I have 5 Creative Cloud Licences and an employee has left and they want to transfer it. As the person has left we cant get into his account to dis activate. Any Ideas?

If it is a complete Creative Cloud for Individual, owner has to cancel that subscription and you can purchase a new one with a new account. If it is Creative Cloud for teams, you may switch users‌ in your team.
