Hello – I really hope this email gets through to someone who has the ability and care to take some responsibility over my customer experience and enable me to purchase the products that I have been trying to for more than two weeks now.  This will be my last attempt to communicate with a company that has such a bad attitude towards its customers.My ID- *****The problem is that I have tried many time use your online transaction service.  Both credit card and Paypal and of the something like 6 times (yes six times) and two weeks of talking to your customer services staff I still do not have ANY feedback from Adobe as to why the transactions are not going through.  I have however had feedback from my bank and separately from PayPal.  Just as an aside to this point I want you to understand that when I say I still do not have ANY feedback from Adobe, that is 100% accurate.  Each time I have tried to reach out to you I have been told that my important issue is being

I am trying to download my apps and creative cloud on my new macbook pro, and the website keeps giving me page not found. So how do I fix this issue in order to get my apps to download on my macbook pro.

WHEN I try to download I get a message MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll are not found,  How can I fix this? 

Newbie here...sorry for my ignorance.  I pay monthly for Adobe CC and it says my updates have been installed.  However, when I hope Photoshop CC it's stuck at version 2018.  I want version 22.1.1, especially for the sky replacement tool.  Can anyone help me?  

It all started with opening photoshop - requiring a serial code sent to my email account to log into Adobe, it would just keep asking me to verify my account by loading a browser page, signing me, meanwhile endless circle/loading. Then I use the AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool (as I couldnt uninstall the apps because I was now locked out of Adobe), now im trying to reinstall CC, and its doing the exact same thing it was when I was trying to sign in in the first place.  Ive tried disabling my antivirus and firewall, checking net connection etc, and I didnt need to manually fix HOST file. Any ideas on what else to do?Thanks

Keep getting "update failed" in CC 

I bought a few years ago the Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.  I thought I was going to spend more time editing my pictures but I never did.  Last year or so, an Adobe rep helped me to create a pdf file, but in doing so she asked me to uninstall the version in my computer and then she asked me to install a new version from Adobe which indicated free trial.  I then got a message last month that the use terms were changing and it was going to be cancelled.  I thought I could install my own program, but it is now allowing me now.  It keeps asking me to buy a monthly subscription.  I only want to change the document I have into a pdf file so that I can send it to everyone in my family.  I rarely use the program, so why do I need to buy a subscription when I paid several hundred dollars for the program itself.  Could you helop me please_

I bought illustrator and photoshop 6 days ago. I looked at my banking app and it says I made two payments on that day. I have them both installed on my laptop. When I click on them however it says that my trial has ended and I need to buy them. I click on "buy". I fill out all my info again. click submit and it says I can't buy it because I already own it. I have repeated this cycle many times and I do not know what to do.

Right click on the adobe creative cloud icon in taskbar nothing happens, this is normal? I am Brazilian, sorry for my bad english, thank you in advance! 

HelloAfter using a  "AVAST" Application ( "Cleaning UP" and "UNINSTALL" programs , it seems that it caused some files to be deleted by mistake )..All Adobe Applications in my PC were disappeared from the desktop ( but still were found in the program files)  ,and when I tried to reinstall any Adobe Application from the CLOWD  the next ERROR  appearedRemark:  My PC Operation system is " Window 10" 301,Unable to install the product.Click Retry to download and install it again.  Please adviceThanksSam

HelloI'm considering purchasing a Creative Cloud photography plan, but want to keep my current Photoshop CS 6 and Lightroom 6 applications also. Will installing the latest Creative Cloud version affect these existing applications in any way? I've determined my Mac is compatible with the latested CC requirments.Thank you

Habe ein Abonnement Creativ Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, ..) und werde den Rechner auswechseln (mehr Power). Was muß ich machen ? Auf dem alten Rechner die Lizenz "abmelden" oder "deaktivieren"? Geschieht das über mein Adobe-Konto? Muss ich auf dem neuen Rechner mit "Creativ Cloud" beginnen und die Programme neu herunterladen? Ich habe meine Anwendungen auf 2 Rechnern laufen (PC und Laptop). I tried to get the Premiere Pro free trial so I could edit a school project but I get this when I choose the "free trial" option: Direct Purchase UnavailableWhile this product isn’t available for direct purchase in your region (IO), you can purchase through various resellers available near you. It seems odd that the program would be unavailable to purchase in a country like Canada, is there a reason for this? Is it a bug? All I want is to be able to download the program.

