I purchased Dreamweaver in Nov 2020, so have current version.   I have a MacOS Mojave 10.14.6I have been using Dreamweaver for over ten years, and have set up 5 sites way back when on godaddy.Back then you could have a main site with other sites in subfolders under them.  Suddenly I cannot ftp to godaddy from any of the sites.  I get "cannot connect to host" if I use the "put" menu item within dreamweweaver.  If I go to Manage Sites, and click on Servers, and click "test", I get error message "cannot connect to host...user name or password is incorrect".  The username is shown, but the password is the normal stars when not visible.  This password was set up so many years ago I don't know it, and I am afraid to guess for fear of wiping out the correct password.  When I call godaddy they say they don't support Dreamweaver and I have to call Adobe.  The only other wrinkle in all this, is that I had had a version of Dreamweaver previously to my Novem

Hello All. I have been searching for an answer about centering my navbar-brand which has an image inside it for mobile devices. My thought is that it might have to do with a media query that directs the nav-brand with the logo in it to go to the center of the navbar when it is viewed on a mobile device. I have spent hours researching this. It's making me crazy. Does anyone know how to do this?  Thanks!

Hey, I'm completely new to dreamweaver and code but I need it for a class. I've been running the rest of the adobe suite on my macbook pro for years, but for some reason I haven't been able to run dreamweaver - it either crashes on startup or freezes immediately after loading and causes me to have to force quit it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm running mojave 10.14.4. I attached the crash report.

Question - in the Property Inspector in Dreamweaver, I am missing Dreamweaver image-editing features such as Crop etc I am on windows 10, newest updated Dreamweaver. Mine looks like this/ no image edit tools -- they appear to be missing  It should look like this/ note crop, contrast etc Please advise on how to get the full image property inspector. Thank you!

Can anyone help me with my Bootstrap 4 carousel? It seems straightforward but I can't get it to advance! It is stuck on the first slide. Also the forward and back arrows do not work and the indicators at the bottom do not work. I can see all the code and I have all the relevant css and js files. Help! Kevin from Cambridge

When I've looked this up I get references to Business Catalyst which has been removed. I already have a website with Adobe Portfolio, can I also publish from Dreamweaver onto the same space? I used to have the domain connected to another hosting provider but transferred it to Portfolio. The catch is that if I wanted to build a website from the ground up on the current hosting space rather than creating another page within the Portfolio environment, I can't view or publish it anywhere. Thanks. Good Morning, I maintain six website using Dreamweaver.  I previously used FlexiMenu2 to create and update the Navigation menu on each website.  Unfortunately, FlexiMenu2 is no longer supported.  I have since purchase DMXZone Universal CSS Navigation menu, along with a few other DMXZone products. However, I am having difficulty in automatically updating all of the existing pages in each site.  How do I delete the existing FlexiMenu2 Navigation menu from the pages and replace with the DMXzone Navigation Menu?  I have created the Navigation on the Index.html page, but do not know how to replicate the new updated Navigation menu throughout all of the other pages in the website. I need help. Regards,Morris Davis

I am unable to right click and make link while in the WYSIWYG for DWCC2017. it shows unclickable.A few days earlier, I'd no such issues.I'm using HTML5 pages. Even old pages where I had made links by right click are not working in similar fashion.

Hi,I'm using a mac with Mojave 10.14 and Dreamweaver CS6. It recently crashed and upon restart, my "Manage Sites" Window was blank (no longer listed my sites). Reinstalled CS6, still has same issue. Any ideas how to get my list back? Also, now since reinstalling, I am getting the error: "While executing onLoad in BusinessCatalyst.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured: In File "BusinessCatalyst": bcinit is not defined Any ideas why that is coming up or how to fix? Hello, When I turn on hidden characters with View->Code View Options->Hidden Characters carriage returns are bright white (I'm using a dark theme) while other characters like Tabs and Spaces are dim grey.  I really hate the bright white carriage returns and with they were the same color as other characters, but I can't seem to find a way to customize their color using main.less as I have for other elements.  Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how to do it? Thanks!

Hello Everyone,I am taking a Dreamweaver class and the Instructor is showing us how to insert the date using the Insert Panel.  The Date feature is not on the Insert Panel for HTML; however, on the menu bar, I see Insert  and HTML.  In this window, I see Date but it is grayed out.  How do I activate this so that I can complete my assignment?  Thanks. Annette

hello everyone , i have a problem : when i run extension manager and import a zxp file it tells me that the version that i use (dreamweaver) is not recent enough whereas i have version 2021CC anyone has a clue where it comes from ?? please it's important

Website made in dreamweaver and all works fine when using chrome or firefox browsers. When using safari, however, images never load unless the page is refreshed twice or the screen size is reduced down to mobile or tablet view, then the images appear fine.  I am new to coding and at a complete loss. One recommendation was to add a timespan to the images? No idea how this would help though. I have cleared cache, still the same. Tried on three devices with safari, all the same response (worked fine with chrome on all three devices). This is how the images are embedded. <p1><img src="images/ASPhysical/energetics/calorimetry2.png" width="500" height="251" alt="using specific heat capacity to find energy change"/></p1> All works fine on Chrome and Firefox when tested. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Many Thanks.

Can anyone recommend a solid eCommerce platform that integrates with a site built in Dreamweaver? I am looking for a solution where I can insert coding for Product Modules which connect to the Shopping Cart on a fully built out site. I am looking to avoid a browser-based template/CMS solution.

I purchased a copy of DW CS6 8 years ago from the Adobe Store. I just bought a new PC after my old one collapsed and I am trying to install my copy of DW on the new PC. I can still find my order in the Adobe store. I still have the emails I received along with the registration code but when I try to install it I'm getting a message from the installer about it not being able to find CS3, CS4 or CS5 on my machine.  It may be that it was an upgrade I purchase. I cannot remember but obviously I don't have any of the older products on my new machine. How do I get round this?  

Is it not possible to download older versions of Dreamweaver, such as CC 2014?

Hi, I am trying to create HTML e-mails, but I run into the problem that it will not look the same on dark mode e-mail clients.   I tried the prefer-color-scheme css class without success.  I also tried DW's e-mail templates, but the color reverses when I send an email to a dark mode platform. Every day I receive marketing e-mails with black fonts and white backgrounds, so I know it can be done. (I use dark mode) Any idea how to do this?  Honestly If I could get a template it would save me a lot of trouble. Thanks

In the below image the tabbed panel has this huge blue box that I can't seem to reduce.  It's supposed to wrap around the tabs that are created.  But, as you can see, this is not so.  I've tried editing the ui code to no avail.  And I keep getting an error on line 15 that says I'm missing a right brace.  But, when I insert the right brace, the error just gets bigger and my blue box disappears.  Here's the link to the web page where I have it posted:  https://www.lotcs.org/forms2.html.  If someone would please let me know how to fix this, I'd greatly appreciate it.  So far, I've spent like 5 hours on the problem.  Spry was much easier to code with.  Maybe Adobe will bring back an enhanced version of Spry.  Jquery is not friendly...at least not to me!Thanks,Dale Iannello
