Hello Team,How do I update adobe reader dc security updates automatically without any user intervention? All the security updates should install automatically once they are available.
*Ok I have updated this question as it seems I am working with the 2017 version, not 2018. For some reason the Purchase Order was tagging it as 2018, even though that's not out yet.Anyway, I tried to use the Acrobat Customization Wizard DC to edit the .msi package and make this usable for enterprise deployment. However, when trying to "Grant Offline Exception," I get the "Offline exception grant process failed" error. I know the Creative Cloud Packager is available, but from what I understand, it still requires a sign in to authorize the install? That would be difficult with 100s of installs. Am I missing something? Other options?
Hello together,I cant find which prerequierments needed for CC Enterprise Suite. For example:Microsoft Visual C++2010 Sp1Microsoft Visual C++2013.....Thanks for help.Regards,Burak[Title edited by moderator. Was "Creative Cloud"]
When I try to create a license only install package, CCP finishes and says it created the package successfully. When I got to the destination, there is no Build directory and no actual pkg file. The build log says...[WARN] AdobePackageBuilder - Failed to update the timestamps for Install pkgI got the same result on two Macs, 10.11.6 & 10.13.3.Cleared caches and uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe IT Tools.
This does not help when you have a full cart of 60 macbooks and they all randomly decided to get this error..This is ridiculous, every error in software engineering has a specific reason why, adobe developers should know the exact reason for an error 16 and have an exact fix/solution for it, not "uninstall", do you know how long it will take to uninstall a software that size during the beginning of a class and have to wait to then install again just to fix this error 16 that EVERYONE seems to be getting for years..?? This is completely unacceptable for a software that costs so much.Other suggestions are to update the app manager, that worked for one system, not for others.. again, a solution that can be done within 2 or 3 minutes needs to be it since this is randomly now happening to all computers and we dont know until the user logs in and opens the software..The customer support wait time is over 2 hours long, hmm.. I wonder why they are so overwhelmed..
Using CC Packager I have successfully created a package of updates for app previously installed with CCP.(Apps were installed via CC packager - Device License) However, when the package is created - the build log includes a warning10/25/2016 15:53:44 [WARN] AdobePackageBuilder - No file exist at C:\\*******\Build\ASU\Tools\CCC\Uninstall\deploy\remove.xmlWhen I download the package to a computer and use the .msi file it works...however it has NOT uninstalled the previous version of the software.(I am assuming it's due to the warning above.)For example, I now have Premiere Pro CC 2015 AND Premiere Pro CC 2015.3.Is there a way to get it to uninstall the previous version so I don't end up with duplicates? Thanks!Kristen Baldridge
We are currently on a 2015 version. We would like to update to the latest version. Can someone please advise the best way to do this via SCCM?Thank you

I've created a Creative Cloud installation package including all of the available software for Mac, in Finnish. Package status shows as "Up to date" and "Download" shows as "Available". I can start the download, but every time, after around 4,5 GB, the download fails. This happens on different computers and browsers. I've recreated the package, but the problem persists.EDIT: Now the download fails at around 11 GB.
Hi All,I am in the process of building a Creative Cloud update server. I have followed steps in the guide and configured IIS8, as per the instructions.Upon testing on the client side, I am unable to install applications via the Creative Cloud app. I can see the apps and have the option to install, however the install fails. Having reviewed the DLM.log file, I am seeing '404 error' messages against file downloads. The path from which the file is being downloaded has extra forward slashes present, hence resulting in an invalid directory. As an example, one line shows 'The file to be downloaded is 'http://xxxxxxxxx.co.uk//ACC/services/ffc/packages//PHSP/19.1.3/win64/Application.json?name=PHSP&version=19.1.3&platform=win64&build=19.1.3.293'.Other lines, reference the 'ACC' directory with the correct path (e.g. 'The file to be downloaded is http://xxxxxxxxx.co.uk/ACC/services/ffc/products/ffc.xml?&platform=win64,win32&_type=xml&productType=Desktop&personGuid
Hello,we have a computer that had a Adobe Illustrator 2015 Creative Cloud license. This license expired. We then decided to upgrade to the full Creative Cloud. It is a device license as it is used in a lab by multiple users. It fails the installation. It generates a pdapp.log file, and seems to be looking for the Illustrator 2015 directory, which is no longer there. Ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner, restarted the system, and tried again- it failed in the same way.I cannot figure out what to do next- how do I get this to work. I cannot find a way to post the pdapp.log file otherwise I would do so.Computer is running Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit patched to current levels. It is running Office 365 32 bit.
