Photoshop CC Infinite License Validation Loop EVEN AFTER Running CLEANER and Re-Installing
I have been scouring the forums and troubleshooting suggestions for hours, trying everything, and nothing is working.
My Laptop Specs: 2015 MacBook Pro, running OS X El Capitan
I have had an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription for several years, never had an issue.
Suddenly now it's saying that I am running a trial version of every single app. I went with it, thinking that when the "trial" of Photoshop ended, it would potentially kick me back into my regular full subscription. That didn't work.
If I try to open Photoshop, it pops up with a window saying that it's validating the license. The ball spins, then that window collapses, the Photoshop icon flashes on my dock, then instantly disappears (without the program ever opening), the validation window re-appears, and we start all over. It's an infinite loop.
I have already tried these things, and they didn't work:
-Logging out of my Creative Cloud Desktop App and back in
-Un-installing everything related to Adobe, emptying the trash, restarting the computer, re-installing
-3 TIMES, I tried running the Adobe Creative Cloud CLEANER, successfully purging everything related to Adobe Creative Cloud off my laptop, restarting, re-installing
-Doing the whole ~/library and /library things where you trash certain suggested files
-Created a new user on my laptop, tried to start from scratch outside of my normal user profile
I have gone over every thread on these forums that seems like it might work, and nothing. I am completely stumped. Please please help me. I have a huge project that I have a deadline for, and I need to get into Photoshop.
Many Thanks,
Elizabeth
