adobe took money out of my account and I cant access any of the apps...

Its then asking me to buy them individually to access them. Please help.

    Christian, it appears you have a Creative Cloud for Team membership. Please contact your organization's Creative Cloud Admin for additional assistance.  If you are the Creative Cloud for Team Admin, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/faq/teams.html for more information on the type of membership the organization purchased and how you can access the dedicated support that is included with a Creative Cloud for Team membership.

    1st, Log-in to your account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products to be sure your subscription is active

    1. Open CC Desktop App.
    2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
    3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
    4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
    5. Close all apps.
    6. Restart your computer.
    7. Open CC Desktop app.
    8. Click your Avatar.
    9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

    its asking for a serial number? When did I recive that?

    I meant to say student or cloud that I first paid for. I dont get it. Its confusing.