I deactivated 34 device licenses and need to remove these devices from the deactivated devices so that I can re-license new machines using the same computer names.I've tried creating a device license package but running the AdobeSerialization.exe file does nothing. I still get "the license for Creative Cloud on this device has been denied" > Try Again > "There is no license associated with this device".
error p22 on my Mac duoring instalotion
Hi All,Sorry if I didn't phrase the question correctly. Sometimes we have to reimage a machine, or swap computers for people within the year. Normally if someone has Adobe DC, we sign out and sign back into the application on the new computer. However, we don't want to have to sign in anymore because it leads to our administrator's Cloud storage. I have successfully created a offline activation exemption package per the FAQ link https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1841589, but now face the problem of potentially going over license count if I cannot sign out /deactivate the license in the previous computer. Does anyone know how to go about deactivating this type of package?BTW its a serial key we use but it still requires us to sign in before it allows us to use the product, which is why I followed the steps in the link.
We have a Volume license key here at our company. We have been successful installing Adobe Acrobat DC on most of our desktops. However, we have one user that we recently installed the software and when they launch the app they get a pop-up asking them to log in with their ADOBE ID. How do we fix this pop-up from occurring?
Hi,I am attempting to create single PDFs from an existing PDF doc ( a book) that has multiple (over 300) pages. I feel like I'm on the precipice of discovering how to do this, but not quite. I've been told that its easy to do but... Any takers?
I have these keys set in the registry:[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat][HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2017][HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2017\FeatureLockDown]"bSuppressSignOut"=dword:00000001"bToggleAdobeSign"=dword:00000001[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2017\FeatureLockDown\cCloud]"bEnableAcrobatHS"=dword:00000001[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2017\FeatureLockDown\cServices]"bTogglePrefsSync"=dword:00000001"bUpdater"=dword:00000000after some time the login/logout starts showing back up in acrobat, and the keys disappear from the registry. I am looking for some suggestions on how to get them to stick/what I am doing wrong.
After creating a successful .pkg file using the Adobe Creative Packager for CC2015 (included Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat DC) I continuously get an error code -36 {The Finder can't complete the operation because some data in ".DS_Store" can't be read or written.} when moving the files onto our network location. I am able to save the file locally and move it into different folders on the MAC (El Capitan 10.11.3) HD with no issues and disk utility first aid came back with no errors. I can move other files similar in size and file format into the same network drive/folder with no issues and I can move files to the MAC from the network drive with no problems so I do not think it is a permission issue on the network. I tested the network permissions again by having another guy in my IT crew with a higher level of access move the same file under his name and the same error comes up. There is more then enough space on the network drive so that shouldn'
I'm assuming this is a long shot, but maybe someone else has tried this. What we are trying to do is release Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to our end users, but we want to hide the tools that require an upgrade to Acrobat Standard or Pro.What I have learned is that inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroApp\ENU a series .aapp files are available.I have been able to do the following. If I delete AppCenter_R.aapp, Home.aapp, and Viewer.aapp I can remove the Tools and Home option completely. (The buttons stay, but they don't launch anything)I have also figured if you leave those three files, but remove the other .aapp files that from the tools menu Export PDF, Combine PDF, Send & Track, Certificates, and Send for Signature will no longer be available in the tools menu.I've also discovered from what I can tell Adobe is pulling this base menu from Application xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/acrobat/app/2014" title="Tools" id="ToolsCenter" majorVersion="1" minorVersion="0"Ap
I'm working on a team-project with one collaborator in Adobe Premiere CC. Our source file is on Adobe Creative Cloud but If I make any changes to our Premiere project and share my changes, the other collaborator is not able to receive any changes and vice versa. Please help.
Hi,is the "Creative Cloud for teams" plan available only for small and medium-sized enterprises or it is available for any enterprise, regardless of the number of its employees ?I will be grateful if you can send me this information, in the meantime, thank you so much for your attention.Alice.
After installing the latest updates to the Adobe suite i along with co-workers constantly get this website opening on it's own over and over all day. Just looking to see if this is happening to others along with help in where to shut it off so it stops. Thanks for your time.
