I have a set of ADOBE CS6, after reinstalling and registering on a new computer, this message appears "  , This product cannot be licensed, Please contact Customer Support" What should I do?   (image contains serial number; removed by moderator)

I have by mistake deleted something and this is the error im having on my mac os catalina 10.15.17 Adobe Application Manager, required to verify your license, is missing or damaged. Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager.  I Please help  

Hello,For the past 2 days I have noticed that my profile is not showing up when searching for my name, also my portfolio used to appear in the first 10 portfolios for almost a year now and it suddenly dissapeared. I am not getting any interactions anymore and this was a sudden occurence without an explanation.This is my profile for reference: https://www.behance.net/anastoicaI tried everything, changed all possible settings, cookies for Chrome, tried posting something else for tests and more. I don't know what to do anymore and it hurts to know that I worked for that portfolio and now no one can see it. 

Installed Lightroom 6 on a new laptop due to old one dying. I also have Lightroom 6 installed on another computer. When I open Lightroom 6 on the new computer I receive a message that the serial number is already in use on the maximum allowed computers. You must deactivate on another computer. This is not possible. How can I get around this?

Trying to download adobe premiere pro trial version on Chromebook. When I click on the installer it gives 404 error message. Any ideas?

We use Federated ID's at my work. I was asked to assign a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for a user. When we went to install it, she had already signed onto using her personal Adobe account and downloaded & installed the software.Is there a way to prevent that from happening in the future?

SIX DAYS, 12-15 HOURS A DAY.  That's how long I've been trying to get Creative Cloud to load on my Windows 10 PC (Days 1-5) and on my now Windows 11 PC (Day 6).  Let me first say that Adobe's support, assistance and urgency in this matter have been utterly and completely nonexistent.  If I didn't absolutely have to have these applications I would drop Adobe instantly for the most lame customer service and the most apathetic attitudes.  Continuing to do business with Adobe makes me feel like I need to go shower each time.So...I had to do a full reinstall of Windows 10 on my PC about a week ago; mind you, this was a Windows 10 PC beforehand, and it ran Creative Cloud for the past 18 months without issue, but when I had to reinstall Windows 10 from that point forward and apparently inexplicably it no longer works.  When I run any of the installers, Creative Cloud Desktop, Photoshop, Lightroom Classic...the same thing happens over and over.  CCD actually does

Hello, i bought a subscription Photoshop plan "All applications". I have windows 8.1 and updated google browser. Since my operating system is not suitable for the latest Photoshop CC 21, I installed an older version of Photoshop CC 18.0.1, but this Photoshop also does not install, because it says that you need to update the operating system, although Photoshop CC 18.0.1 can be installed on Windows 8.1. What can be done in this case, maybe you can download Photoshop 18.0.1 separately, change the plan to Photoshop for photographers? I now need to install at least some Photoshop for training. Please help me with advice. Thank you.

I am trying to reinstall this package onto my new PC so i deactivated it on my old PC as it said there were to many devices active and it didn't work on my new PC now my old PC is locked out also, i've chatted online with the live chat and they sent me here. On my account it says no active devices and i cannot sign out of all devices, it only gives me the option to retry my product code or try another when i load an application.

I've run into an issue, where I'd been content using the 2019 versions of all my installed Creative Cloud applications. Photoshop, After Effects, Audition and Premiere namely.But now I've finally been running into some smaller issues and therefore wanted to do an upgrade to the lastest versions...however the Creative Cloud client is only showing After Effects aswell as Audition as installed and able to "upgrade". All other programs are nowhere to be found, meaning I can neither do the upgrade nor deinstalling them through the client.  I did the fix suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/apps-panel-reflect-creative-cloud.html#But it didn't work. Do any of you know what I can do?And if not - how the hell I get a hold of someone in an actual Adobe Support Chat since the website makes that an absolute self-looping-labyrinth of a task?

firstly it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact any customer support from adobe, are they just a shell company that only has web pages you have to scroll through for help?I have been trying for at least 5 hours now to install the creative cloud, i get an error you are not connected to the internet which I 100% am, next error if I continue is you need to disable firewall etc, firewall is disabled and i do not have any anti virus software on here, still i get an error try again later.this is infuriating , no one to get support off and something so simple that doesnt work.Am not a fan of cloud based subscritpions purely because of this. 

