Purchased photoshop elements 15 from pc world and got no serial number

It cost me £79.99 and all I got when I downloaded and installed it was a trial version and no serial number to activate the full version so I feel I have been ripped off and pc world are no help at all

If you purchased the student version because you thought it was a bargain, but aren’t a student, you have only yourself to blame. The page seems to say it clearly enough.

PC World is a very large (and legit) UK retailer. £79 is the Student/Teacher edition. Have you proved you are a student/teacher? You won't get a serial number until you do.

Shouldn’t have to be a student or a teacher to use it otherwise they shouldn’t be selling it to the general public as it’s a waste of money

Since you did not buy that older version from Adobe, there is no way anyone here in this public forum, or at Adobe, is going to be able to help

Go to your credit card company and enter a claim to get your money back

I did not know that the magazine PC World sold software... or did you buy from someone else by clicking an advertising link at PC World?

No I bought it as a online download on the pc world wensite and got a product key, but no serial number to upgrade the trial vetsion which installed
