Yes. You can download and install Creative Cloud desktop applications on multiple computers, regardless of operating system. However, activation is limited to two machines per individual associated with the membership, and you may not use the software on these devices simultaneously.See the Licenses and Terms of Use | Adobe for more information. It goes without saying that intellectual property is the most valuable corporate asset. Safeguarding your intellectual property not only protects the reputation of your organization, it also ensures that you stay competitive and sustain revenues in the long term.To help protect enterprise assets, Adobe is updating its Creative Cloud for enterprise storage to provide administrators centralized control over Creative Cloud accounts. The updates provide flexible quota limits, improved security, and enhanced collaboration features.Traditionally, Adobe storage is allocated per user with a fixed storage quota. If you reach this limit, you must either delete some content, or your organization must purchase more storage, even if other users aren't using their full quota. With this update, instead of per user, storage quota can be allocated from an aggregated storage pool purchased by your organization. By allocating at the organization level, any user can exceed their quota, as long as the sum to

Hello,i want to deploy four copys of adobe acrobat pro to specific computers / employes but still be able to have controll over the licenses. I already have the four licences so switching to a cloud product is no option for me. Is it possible to registrate all copys on a single adobe id or do i need an enterprise id? Does every employee need an own adobe id or can i deploy acrobat without the user noticing anything about adobe accounts?Hope someone can point me in the right direction.
Hi.I use Munki to distribute application in my Mac environment, also for Adobe Creative Cloud packages. The only problem I have is with Acrobat DC, I'm trying to update my previous installation of Adobe Acrobat DC 18.011.20035 to the new 19.010.20091 release.During the silent install/upgrade I can see these error logs:Installing Adobe Acrobat DC CC (1 of 1)... suppress_bundle_relocation: False Preparing for installation… Preparing the disk… Preparing Adobe Acrobat DC (Continuous)… Waiting for other installations to complete… Configuring the installation… 2.2 percent complete...... 86.961525 percent complete... I am having an issue with my access to Adobe Creative Cloud packages and services. Specifically, I have an Educational license that has the full Creative Cloud available across 20 student computers (as well as my own computer). 14 of my student computers work fine, but 6 of them suddenly "lost" their licenses to After Effects, Audition, etc. These computers are all set up the same way and everything is up to date. I am unsure how to fix this issue, aside from having to mirror a "working" computer across to all the ones who aren't. Any help would be appreciated.

As indicated below on the license pictures, the license for ACROPRO 2017 our Government organization purchased expires May 31, 2019. What I wanted to confirm is on page 2 where the "Licensing Program" is indicated as CLP 5.0 LICENSE PROGRAM - GOVERNMENT. As I understand it, the CLP is a "Perpetual licensing through a 2-year agreement" program as described in the "how to buy" section of Adobe's website. If that is what was purchased, should the expiration date not be May 31, 2020? Can anyone confirm this and/or point me in the right direction for remediation if that is in fact the case? Thanks!TLAMGUYPRIVATE INFO MASKED BY MODERATOR.
Hi,I have an Enterprise subscription through my work.Yesterday my Lightroom CC account (on my personal macbook pro) started asking me for my login keychain and not accepting the password. On troubleshooting this, I uninstalled all my Adobe apps and ran the Creative Cloud cleaner tool (it wasn't clear if this had done anything as there was no message of completion). I reinstalled all my apps. Now I am getting 'can't verify your credentials' message on launching any of my apps.I did wonder if it had something to do with being logged in on two other machines, but in the past that has just triggered an option to log out of other machines.Would anyone be able to look into this for me? I'm trying to finish a job.Much appreciated.

