Hi there, please has somebody information, that Dreamweaver was discontinued or not? Because while all other apps  in CC bundle has actually marked as 2023 version, Dreamweaver is marked still as 2021 version. No new functions or improvements, the Bootstrap version inbuilded, is legacy etc.   I understand that legendary DW already has smaller users community (as a part of designers bundle, wich dont use programmers), but hope, DW isnt another app on the way to discontinued such as Flash, Fireworks, Dimension, Muse, and lot of more great apps is hybernate in CC plan. 

In Dreamweaver 2021 (21.3, 15593 Build) under macOS 13.1, if I magnify the Dreamweaver window contents (using View/Design View Options/Magnification), the text becomes extremely blurry. If I then click on the Desktop, the text in that Dreamweaver window displays normally and is crisp. If I then click back on the Dreamweaver window and then click on the text, it becomes blurry again. This occurs at all magnification values except 100%. This issue didn't used to occur. I've included three screenshots. The first shows the window at 100% with the Dreamweaver window having the focus, and the text looks normal. The second shows the window at 150% with the Dreamweaver window having the focus; the text is blurry. The third shows the Dreamweaver window at 150% with the Finder having the focus; the Dreamweaver window text looks normal again.    

Hi,I use Dreamweaver 8.0.2 (no jokes please 😉 ) on Win10.Since yesterday I have the following problem:- I start DW- the little windos shows what is loading ... at the end it shows: "Inilialisiere Farbdaten für Code..." (engl.: "Initialize color data for code...")And then ... closes immediatly 😞I tried to re-install / repair DW8, but the problem still exists.What can I do?Thanks!!!Uwe

Hello,I have an issue connecting Microsoft Access to dreamweaver it says " Access is denied " I have already talked to my instructor about it and we tried to look for a sloutin so I'm pretty sure I wrote the right path & the right login information later my instructor said she can't help us anymore because it's supposed to be self-learning. a note a lot of my classmates are dealing with this issue 

Hi,Just started using DW 2019 and I can't type inside editable areas (<!-- #BeginEditable "nav" --><!-- #EndEditable -->) unless there is already code inside the tags. If I open the same page in DW CS6 there isn't an issue, I can add code.Seems to be a problem with DW 2019 unless someone has a suggestion please?Thanks.

I am using a CSS selector to style some text in a website.  .addtitle {    padding-left: 0;    margin: 3px 0;} In the HTML page, I have several para's styled with this selector, for example:                          <p class="addtitle">                            <strong>Móvil\WhatsApp:</strong>                        </p> These paragraphs do NOT display in Windows\Chrome (they are hidden). But they do show the way they should in FireFox, Explorer, Edge, Chrome on Android. I have cleared cache, forced reload, used another PC, but it makes no difference. If I use an identical selector, but call it ".addrtitle", in the CSS file and HTML page, it displays in all browsers! Anybody have an idea why this happens? HiI have run to check error logs on my coding. However, it appears PHP Warning: Use of undefined constant Type  May i know does it mean?Since the files only works in localhost, when i tried in server, error appears.

I'm about to get a new MacBook. Last time I put DW on a new computer I don't think I set it up correctly. Is there a good tutorial I can use to ensure I set it up the right way? When I used GoLive years ago there used to be a great feature where you could hit a button that uploaded everything that had changed since the last upload. DW doesn't seem to have this and I think it's because I didn't set it up properly in the first place.

Background: I would like to choose the product where product.type = menu.typeSo below is the category of '"clothing", i want to choose "top" only when i click the "top" from the menu. But it seems coding error, so the page cannot run normal please assist. 

The first image is with no attached CSS Then I attach one CSS and I get multiple attachments. Sometimes more than just one extra. None of the attched sheets perform as the should. Any idea folks?

Hello all, I'd like to use fonts selected via adobe in a website created in DW. I selected them and download + "acticvated" them  via Adobe Illustrator and via the Creative Cloud master portal app, by clicking on the "download" icon in font finder interface. Now, how to get them in DW ? they do not appear in the fonts list of  "tools / manage fonts" window. And then, once I get them in DW, how to find the font file (eg : ttf...) to insert it in the website, so that it can be used by customer's navigators ?Does anybody have ideas ? 

I have a lot of pages that are showing up as being not indexed because of 'Duplicate without user-selected canonical'. I have looked into it and to be honest find it  a complete brain killer.From what I have understood it means that I have duplicates of the same page but I don't. So why is Google Analytics saying otherwise? There are links from one page to another but there are no duplicate pages.I found a site that apparently explains things and says that I need this <link rel=“canonical” href=“https://example.com/sample-page/” />in my header. The mind boggles!So can someone please explain to me what it means and then how I go about rectifying the issue.Thanks in advance and Happy New Year to you all!

Hi - Is there a way to put a box behind the caption so that it can be seen on a variety of different images? 

When I try to attach my CSS file using 'File' attach Style Sheet if seems to go ok.However when I try to edit my CSS I get a warning saying my CSS file is remote and can't be edited. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Good morning everyone,I would like to know if Dreamwewaver will be abandoned.For example, I have many problems with Imac 27 Intel i7 with 32GB RAM, Dreamwewaver is very heavy and slow.Also, during my work, huge warning windows for Bootstrap 4 pop up all the time. Apart from the fact that I use Tailwind or Bulma, I want to point out that Bootstrap 6 will be available soon.However, isn't there a way to disable these huge, ugly and useless windows from opening? On a Macbook Air M2, it crashed my Macbook completely during installation, so I had to force disable Dreamweaver.Uninstalled everything and reinstalled, same problem. Thanks for any ideas

I am making great strides with Bootstrap thanks to all of the support I've received here. My question this time is that I have multiple domains under one hosting pkg., all in the public_html folder. I have one css folder, also in public_html. Does each domain need it's own css folder? I'm unfamiliar with multiple domains in one hosting packages. Also, I want to create another bootstrap doc for one of the other domains, and I need to specify whether to create a new css, or use an existing one. tia

I'm trying to create a page with Bootstrap, and can't seem to get past the first step... fixing navbars to the top and bottom. I have seen a few posts on here pertaining to DW Version 21.3 and it's sheer inability to execute correctly. So far, I have seen CSS style sheets fail to load whenever I create a HTML document  from my template. I have seen HTML documents created from templates with non-editable regions being ignored, I have also seen HTML documents created from templates not even updating any code outside of any editible regions within the original template. Having spoken to Adobe technical team, even they don't know what is going on. Even after a remote session last night. They have had to take a copy of my code and try and replicate it their end. Its sporadic, it decides to work one minute, then the next minute it decided to go off on a tangent. I have seen a few posts on here about 21.3 playing up, so I;m not the only one experiencing issues. Adobe have really dropped the ball on this one. 

Please advise ... Trying to install Dreamweaver, and the installation keeps failing. 

I had a copy of Dreamweaver CS6 installed on my Windows PC. I recently purchased an iMac and was able to install my Creative Cloud account onto the Mac. My question is simple: Will I have to purchase a brand new copy of Dreamweaver for my Mac? Thanks,Michael

Seriously, what is going on with DW at the moment? This programe has gone to pot. What on earth is going on with their templates? I have created a template, then clicked File > New > Site Template, seleced the template I wanted, and all the editible regions have dissapeared, meaning that I can edit all the text which I place outside the editible regions in the first place. In addition to this, despite placing a link to the CSS document in the header and outside of the editible regions, none of the CSS is updating in new documents. It says it does via the Log, but the CSS does not update. Literally stumped, I have used DW for 5 years and I have never had these silly, silly, stupid, ridicilous issues before.  Really don't need this.
