in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @OLIVARES,

Thank you for reaching out.

Adobe accounts are intended for individual use and can be signed in on up to two computers, but only one device can actively use Adobe apps at a time. Sharing your Adobe account violates Adobe policy and can disrupt workflows, risk file integrity, and compromise security. More details are available here: https://adobe.ly/3H6eOeZ

Adobe offers several licensing models under its business plans:

Named User Licensing (NUL):
Tied to individual users, allowing installation on multiple devices (typically two), but not for simultaneous use. Best suited for users who need flexibility across devices.

Shared Device Licensing (SDL):
Tied to a device, not a user. Designed for shared environments like labs or classrooms. Users must sign in to access apps.

Key Features:

  • Centralized license management via the Admin Console to assign, reassign, and manage licenses efficiently.

  • Flexible user allocation, allowing licenses to be reassigned as team members change.

  • Collaboration tools, including shared libraries, team projects, and version history (up to 180 days).

  • Enhanced security with features like IP protection, Single Sign-On (SSO), and asset reclamation when users leave the organization.

While business plans do not support simultaneous use of the same account on multiple devices, they offer the following benefits:

  • Scalability: Efficient management of multiple users and licenses.

  • Security: Protection of creative assets and compliance with organizational policies.

  • Collaboration: Streamlined teamwork through integrated creative tools.

  • Support: Access to expert assistance and priority issue resolution.

  • Control: Full ownership and management of licenses and content, even as teams evolve.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Regards,
^AN

you can install on 3 (or more), but the limit for concurrent usage is usually 1.  check with your admin if you have questions.
