Mac OS - Shortcuts of Creative Cloud don't work most of the time

I use the latest version of mac os catalina and the latest version of creative cloud.

At first the shortcuts seem to work fine, but then after some time, they randomly stop working in every single adobe software.

Nothing fixes it except at reboot. During the day, I have to reboot about 10 times to fix it.

Any ideas?