I've been having some issues with logging in to my Adobe account. Everytime I try to sign in, I get this error message:Your Personal Account has been deactivated. Please review our Terms of Use  and contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error.When I try to create a new account, it refuses to let me, saying that the email is already in use. As Customer Support is not available due to the wait times, are there any suggestions on here on what I should do?Thanks. 

Hallo,wir haben seit vielen Jahren InDesign und Photoshop CS6 (nicht aus der Cloud) auf einem Rechner installiert. Seit einigen Tagen taucht beim Starten der Programme ein Hinweis von einer Testversion auf, die in 30 Tagen abläuft. Vermutlich hat die versehentliche Insatllation vom Adobe Cloud Manager für diesen Umstand gesorgt. Hat jemand eine Idee wie wir den Programmen wieder die vorhandene Seriennummer (ohne Cloud) zuweisen können? Am liebsten ohne Neuinstallation der Software...Danke für eure Mühen!VGStefan

Hi:I recently had to do a clean reinstall of Windows 10 on my PC.  I am using both Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements 2020 on that PC and have Academic licences for versions of both.  After reinstalling each, I was asked to enter the serial numbers - which I have.  However, the serial number seems not to be accepted as I keep getting sent back to the "enter the serial number screen".  Does anyone know how I can reinstall the serial number  so that the software will run under licence? Thanks.

HelloI'm trying to install the Creative Cloud on a brand new computer with Windows 10, every time I begin to download the app the installer crashes within the first few seconds. I contacted Adobe Support who remotely accessed my computer and told me it looked like a Windows issue and to contact Windows Support. I contacted Windows and after they remotely accessed my computer also was advised that the actual download file was not compatible with Windows 10 and I should contact Adobe Support. After spending 6 hours talking to online support I am keen to get this resolved!I'm not seeing an option to download Creative Cloud for a specific system, am I missing something?Thanks in advance

I found Raw 9.01 on your site myself, which I installed and everything works Ok. However, he has a different problem. My Acrobat (pro CS6) broke again a few years ago and I can't reinstall it with the CD I have, it reports an error after booting.

Hi there,I recently paid for my annual subscription (Adobe Acrobat Export PDF) and every time I wish to convert a PDF to word, I get taken to the Adobe website with all the pricing options.Does anyone have any suggestions about getting this resolved please?Cheers - Jack 

It seems that most of the help on Adobe's website is way out of date! I have Adobe Creative Cloud (CC 2020) desktop installed (with All Apps Subscription) on both my Windows 10 Pro 64bit (Version 10.0.1.18363 Build 18363) System and my iMac 27" High Sierra System and both devices get Error Code 113 when trying to update anything. Each app upon clicking the Update button progresses for anywhere from 7-30% before it exits and reports Update Failed - More info -> which in turn tells me Error Code 113 (Unable to reach Adobe servers) which is a total bullcrap response code, because I can connect to Adobe's connection test pages (along with everyone else who seems to be having this problem, and STILL can't connect through the desktop app...) Dear Team, Please proceed with cancelling my subscription because there is no way from my inside account to do it, no way to get in contat with a live agent, it seems Adobe freezes (hope not intentionally) all that ways that you can manage cancelling the subscription.....I don't know what happening with Adobe but I'am very dissapointed of such situation....The reason fyor cancelling the adobe subscription is that I will make another one affiliated to a company. Please aknowledge receiving this message and confirm me the cancelling of my subscription
