um wich the ebook loads correctly the images. Tablet android Samsung S6 Lite!! Either they are missing ou loaded badly or in low resolution On top of that Adobe digital editions can not run on my Poco X3 Pro either,  made for older version of android Adobe not updating their software!!?  That Is so enfuriating! 😞

I tried to move DRM ebooks onto my new ereader by dragging them across in windows explorer. (I've always done this before). It seems that is no longer an option with DRM, or not an option with these particular books. My solution (after a whole day of fussing, searching, reading, giving up to rest and later going back to the problem, finding hints and ideas all over the place and putting them all together) was to delete the ebooks off the ereader via windows explorer, open ADE on the computer, click on the ebook file on the computer that I wanted so it would open in ADE, click the library link in ADE, ADE asked if I wanted to add the ebook to the library, I said yes, then find the ebook again in the library list in ADE being careful to choose the copy with 'new' on it, then drag it onto my ereader device list in ADE. It still had an entry for the ebook on the device (memory, I could write a song about that) so I chose to replace the ebook on the device (skip was default) and now I can r

Adobe Digital Editions 4,5.1 gives a not responding message when I try to download an e book from the public library

A client is getting his e-books from the Hannover library. On Windows it is not possible to change the page using Adobe Digital Editions. What could be the issue? Adobe Digital Editions: v4.5.12Device: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit (build 19045) We tried to reinstall Adobe Digital Editions but it didn't change anything.The library was not able to help. Thanks for any ideas!

I am unable to authorize anything with my adobe ID. It always claims my username and password is incorrect. I checked my adobe account to make sure my id was correct. I have even reset my password to make sure that I was not misremembering it. Nothing worked. It keeps claiming an incorrect password.I am on IPadOS

La única solución que he encontrado es que windows esté configurado en español.Soy catalán  y tengo configurado windows en mi idioma y adobe no sabe que hacer y lo instala en inglés.Si pones español como idioma predeterminado en windows automaticamente te aparece digital editions en español.Es el que té ser un pais petit.La ayuda de adobe deja mucho que desear. He perdido mucho tiempo buscando esta solución yno han sido ellos los que me han ayudado.
