Hi there.I'm having an issue with applying an action on surface. When I choose the picture by action it is keep repeating it on the whole object while I just wanna apply it on the top. 

Can anyone tell me why Dimensions is tiling my artork? It worked once before now for some reason I can not place artwork on the model withouth tiling?

Hello,I have been using Dimension for a very short time, I have imported a 3d .fbx bottle, this is very defined, opened with other 3d software, the bottle is not multifaceted.Yet inside Dimension it is multifaceted, I thought it was just a visualization, I made a high definition rendering and it is always multifaceted.Are there any settings that handle this?I could not find them...

Hello all!I am having issues placing my material on the models so that it renders properly. As you can see on the attached pictures some of it comes out just fine, but some is "cubed". When i move the camera around various faces of the object alternately become normal or "cubed". I apologize if I am unable to use the proper terminology for this, but perhaps someone knows what the problem could be. Many thanks to all!

Hello,I've modeled a room in sketchup, and wanted to take it into dimensions to render it a bit further.However, when I import my sketchup file into dimensions all the components of the model are grayed out and are all grouped as one chunk/piece.I exported the file from sketchup as a 3D model/stl. file (that was the only option I had), and when I imported it into adobe dimensions, everything was grayed out as seen below.  Does anyone know why this happens? And how I can take the images/materials/textures/models I had from sketchup into adobe dimensions for further rendering??   

Opening the application is fine and everything with it is all good except for the thing that dimension was made to do, whenever i try to put ANY 3d model onto the canvas, nothing appears but it says its there on the side.The same problem occurs when i try to put a background image.

Hi Im trying to emulate a label on a bottle that has both matt and mettalic surfaces. Ive tried to layer materials ontop of each other, and graphics upon each other also but it doesnt seem to work.My thought process was that I can split the label artwork in 2 seperate PSD's one with matt only elements (Background of label etc) and then the second with the just the mettalic elements (Logo, Brand name etc) and then just change the metallic & Roughness properties to each indvidual material layer.... I doesn't seem to work any suggestions of a work around? Thanks in Advance. Imran

I am not able to see anything on canvas screen, Its completely blank, cannot see any assets grid or anything. How to fix this?

Hi, I am a final year student studying Graphic Design BA Hons. I am using Dimension to help show some 3D concepts for my packaging design project. However, I am having issues with rendering. When it finishes rendering, the surface graphics appeared blurred. The graphics put on the 3D model is an Adobe Illustrator vector. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Do I need to go into Photoshop and save it in a different format so it doesn't go blurring? Please help and advise. Thank you!   

Hi, I've read a post regarding issues with quality on adding graphics onto models created in Adobe Illustrator files on them (post dated back to 2017). Is this still an issue? When I'm exporting my files, the image of the Illustrator file is of poor quality- less resolution and blurred, in spite of download to the high quality possible. Please could you advise and help?

Hi all,Read through all the Q&As about how decals work and what causes them not to work. I suspect my .obj files simply don't have usable UVs in this case, but wanted to ask anyway. When I bring in a JPG to place on a can, I get a large round empty frame, though the artwork does appear as a thumbnail in the properties panel. I can even click on the thumbnail to see a larger version.At first I thought it was a scaling issue since I noticed the scale was 12,975%, but even when scaled down to 100% or less (I tried a variety of scales) nothing appears on the 3D model itself.I also tried placing the image in the base layer itself and using the texture scaling tool as a workaround (per another Jeanette's response to another question), but couldn't get that to work either...Any help would be great.Thanks!Zach

Hello,Dimension is such a cool tool.I would like to dislpay an interactive model of a simple yoga mat with a custom surface. Creating that in AD is super easy and looks great. However, I would like to embed that same interactive 3D model on a website (woocommerce to be proecise). Is there a good way to package that up and display outside of the AD "Publish as 3D Scene"? My intention is to replace the Woo Commerce default viewer at the top of this page.https://icaro.store/ Thank in advance.Charlie

  this is my first time I open Dimention, but I can't see anything but the gray screen in my workingspace althougn I inserted a bottle and a box. Hi all, I have created a custom wine bottle in Photoshop and imported to dimension. However, when I add a graphic, it shows up on both sides of the objects and comes in backwards. Any idea why this might be happening?

Hello community! I made a model using Autodesk Maya 2019, exported it into .OBJ, then tried placing a graphic on one of the planes, but this message came up -  After this, Dimension doesn't respond, and crashes. I tried dragging a graphic on another model from the starter assets in the same file and it worked, and tried other things to know where the exact problem lies, and I'm pretty certain that the issue isn't in anything but the model I made by Maya. Does anyone have a solution for this? Or at least can explain the exact problem to me so I can look up how to solve it with Maya if possible? Thank you * =D (Note: I've checked this post but I'm not sure I've understood enough to know what to look for.)

Problem:When I publish my scene, deleted bookmarks show up anyway!?You can add, delete, rename, refresh your camera bookmarks easily.But you publish all of them? So I recreated my scene, set two new camera bookmarks and now there is a third bookmark in my published scene named "render_camera_n3d" at first position of my bookmarks!? Is it a bug?

Hi everyone, I can't seem to render in Adobe Dimension, I have version 3.1.1. I am trying to render a PNG image and it starts for two minutes then gives me an error. After the error, it keeps trying to render but stills says estimating.

Hi Guys, new to Dimension, recently testing to embed 3D scenes on website, but it keeps saying "unable to publish" in the "create public link".After serveral trials, I have even reinstalled the whole adobe CC, but it is still having the same "unable to publish", see if anyone have the same problem? Any clue to fix it? Many thanks!    

Hello, I'm using DN 3.1.1 at Windows 10 and I've created a DN-file. The file opens without problems and the preview in the DN welcome-screen seems promising. But when the file is opened, nothing shows, eventhough the components of my model are listed in scenes. I've tried to fit to selection, fit to canvas, zoom in and out, move to ground, but the screen keeps empty.                                          I've installed a previous version of DN (3.1) but still no luck.This version tells me that this file was renamed, deleted or moved (which it was not) so there's an error. I tried to start over, but even a new document prevents me of being able to see anything happening. So basically I'm stuck. Does anybody have thoughts?    [image size changed ussnorway]
