I am trying to get a logo and a navigation bar at the top of the image.  This image is my header image in Dreamweaver.  I have other things I want to overlay under the headline in the image.  Please advise. I

I have a problem working with images and hotspots. The problem is that (one year ago) I used a png image with a lot of hotspots to connect to other sites. Now I've made the leap to using bootstrap 4. But the image/hotspot method doesn't work anymore. (Problems: An incredible number of problems!) See the file at http://berkeleyartisans.com/list.html for last year's successful list. Can someone tell me another way to get this working? (I've been seeing something about SVG files, but barely know what they are.) And, of course, I'm on a deadline... Apparently this is a problem that Adobe won't support anymore. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.Rick

Please be nice. I'm pretty new to desiging in dreamweaver. I have to do it for work so bear with me if I don't know what your talking about. I have a horizontal drop down menue bar to navigate the web page. In the Design part of dreamweaver my lists are piled on top of each other. I'll try to attach a picture. It's only in the design view it looks like this. The published web page is fine.  

This is a follow up on a problem that was encountered yesterday. The original post can be found here:https://community.adobe.com/t5/Dreamweaver/Javascript-onmouseover-does-not-work/td-p/10681988 In a few words the problem was that a code I had written in Javascript for my website did not work in Dreamweaver HTML code, whereas it worked in jsfiddle and in theory also in W3schools site.The problem was solved when I moved the Javascript code to the bottom of the HTML code, right before the </body> tag. Previously I had linked it through <script src"..."></script> at the head and it didn't work. As soon as I moved it as the last line inside the <body> it functioned as it should. I am new in coding and I haven't quite worked with scripts at both the <head> and at the <body> as it is mentioned here https://www.w3schools.com/js/js_whereto.asp , and why one works and the other doesn't, but general consensus as far as I a have read is for

With apologies to the forum, I have two questions that are evading me. Please note that I'm using bootstrap 4 for the first time, so that is the basic problem. (I'm sure the problem is me not knowing how to use bootstrap.)   (1) I have tried to center a banner, but nothing seems to work. It's in a (div class="container"), and everything else in that seems to work.  C6 I modifid a template . Added a table put domain names in each cell and made hyperlinks for each. I go down the list and open each domain to make sure they are working. Each domain has the same page, when i go down the list to each one they work perfect but randomly some hang and will not let   me move on no matter what hyperlink i click. Each domain has the same page so if you go to one page your now using that ones hyperlink page   asghosting.net

I'm a real novice looking for an idiot-proof way to get started with lightGallery. I was thinking that I could use a demo as a starting point and edit it to make my page. I use BlueGriffon.    I downloaded the lightGallery-master from Github. I have no idea what Bower or npm are. I can run the demo contained in the download. I guess I could build in up, but thought I'd try the demo at https://sachinchoolur.github.io/lightgallery.js/demos/ since it has a lot of thumbnails, which is my situation. I tried running it loaded into a new directory on my computer. That didn't work. I next tried loading it into the demo directory and it didn't work either.   I would appreciate a suggestion of how to get started.

I have been running DW CC on my Laptop, but since I  upgraded my desktop, I would prefer to run it on the Desktop, however, I would like to keep it on my Laptop for when I have to visit with clients. Is this feasible without having to get 2 licenses?

Im not sure how to correct this. Hello.   I have been a member of Creative Cloud since 2013. I have purchased a new PC and want to move some programs from my old PC to a new PC.   I have 2 questions in this regard:   1: How do I install Creative Cloud on a new PC, without paying again?   2: I have Dreamweaver CC Version 13.0 Build 6390 installed on my old PC and don't want any updated version - but want to keep Version 13.0 Build 6390.   I realize that it is possible to install older versions through Creative Cloud - but the oldest available version is CC Version 18.2.1.   My question is: Where can I download Version 13.0 Build 6390?   Thank you in advance for your response.   With best regards Jan  

I have my personal laptop and my work desktop. I now have an Adobe license through my school, so can put Dreamweaver on both computers. I would like to be able to edit my website on both computers, but is that even done? Would the two sync? Thanks, e

 In dreamweaver  Preview in browser   Hi all,I am just messing about with dreamweaver (hence excuse the design) and I am not sure why this is happening, but on dreamweaver I have created a table (800w) with 3 rows. On the top row I have a banner, in the next a nav bar and the 3rd row is an editable region. But as you can see in dreamweaver there are no white gaps at the top of the banner or in between the banner and nav bar. However when previewing it on the browser there is a white gap at the top of the banner and nav bar. Not sure how to fix this, please help! Thanks in advance.

We have an issue where we're dependent on pushing Excel spreadsheets for sitewide updates. The issue I'm having is the 32k character limit for a single cell and a few pages blow that limitation out of the water. What would fix the problem is having a way to dynamically attach the long path to the file while only having the file name in the actual href.Example?<a href="https://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/2Documents/Marketing/Catalogs/English/IndexedCatalog/xxxxx/xxxxxx.pdf"> If I could maybe have a class that would add the path and just have the file name?I'm not a programmer and know just enough to get myself into trouble.

On my dreamweaver at the screen sizes are not matching to actual screen sizes from different computers. It is not showing at all the same display.

Hi all,I have tried a few of the Dreamweaver themes, and many look nice, however I am having one particular issue with the cursor:When a text area is highlighted, and you move the cursor through the highlighted region, on some themes it's very hard to see against the background. Is there any way to adjust the cursor so it is easier to see (against the background) – Such as changing the color and/or changing the width of the cursor or something like that? Any suggestion for themes that do not have this issue would be helpful also. (solarized light seems pretty good) Thanks - dave  

I have tried launching dreamweaver cs5.5 on a new laptop with windows 10 and although it appears to have downloaded when I launch the screen doesn't display as it should - as it did on windows 7. Everything is much smaller and not readable 

I've been using Wampserver 2.5 on my Windows 7 computer successfully for years to preview PHP files in browser from Dreamweaver.I just bought a Windows 10 laptop, and installed Dreamweaver (19.2.1), imported the sites, and installed the latest version of Wampserver, 3.1.9.Everything works, except that images do not display in Live view (they do display in Design view), or when I preview in browser.The console in Inspect element in browser lists a 404 for every image, although the image exists, and the path is correct.It's probably some setting in Wampserver, but I have no idea where to look for it, and can't find anything relevant online.My understanding of testing servers is very limited, but I can follow directions, if someone know hows to fix this.