My question arises because I need to upgrade and I saw a few posts in the costco community that there were issues with using adobe software on the Macbook Air laptops, but there weren't any technical specifics for me to research. I'm just trying to make an educated decision here. I do have an iPad pro and an iMac, but I have physical issues that warrant using a laptop more than my desktop. Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer. Specifically, I wish to know if there are any incompatabilities that havn't been addressed by Adobe in their Creative Cloud Suite or if anyone has experienced limitations that warrant a minimum memory level etc. Thanks again! I own Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2, 3 and 4. I was able to install versions 2 and 3 without problems, but for some reason version 4 gives an error. Where can I download the installer file for Mac (.dmg)? Thanks a lot!!

Adobe Acrobat 9 stopped working on my computer, and instead showed Error message stating that there was an issue with my license agrement. The message indicated that I should UNINSTALL and reinstall, however I cannot find a download for Adobe Acrobat 9, and I've already uninstalled Acrobat 9 Standard. I can only find Adobe Acrobat XI. Further, when I try to install the "standard" version of Adobe Acrobat XI, it brings me only to a "Pro" web page. And, then I'm only given 2 options...to BUY or install the trial version. Further, I can't even install the Trial Version into my "Programs" file due to another error message saying there is a conflict with Windows. How do I get back my original version of Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard so that I can reinstall and submit my original serial number?

I decided to install Windows version of Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard (English version) which wasn't used it in years. I went ahead and registered both Windows and Mac versions successfully on my Adobe account. After setting up a Windows 7 Virtual Machine in VMWare, I launched the installer but when I wanted to use the serial number which I used to register the product, it gave me "serial not valid" error. It installs fine in trial mode which imho rules out any software incompatibility issues. What could be the problem and how do I go about fixing it?  It seems like a common problem based on what I've been reading on these forums. Can anyone check my serials and explain what seems to be the problem as I'm certain my serials are valid.

I am having trouble re-installing my old CS6 onto my new MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 destop computer. I have tried both; using the installer from my back-up as well as the adobe websites downloadable installer file. Neither are working; they both say error, and that the install is failing to initialize due to a possbile missing file. I have no idea what this means or how to remedy it! Please HELP me! Thank you. 

this is disgusting....,obfuscation to decieve & its corrupt. Just now....when I changed the billing on the card form it changed the plan, I wanted the pay monthly plan not this the yearly commitment forcing you to pay a year plan, that is horrific that it automatically changes plans without my permission before taking payment, and I want all my stuff in english, not spanish. I want my account in english. and they talk about seeing changing the plan, when it is impossible to see that monthly plan again when I want to change it to the monthly plan pay as you go plan, I only need this or a few months. This is how big corporates rope people in and if they dont pay they put there name to bad creditors, this is coorporate corruption as far as i am concerned. Its evil greed. how do I get adobe to change that plan it decieved me to buy to a non-pay yearly one? since they do not want to give phone numbers or chats to talk to a real person so that they can

I am a college student who was originally intended to purchase Photoshop, but accidentally purchased the Student-Teacher plan.I initially thought it was a student discount for one month, and upon looking at billing, it was a one-year plan with monthly billing cycles.Unfortunately for me, I completed my college course that required me to use Photoshop, and I feel that I do not necessarily have the need to keep theprogram. Aside from keeping it, I believe I won't be able to afford the remaining monthly payments until the end, due to the lack of using the program.Sorry for the inconvenience, and help would be much appreciated. My old Macbook Pro broke down so I had to reinstall my Lightroom 6 from TimeMachine.At first glance the program startet, and I was able to browse an edit as normal, but the next day i suddenly recieved two error messages and now Lightroom won´t open.I´ve tried to follow the links from the error messages but only end up at a site for bying or downloading a trial of the new CC app. What to do?
