How do I change the date field from American to English?

Does anyone know how to change the date field on form from American to English.  This is required for Company Registration Office forms?

Could you please let us know where do you want to change the Format of the Date? In General, the Date field is determined by the operating system's regional settings. If you can share more details, and screenshots we can try to help.
