Having started out as a raving fan of the brand Adobe, I am wiser but sadder and now have a loathing for all things Adobe.As a full time (mature) student, it was tremendous news to find I could have a huge discount on an annual Creative Cloud and I readily signed up.This gave me access to all manner of things and I felt like a child in the toy shop. Then unfortunately I did not upgrade my payment details when a current bank card was no longer within the date for payments and soon after I lost the service.Someone called from Adobe and we seemed to get the issue sorted and I was to be reinstated with a free month.Then my troubles began, it would not work, I tried the DIY fixes in line with the website and then upgraded to chat online.This is the point at which I lost faith in Adobe-- after an hour of not having my questions answered, I was put through to the technical desk and then after 10 minutes they vanished.I repeated the process and then went through all the labourious questions of

Need to re-download photoshop because some functions randomly stopped working and the only solution is to remove and re-install... Tried opening up creative cloud and can't even get in because the update won't install.  Error code 87 - Another installer is already running. Apparently this is a common issue on windows 11 and I have yet to find a solution that works. This is pretty critical because I am a full time photographer and graphic designer, so if I can't find a solution quickly I'm going to have a problem. Apparently this has been an issue on windows for a wild and it's bewildering that adobe still has yet to fix this problem. Someone please help.  Thanks

Hello! I recently updated my InDesign to the newest version, but it turns out I need to be using InDesign version 16.0 for compatibility with my company's database system. Our company will be upgrading soon, but for now this is the version we have to have. I contacted Adobe support, but they oldest version they can provide is 17.0.Can anyone please provide a direct download link for 16.0?I am desperate! Please and thank you all very much.

I am trying to put Premier Elements 11 on my 'new' edting PC but it says Elements 11 is already activated on 2 computers, deactivate on 1 to activate on this computer.  Only problem is both computers are dead so cannot remove from any.  I looked in activated devices but it is empty, also when I tried to sign in to Elements 11 it says something went wrong, is that because of the activation 'problem' as I used the password to sign in to here to write this.Thanks

This is very unusual, but we seem to have narrowed the problem down to what seems to be Adobe Creative Cloud which crashes the network for only that computer and usually we have to run a DOS command of "netsh int ip reset" reboot the computer and it works.  The question is why is this happening?  Here's some details:We've reformatted the hard drive multiple times, replaced the network card and cable, also replaced the entire computer 3 times.  So we know it is nothing to do with the hardware.  Also, they are the only person in this entire company that has a problem with local network and Internet going down multiple times per day sometimes.  The only software different on this computer from the others is Adobe Create Cloud is installed.We can ping the router and Google and it resolves the name to IP so we know DNS is working, we just can't browse the local network or the Internet and remote tools and other apps that require Internet do not work.  We fix it

Can I install any adobe programm in macbook?

I purchased the adobe creative cloud suite and i'm trying to install Creative Cloud, but it just won't do it. It says that i'm disconected from the server. It's error 206. I've tried to change wifi connection, deactivated the microsoft antivirus and the firewall, checked the firewall to see if adobe servers are blocked, no they aren't, and still nothing. Does anybody know what to do?

I can see Adobe XD in the list of apps "Included in Your Plan" on my account page, but it does not appear in my Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app

I'm currently running creative cloud on windows 10.  I have tried installing the apps to both my C drive and a plugin external drive and I am getting the same error message each time.  The message tells me that I am trying to install to a network drive and no matter what changes I make in the download preferences it still gives me the same message.  How can I resolve this issue?

Ich darf keine Apps mehr runterladen, weil angeblich mein Computer nicht den anforderungen entspricht. Komisch nur, dass bevor meine Festplatte sich selbst gekillt hat alles funktioniert hat. Jetzt hab ich den PC neu aufgesetzt, alles entspricht den Anforderungen und alle Treiber sind aktuell und ich kann nichts runterladen außer .DMG Datein die ich unter Windows auch nicht mit einem dafür vorgesehenen Reader öffnen kann.  

Hallo zusammenIch werde mein MacBookPro komplett neu aufsetzen und dafür (nach Backup) komplet löschen. Empfiehlt es sich vor dem Löschen, alle Adobe Programme zu deinstallieren und später wieder neu zu installieren? Oder kann man sie mit der TimeMachine später wieder problemlos aufspielen? Wie ist das mit der Anzahl der zwei möglichen Installationen (eine läuft weiter auf einem anderen Rechner)? Gelten gelöschte Adobe Programme als nicht mehr existent für die Zählung?Bin für jeden Hinweis dankbar 🙂

Hey everyone,I have an old license for Creative Suite Web Premium (I've got CS4 + 5.5 upgrade). When I try to activate it on my new device I get an error "This serial number has already been activated on 2 computers".I did indeed have it activated on my old laptop so I deactivated it there (Help -> Deactivate). However, the error still appears. When I go to my account -> Activated devices there are no devices on the list.Do you have any idea how to solve the issue?

Hello, I was just accepted to a Design Faculty and wanted to buy myself an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. In my previous years of education I was provided a school Adobe account. I was wondering if it is possible to somehow use for example Illustrator on two computers at the same time, as my father gave me a laser cutter and it has a separate computer and would need to run Illustrator also, to send the files to the cutter. Error code 202 typically occurs when there is not enough disk space to store or extract the files needed to complete the installation.   For more information on how to free up disk space, see the following: Free up drive space in Windows Free up storage space on your Mac   Error code 202 can also occur if the installed security software or a firewall prevents the necessary files from being stored on the drive. Verify that any installed security software is up to date and using the manufacturer's recommended settings. If the error continues, temporarily turn off the software firewall and try the installation again.   Finally, if Error code 2 persists, see Solution 3 of Fix errors installing Adobe apps for links to the Creative Cloud Desktop app uninstaller and installation files for the Creative Cloud Desktop application.   It could be a temporary fix if you need to implement solution three, as you may encounter Error code 202 when the next mandatory update

Hello, I receive an error when trying to verify my EDU account with Photoshop Elements 2024 using the provided link from the retail box. It says to visit Identit-e 2.0 per the provided instructions, I have reached out to their support and they say it is on Adobe's end. This is very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I am trying to have both InDesign 2024 and 2023 versions installed on my MacStudio. However, when I try to install 2023 it tells me if will remove 2024. Is there a way to have both installed? I need 2023 for a cloud app I'm using to make branded templates. Thanks!
