Updated my Adobe Digital Editions for my Nook.Now it won't load books onto my Nook.Help!

I recently updated my Adobe Digital Editions, but now I can't load my recently checked out books onto my Nook. I try but get a red circle with a slash through it when I drag the book to the Nook icon and it doesn't work. Do you know what I can do?
