Hi   I can't log-in with my Federated ID on a Enterprice Adobe account. I have recieved an e-mail on my work mail with the invitation for a all apps plan, but when I try to sign-in, it direct me to a page from "Okta" with the message "Error 400, Nongeneral_succes". I don't know what to do. I have tried several different computers, and browsers - but it is all the same. I have tried to log-in in the desktop app, but also in the web-broweser.   This is not my work email, but I couldn't ask a question without a log-in, so made one from my private email.   Has anyone tried this and know what to do?   / Emilie

How can you tell if your internal Creative Cloud updates, via AUSST worked?

Trying to download the latest Adobe Customization Wizard because, of course, the old version won't work with the new programs. Getting the FTP login but my Adobe login nor 'anonymous' username don't work. the response says the FTP site cannot be reached. This same issue occurred a year ago and was supposed to have been resolved, but today is a new day. Where can I download the Adobe Customization Wizard?

Hi. I am having the same issue. I changed macs and the new mac I bought comes with mac os High Sierra.When I tried installing Adobe CS4, I ran into the same serial number issue. So I tried the link you provided above. It took me to the adobe licensing website where it said "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site. Please contact Adobe for assistance." the link redirects to the adobe help site.

Hello,We are running a VMware Horizon view environment (7.3.1)  and using windows 10 (1709) desktops. I created a package with creative cloud packager using my (campus) serial number. When I install this package on a fat client all works fine, no registration/license issues.For you don't know how Horizon View works, we have a goldenimage, In this image all software in installed, also the 2018cc package. (In this golden image it works fine).  Then ready you make snapshot of this golden image (after optimalisation tools run) and snapshots are used to deploy desktops (they are joined domain and more stuff).However when desktops are deployed, cc2018/2017 doesn't run anymore, asking for serial number of login at adobe.I did some testing, and found out that when I remove cc and reinstall it in the running desktop, it works, also, with command msiexec /fum {GUID}  (runs for about 5/10 minutes)I get it working. However, when user logs off, the desktop is deleted and recomposed,

On my account there are 2 plans plus a single premiere pro license but I can no longer use any software for 2 months. I'm afraid that they will conflict with the same account mario@oknetwork.it Now, where I try to open Premiere the system go in loop loop.I would like to address the problem by deleting all accounts and sharing only with a $ 70 month account and using Adobe software again.

My school purchased an educational license subscription for a class I am teaching. This apparently can only be distributed and installed through Adobe's packaging software. Some of our computers have a limited C drive, and a much bigger D drive - where we want to install the program. After creating and distributing the license package to one of these machines, I click on the installer file, and watch as it slowly fills up the C drive to it's maximum capacity, then aborts installation due to insufficient space.The installer offers no options when it opens, it is just a progress bar. There is no way to choose where to install these dozens of gigabytes worth of apps. The installation file is saved in the D drive, but insists on trying to install into C:. With the thousands of dollars we spent on the licences, please don't just tell me that it must install to the C drive. It's not an option on our machines. I have downloaded the AcroRdr20171700830051_MUI.exe file and the latest update "AcroRdr2017Upd1701130096_MUI.msp"I have searched for deployment instructions and all the ones I have tried have failed (even ones that had previously worked for Classic 2015).Either the msi extracting instructions install the reader instead of just extracting the files or any attempts to apply the msp to the msi result in error 1334.What are the correct, up to date instructions for Acrobat Reader 2017 Classic Track?I need extract the MSI package to the local disk, then apply the latest cumulative update patch to the MSI so I have a package that's ready for applying customizations with the Customization Wizard that can then be silently deployed out to workstations using SCCM.

I have the Admin Console, I've entered the email address for a user, now what happens? Does the user receive an email? How do we receive the license to place into Acrobat Std DC to go from Trial to licensed? Additional: She was away on vacation the week she was entered into Admin console. She got back and deleted her 'non-needed' emails. Today I removed user from licensed, then re-added the user. Will User receive an email with new license code?Newbie

Is it possible to disable the "Email" button in Acrobat Reader DC through registry settings or otherwise? I am trying to lock down our instances at a machine level so documents cannot be emailed.  I have disabled other features but I cannot find any documentation on this other than disabling WebMail.Thank you,Marc

One of our users is trying to upgrade his After Effects cc from 2017 to 2018 version.  He has Windows 10 version 1803, 16Gb RAM, SSD drive with plenty of free space (Over 250GB), and he is getting the error message:"you must upgrade/update your system to install after effects cc" when trying to get the latest version of After Effect CC.  Is this not compatible with the newest Win 10 feature update or is there something I am missing?

Hi, I am using Acrobat XI since long and having perpetual license under Adobe VIP. Now, Acrobat displaying alerting me that the Security updates, technical support, and bug fixes are no longer available as Adobe Actobat XI End of Support. While contacting the platinum partner of Adobe to get the perpetual license of Acrobat XI upgrade to Acrobat 2017, I learnt that the "Perpetual lic. Is not  for Corporate Customer".Keeping in view of the above, can any one suggests me what to do with the existing copy of Acrobat XI??

Hi,I have logged in to Admin Console and went to packager to create an Adobe DC package with Adobe Creative Cloud.I have downloaded the package and tried to run setup.exe --silent but get an error message that setup doesn't accept arguments.I have tried to create a package in SCCM from the MSI in the Build folder but when i deploy the package only Adobe Creative Cloud is installedI also found there is another set of setup.exe and msi under Build\Setup\APRO18.0\Adobe Acrobat so I am not sure which one I should use for creating my SCCM package, the doc says to use the one from the Build folder, but SCCM reports a successful installation while no Acrobat DC is present on my test computer

Hi,There are already posts on this forum on this subject that date back few good months and they all end with no resolution - I will not link to them.I'm just looking to make a bit more noise and attract a crowd, hopefully that will get the attention of Adobe. I just want a simple answer from Adobe.We're upgrading from Reader XI to Reader DC (latest version / patch) on our Citrix XenApp 6.5 environment running on Server 2008 R2 SP1. The mouse responsiveness via a ICA Citrix connection is very sluggish. This seems to have been caused by the introduction of the 32bit 'black cursor' 2 or so years ago.I've seen all the posts on Adobe and Citrix forums, the CTX article, we tried the reg key suggested, etc. Don't repost those unless you're posting a solution that worked for you with the latest version of DC.I just want to know from Ado

While installing a package, I click on the Windows Installer in the folder, the status bar moves to the right, a quick screen flashes which you can't read, the status bar moves back to the left and does not install.  Any ideas please?  Thanks

I have a client that's interested in purchasing some Acrobat licenses, but they're running off an RD server. The worry is whether or not they'll need to buy licenses for everyone, even if only 2 users would be using Acrobat.

I've bought more than 10 Acrobat DC boxed products but activating all only with one adobe account. Sometimes all pcs say activation limit is reached. But every license is insalled only onetimes.
