I’m running into an issue with Dimensions. Every time I try to open a file that I previously worked on, the program is unable to open the document, which makes it impossible for me to rework or continue editing past files.I'm unable to upload the working file into this panel but im attaching the log and notification screenshot. I’m attaching the file along with the log for reference. Could you please help me with opening this file?

Hello! I'm trying to wrap a label around a glass jar with a candle inside but I am getting these odd repetitive reflections of the label in the glass (see rendering) Any ideas??

I bought a 3d model from CGTrader and dowloaded the OBJ version but whenever I try to import the file this is the error it shows.

Hello,How to change the scene size of an already created Dimension file?Thank's!

I keep receiving alert to restart software as I start moving the "bodies", and I can't proceed with my work 😞

  Please HELPP!!

Can't see where to post this but I can't get into fantatstic fold I am using my CC sign in but it is saying An Adobe ID with this Email is already part of the program.

I opened a project I created in a previous version of Adobe Dimensions, and the app warned me about new features and format changes in version 4, including a new render engine. After adding new decals (with the same resolution I used before), I noticed the render looked pixelated. I then re-imported higher-resolution decals (around 6000 px wide), but the issue persisted — the render was still pixelated.I searched online and found that this seems to be a known issue with Adobe Substance (apparently fixed as of Oct 2025), but it’s still happening in Adobe Dimensions v4.1.5. I had no choice but to reinstall version 3.4 (Intel Mac) and redo the project there, where the decals render correctly. Is anyone else experiencing this decal pixelation issue in Dimensions v4?And does anyone know if there’s a fix or timeline for resolving it?

Please HELPP

I get the attached message every time I try to open my dimension file. I need this resolved asap since my deadline for this end of day.

Bonjour, Au moment des rendus de mon fichier, le logiciel a crash et au moment de réouvrir mon document ce message apparait.Quelqu'un à un idée ?Merci

Most of the Adobe CC apps allow installation of multiple versions fo the software. This is quite helpful for maintianing ongoing workflow and being able to test the new version of an app without any hiccups migrating to the latest. For instance I keep Illustrator 2023 installed for a specific plugin I need sometimes but have updated to 2024 and then to 2025 over time for their new features and my daily work.   Dimension does not allow this - or at least the CC app doesn't give me the option. I would love to start exploring Version 4 and migrating to it but I can't afford to not be able to continue working in V3. I intitally tried V4 when it came out but it was completely unusable. It looks like fixes have come out to solve those initial problems, but I don't want to have to go through the update/revert process to find out. I have to rely on V3 to continue my daily work. Especially with the new render engine I need to keep visual consistency with projects I have star

Dimension is stuck on loading screen. Tried installing older versions with no success. Latest drivers installed.

Hi Team,I’m running into an issue with Dimensions. Every time I try to open a file that I previously worked on, the program is unable to open the document, which makes it impossible for me to rework or continue editing past files. Log file attached for your reference. Thank you

Hi everyone,Since this week, all of my exported 3D files from Adobe Dimension 4.1.4 have stopped showing textures. Whether I export as .glb or .gltf, the results are colorless or the export fails completely..glb and .gltf: open as plain gray, no materials showing in Blender or 3D Viewer.usdz: shows the error “Something went wrong while exporting your scene” (screenshot attached)Finder previews also show the .glb files as .usdz with a “Locked” label underneathFiles with imported models from other programs still display textures fine, the problem only happens with materials created in DimensionEverything was working perfectly until recently. The issue started right after my Creative Cloud app updated automatically, so it might be linked to the latest patch.System info:Adobe Dimension version: 4.1.4macOS 15.1 (24B2082)Steps tried: restart, different export settings, “Embed Textures” checked and uncheckedIf this is a bug in 4.1.4, could Adobe please confirm or share a workaround? If I have an object in Dimension, e.g. some packaging, and then add textures + branding to it... can I then export that and import it into another 3D application? Or would all the textures be lost when exporting to a more generic format?

I'm new to Dimension and trying to figure out a good work flow when using multiple objects in one file. I'm essentially building a box packaging mockup, which then is placed 3x5 (25 packs) in a tray, and then stacked 5x5 (25 trays, 625 packs) on a crate. As I build my file, it freezes and is too big. How should I change my flow of work to avoid super heavy files?

Hello, Hello, I've recently been unable to upload FBX files. I've tried it with various files, but I keep getting the same error message... the Dimension-Version is 4.1.4

Hello, Wondering if anyone else has been running into this glitch with the most recent version of Dimension (v4.1.1) but a good majority of the files that I work with will remove my graphic layers entirely on all of the models in my file when I save my document. I've also tried "Save As..." a new file entirely in a new location and I still run into the issue. Like I said, I'm using Dimension v4.1.1 and I'm on a MacBook Pro 16-inch running the Sequoia 15.2 OS. Thanks!

I’m experiencing a problem I’ve never had before. In the latest version of Dimension, released last month, I can’t turn off the background color, nor can I export/render a PNG with a transparent background. When I try rendering to PSD and open the file in Photoshop, there is always just one merged layer (object + background). This forces me to manually select the object and create a new layer without the background. Should I revert to the previous version of Adobe Dimension? All I need is to export/render simple objects without a background, but it seems that this option is no longer available. Thank you in advance for your support!

Adobe Dimension - Version 4.1.4 I have a project with multiple materials applied to different surfaces of the model. When I attempt to try a new material for one of the existing surfaces - it applies the new material to a different surface and all the other surfaces swap their materials as well. In the images - I am trying to change the base of the model, which is currently using the "Metal" material. When attempting to change it to "Alloy metal scratch" it applies to a different surface and then swaps all the other materials around to different surfaces.
