Adobe is unable to fulfill their part of the contract

Good day, 
 
Several attempts contacting Adobe or any kind of customer service have failed. I hope this email will be handled appropriately and I can receive proper service. 
 
Unfortunately Adobe is lacking with fullfilling our contract. The creative cloud continously denies my log in and asks me to subscribe to the service (when still charging me the 19.66 EUR each month). Over the period of my subscription I was only able to use Premier Pro, After effect, Photoshop and light room and did not receive access to the rest of the CC even though I PAY FOR IT. 

In the attached photos you can see what pops up when I try to use my adobe account for the Creative cloud. It refers to a trial period which I do not have since I am paying the subscription fee for a while. On top of that, when I was kicked out of my subscription, all my work has been deleted and is lost. 
 
Therefore I am demanding that you look into the problem and issue a credit for the months that adobe has not fullfilled their part of the contract. 
 
I kindly ask you to transfer this email to someone who is able to solve the issue.

You need TLS 1.2 connections or higher for security reasons.  Depending on which OS and browser you use, you may need to update.

Or something may be preventing your computer from making a stable connection -- a bad computer user profile, improper file permissions, conflict from Firewall or Anti-virus software, bad or failing router, etc...
