Will I have to purchase cloud manager or is it included when purchasing the subscriptions?

Hi, heidim80673881! You may view all subscription plans for Creative Cloud here. If you are wanting only Illustrator and Photoshop, I would go ahead and just go with the All Apps plan because you will probably find some use in some of the other apps.

Once you have purchased the plan you want, you can download the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. From within that, you can install the programs. Here is a screenshot to help you:

Instead of the word "Open", the button will be blue and say "Install" on it. Best of luck!
