How can I sign out of the Creative Cloud website without having to open the Creative Cloud desktop application?

I shared a folder within my library for another team member to add graphics from Photoshop into it.I have also been adding graphics to this folder and it has been appearing on her side. However, the graphics she has added aren't showing up on my side. Can this be fixed?

I was puting my credit card information when I want to buy a standard license for a music called Deep Sea © Robert Karpinski/Jamendo for an animated film I did for school. Then after I hit buy, the price went from 9.99 to 199.99. My parents will be so mad at me. I crying right now, please tell me there is way to undo this.the ID is #429392586 

I am beyond frustrated by Adobe's support team and their lack of clarity on how pricing agreements work. Our org has had an Adobe account since October 2020. In June 2022 we purchased several licenses at a discount with an agreement to honor the discount for 1 year. However, in October 2022, our discount disappeared and we are now being charged the full retail price for our licenses. I have literally gone through a dozen chat session, and ten phone calls to understand why, and to get our discount back. Not a single Adobe support rep has been able to explain what happened or why. In fact, the support reps have gone out of their way to not be helpful. I've experienced everything from chat reps transferring me back into the same queue I started in, or transferring me from department to department. Phone reps promise call backs that never come. One phone rep even feigned not being able to hear me for more than 15 minutes before hanging up on me. Finally one rep said that our

Hello, I recently registered as a student in order to use Substance 3D products. However, I did a mistake by first submitting a request for access before registering with the email I need to use (provided by my university). Because of this, I didn't receive an email containing the redemption code. I have tried to submit another request, but I am getting a "UniqueID already exists" error upon clicking the Submit button. What can I do?

We have three CC licences, and so have three Frame.io accounts. Is there a way to merge these or make them work together as three seats in one Frame.io account?

Hello,is there admin api for Enterprise? need API for read user/license assigned information and license management future. I tried to create project for my app, but there nothing api for my requirements 

The Adobe sign-in process is buggy and has been buggy for years. Out of about 60 students 12 cannot login and therefore cannot access any apps. The affected students appear to be completely random. Each individual student account even on the same machine may or may not be able to login. It is very frustrating. All should have full access to a school-wide license. All names and account information were uploaded together on the same spreadsheet. The one thing that is seemingly consistent is that some students (not all) after entering their email to sign-in are not presented with the account type screen so that they can choose Personal account. This locks them out of being able to sign in correctly and there appears to be no way to reset this choice. They are given no other option than an Enterprise Sign-In which does not properly connect the accounts. I just don't know what to do. Any guidance is appreciated.

Hi Adobe Support Community, Earlier this year my cc subscription was canceled becasue of yearly subscription I can get through my school. I forgot to buy a new cc subscription, so I quickly added my paypal to my adobe account. Resulting my subscription automatically changed to a monthly sub.Now I realized that I still havent got back to my yearly subscription. So I bought a new yearly cc subscription through my student account. I was expecting to get a license code, so I could change the payment method. But instead it automatically added another cc subscription to my adobe account.  Is there a way I can exchange my mothly subscription into my new year subscription? Or does anyone know another solution? kind regards, Yente

I have been having trouble removing an old administator account for a team memenber that left nearly a year ago (I have sporadically tried to remove this). I get an error message saying "Your action can’t be completed. Please try again shortly.". I have tried removing his account from the Users screen and the Aministrators screen.Any help you be appreciated

I've been trying to install after effects but it literally is not letting me. I'm on PC (windows ten) and when I press the button to install it, a pop up comes up that says I can install whatever other thing along with it, and then it starts installing, but doesn't go past 5% and it just says "installation Failed" I've restarted my computer I reinstalled the creative cloud and this was happening with photoshop too but for some reason illustrator installed just fine. Is anybody else having this problem or had this problem?

I ran the report that shows the number of HED licenses being used and the machine names. It does not match the computer count that I have for total installations.  I have machines in the same room which used the same install package some show up in the admin console and others do not. Any tricks or other things I might try to get them to report in so my license count is an accurate reflection of my installs?

Hello,I was wondering if its possible to use a group in Azure AD to automaticly buy and assigne license in Adobe cloud? And if the user gets delete it unsubscribes the license given? We have setup Enterprise application so users gets integrated to Adobe Cloud, but have not found a way to automaticly assign license through an AzureAD group.

Hello.My laptop is broken.I paid for it, but I haven't used it for three weeks.I know it will probably take longer to repair. So I want to cancel my subscription because I can't use Adobe Premiere Pro.Futhermore it can't be canceled because it's purchased under the school name how much I look for it.Please help me! Account owner is me. but I don't know how to cancel.

To keep track of Adobe Licenses issued it would be helpful if there was a notes field within each user's account within the Admin console, which would allow me to enter the purchase order details. This would helpful when transfering licenses.

Hi there,   I bought Adobe CC in NOV 11th and aimed to use only 1 month.   I didn't know about the auto - renew policy. So my old school account closed a while ago, and I've been trying to access Creative Cloud on the Windows computer that I used with the old account. I started college, and logged into my new school email on the adobe website, but it can't connect to the Creative Cloud app. It's stuck in a loop, "You've been signed out; please sign in again to continue using Adobe apps." and when I hit the sign in button it just refreshes and then shows me the same screen.  I've already uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, and done a couple other tricks on here and it hasn't worked yet. 

Hi, a few months ago I used my educator Email to create a CC account with the educators discount. In the last month, the organisation I work for has "taken" this email and assigned it as a work privillage level account. This means Central IT have ownership of this account and I cannot use my Creative Cloud account, nor can I change or cancel it or change billing or other data. (I have paused payments as that is what my company told me to do...) They advise me that they cannot do anything about it and to contact you but that is very difficult. Could you please help as I have been billed but cannot use this account! I would like to just perhaps chage to a different Email address and continue accessing the service on my current discount plan. Please help me Thank you

The school IT department says I should be able to migrate my asset but I get this error when I hit the Migrate Assets button in the final step:Contacted Adobe support team but received a reply like this: I'm afraid we are not able to swap Enterprise IDs on our end, including student accounts. Did not work till now. And the dumb thing about the migration portal is that each time it requires you to create a new account through it, even you fail a new account is still created and next time you try you have to create a new account again.Can somebody help or recommend some helpful paid web builders so I can rebuild my portfolio there and ditch Adobe?

HelloI have a huge problem. Enterprise from which I have an adobe plan had troubles and I got cut off from adobe plan and adobe creative cloud. I have the access back but instead of option to log to my personal account and company's account, when I log in it directly logs me in to one account when  I have plan, apps and everythings, but every file I had is gone. I chcecked my desktop folders and everything but none, everything is gone. Is there a way to get my files back? Or only one file which i had only on my adobe creative cloud bc i didint make a desktop copy. It was adobe XD file. Thank you for your helpHave a nice day 

My Photoshop licence been renewed by my company yet it still says "Trial Expied" in Creative Cloud. Reloging does not help.