I work with PCs and I'm trying to find out how to reactivate a deactivated device. Yes, I have read the instructions here Reactivation of Archived machines in Device licensing but find them unclear. They tell me to "Copy the prov.xml for device license to the same folder as the extracted adobe_prtk tool". So where do I find the prov.xml file or how do I generate it?
When running an incremental synchronization one of the first things that happen is the web.config file gets deleted from C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Updates\Adobe\ACC\services\ffc\icons folder. I know a fresh synch would delete everything but an incremental should not delete the file. Does anyone know how I can keep this file from being deleted?
Hi All,For Enterprise deployment we always use the enterprise download of the Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution . The latest update (Reader DC 2019.010.20098) is only available in English and not in the for my disired language (Dutch). The highest Dutch version that can be downloaded is Reader DC 2019.008.20071. Does anyone know why the version in English is higher then the others?? I really like to have version Reader DC 2019.010.20098 in Dutch.Thank you in advance.R. Joris
Scenario 1- If the Team Admin has missed assigning the license to a user, and since the user's email address is not associated with the seat (license) for Creative Cloud, the system does not identify the subscription and provides 7 Days Trial to the user. Follow these steps to resolve this:Sign in to 'Admin Console' using the Team admin’s email ID (Adobe id).Go to the ‘Products’ tab and click on ‘Add User’ option under the ‘purchased Product License’.Enter the email ID (using which you want to access the apps), enter the name and ‘Save’ it.Sign out and sign in back to Creative Cloud Desktop application. In case you do not have this application installed, download it from here: How to download Creative Cloud desktop app.Scenario 2- Connectivity issues between Adobe servers and end users machine. To resolve this please check if network endpoints for websites and specific services that are offered as part of Adobe Creative Cloud are accessible on ports 80 & 443, the list is given here:
As a teams administrator, the Admin Console allows you to create, search, update, and remove user accounts. These user accounts entitle the end users in your organization to Adobe products and services. To get started, read our help document for detailed steps: Manage UsersIf you have trouble adding users or assigning licenses, let us know. Add your comment below. Or you can create a new thread.
For Direct orders:Only the primary admin has the privilege to manage and update payment information for the Team subscription. If you are the primary admin, sign in to your Adobe account using the primary admin’s email ID.Under Plans, click Manage plan, and then click Manage Payment. In the window that appears, update the required card details and click Save. For more information, see this page.If you need additional information, let us know by adding your comment below. Or you can create a new thread.
In case your team admin is no longer with your organization, you'll need to contact Adobe Care to make this update. You'll need to present a valid proof-of-purchase. You'll also need to provide a valid credit card to switch the payment method associated with your teams account.Once you have access to your team's Admin Console, remove the older employee, so that they no longer have access. As a best practice, ensure that you have more than one user with Admin privileges.Hope this helps. Let us know. Add your comments below. Or create a new thread.
Enterprise ID and Federated ID accounts are created, owned, and managed by the organization or school. End users cannot change their passwords using Adobe websites.Enterprise ID users can contact their IT administrators to trigger a password reset.Federated ID users using Single Sign-On (SSO) can directly update their passwords using their standard organizational tools. If you have more questions, post them below. This error box is now coming up on more and more machines in our organisation. Although I have seen various forum posts for Errors 15 and 16, I have seen none for 1. Even Adobe's own support site only mentions 15 and 16, and the fix for this is to correct the permissions on certain folders. These folder permissions are correct on our installations. We are running Creative Cloud 2018, and this occurs on all applications Previously we fixed this by uninstalling and reinstalling on a few individual machines, but now the problem is becoming widespread. Ideally we would like to understand the cause of this and prevent it, because remediating it after it has occurred is not a practical option, as we are a University with over 5,000 installations used by multiple students.Any help would be appreciated.DaveB
Hi,At Tools Customization (DC) , it says:Add entries with a key and tool name under cDisabled to remove tools. For example:HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\(productname)\(version)\FeatureLockDown\cAcroApp\cDisabled] "a0"="CreatePDFApp" "a1"="CommentApp" "a2"="PagesApp"What the "a0"="CreatePDFApp" means?Does it mean to create a Key named a0 under cDisabled on the left and then move to the right to set Name: Default's Data to CreatePDFApp?Or does it mean under cDisabled, go to the right, right click, choose New/String Value, set Name to a0 and Data to CreatePDFApp?Thank you for help.John
Hi,I need PDF Creator customer care details. Please provide those details. Thank you in advance. Regards,Pavan
Hi, from what I understand, currently the Creative Cloud will not update a few of the adobe programs if running Server 2012.Will this be resolved in the next version?Thank you......I develop my videos on a laptop with Version 13.x of Premiere, but render the videos (because it is resource and time intensive) on a Server 2012 render system. Thus, I get the error that Adobe cannot open the files because they were created on a newer version of Premiere
I'm doing an installation for the CC via Jamf for all of our users and every system it's installed on needs to be repaired. I was wondering if anybody knew the command line repair so that I could just script it into the installer and have it as a separate package for when the CC breaks.
When I install Creative Cloud on my new computer, the files tab is stuck saying "Checking for updates",and the Creative cloud sync option is grayed out. I have tried reinstalling and running the program as admin but I am still having issues. Any suggestions?OS:Windows 10 pro Version 1803
