Hi, my coporate ordered an Acrobat Standard DC and I received an invitation email from message@adobe.com. When I click the accept invitation link, it requires a login and password so I create my new account. After that I try to accept the invitation again but it said "this invitation was already accepted. If you feel you've reached this message in error, please talk with your team administrator and ask them to reinvite you". Then I wrote an email to our IT admin but unfortunately he said "I have no clue about this either. Adobe is external company providing their product which makes Internal IT very hard to support".So please advise what I should do next. My email is: wendy.lam@sophos.com and I look forward to hearing a solution. Guess our IT admin can't help anything here. Many thanks.
I'm using Creative Cloud Packager v1.11.0, build 34, to create packages (well, duh) for our enterprise. Is there any reason I can not rename the enclosing folder that is created to contain the package items? For example, I want to rename "Adobe_CC_Full_64_20170411" to "Adobe_CC_2017_FULL_64". All the pieces of the CCPackager produced package live inside that folder, such as "Build", "Exceptions", "PackageInfo", etc.Is there anything going on in the actual installers that references the enclosing folder explicitly? If so I'd be a little surprised, but just wondered if anyone had confirmed there is no problem doing this.Thanks.
We previously had 15 licenses of Creative Cloud for team All Apps through a VIP(Value Incentive Plan) subscriptionWe are purchasing a new subscription now and all the re-sellers have quoted for the MEL version. We need to know if MEL supports Arabic language as well.Is there any way that I can get a confirmation on the language pack of the previous subscription ?If the previous subscription was MEL we can ask the re-sellers to proceed further. If the previous subscription was MEA, we need to ask the re-sellers to send quotes for MEA but this would take time and we need the software quickly.I saw this post which says that now CC supports all languages in a single versionWhat is the language set of Adobe Creative Cloud? - Super User So if MEL supports Arabic language we can go ahead with out any delay. If you can clarify these points it will be of great help
Our government workgroup has been using Photoshop CS6 for several years. As we update our OS software, we are looking to replace with Photoshop CC. One question I had from our IT people was relative to buying volume licenses and having people come and go from the workgroup. Can we "transfer" the licenses to and from different employees as they change within the unit? They were under the impression that we could not, but that doesn't sound right considering the cost of the licenses and that employees may spend a couple of years or an entire career in the unit.EDIT: Maybe the question should be whether or not individual licenses can be purchased (one-time fee) at all, or is the only way via subscription? If they can be purchased outright, then the original question would apply.ThanksMessage was edited by: Steve Everist
My organization uses Adobe Pro. If we have two discreet environments, can we extend a current license for a user's instance of Adobe Pro to the virtual environment?
I am trying to run the CCP on Windows 10 64Bit, logged in as local pc administrator. I can go through the settings to create package, set the package details (file name, location, organization, 64-bit package, Device license, correct pool, checked box for Creative Cloud Desktop Application and both boxes under that, no custom settings. When I click next, the Adobe Application Manager reports that it has stopped working, and the only option is to close the program.HELP!Richard WollenbergerParents as Teachers National CenterSt. Louis, MO
We deployed a VDI environment this year and we want to virtualize acrobat dc pro to our office users. we have creative cloud for teams device licenses. I tried using VMware thin app to virtualize it and it created fine, but when pushed out to users, they get an error. After they close the error box, it will work, but if they close acrobat and open it again, it won't open. Has as anyone been successful with creative cloud and acrobat in a vmware environment? Is it technically even supported in a VDI environmen?
Our School have had some technical issues with our licensing of Creative Cloud for our students. We do not know why, but we cannot get licenses for any of our students. So, we have been forced to use a copy of the programs for our students. That means, that non of our students have access to their own licensed account, nor access to any creative cloud features. We need to fix this problem, but we dont know how.Help will be much appreciated!Kind regards, Frederik
Hi -We are in the process of implementing Federated ID. Our domain claim process status has been in 'Adobe Approval Required' for 4 business days now. What is the amount of time it took for those who implemented Federated ID to get past this step? Thanks!

I want to to customize the email that is sent when I enroll a new user to my team.I want to remove the download links and give the user some additional info on completing the Adobe ID creation.I need to remove the download link as I'm using a customized installer for Acrobat Pro DC to remove unwanted features, like cloud Storage. I am a CC customer until May 2017 but since my Lightroom workflow is too slow I think about leaving Lightroom and Photoshop. But since all my previous work is archived in Lightroom I really don't want to change my workflow. And in the near future I will need a new workstation. So maybe I'll find a computer that's fast enough for my lightroom needs. And I have access to lots of Windows workstations for testing purposes. All that led me to this plan:I put together an USB thumbdrive with install files for Lightroom, about 100 test pictures and a script. The script reads out the computer information (CPU, GPU, RAM, drives and so on) and installs a trial Version of Lightroom. After that it put's these 100 test pictures through a Lightroom workflow with import, maybe some editing and export and measures the time lightroom takes. After that Lightroom gets uninstalled again. This could lead to a list which hardware performs best with Lightroom and hopefully a reason for me to stay there.I
I have downloaded Adobe Create Cloud Packager and installed most of the CC apps on some new iMac's for staff. However when the staff member logs in, only the following items shows as being shown as installed:Lightroom5Adobe acrobat proThe apps however ran fine when loading from Applications directory in finder. We did encounter one user issue - for Adobe InDesign, which gave errors.i ended up downloading that again to make it worki also did the followinguninstalled all apps, ran the Adove CC cleaner tool, restart, etccreated and downloaded a new package , reinstalled etcstill has same issue. except this time Indesign worked from finder>apps - so possibly the first time i downloaded it was corrupted? We also did the following for one use:ran the "Try" button for InDesign under the users account.I had to enter the Admin username/password to download and installonce done it shows up as installed for that user.So the question is. what have i done wrong? is there a bug with the packager?my p
Hello,I purchased Creative Cloud for Teams (All Apps version) and 2 licenses after the sales staff assured me that collaboration would be possible within Lightroom (desktop and mobile). From everything I have been able to surmise, this is NOT possible. The definition of Teams and Collaboration seems to be very different at Adobe than in my mind. Hopefully I am wrong and I just have not figured it out yet.I know that Lightroom Desktop Catalog to Lightroom Desktop Catalog collaboration or sharing etc. is not possible. I get that, sort of.Here is a simple scenario of collaboration via Lightroom and CC Teams that I would expect and what I was led to believe possible:I would like to be able to create a Collection of many images in LR Desktop, then sync/collaborate it to my team members (as well as private non-team members) so they can access the collaborated/synced collection on their LR mobile. For a simple example, I would like several team members to be able to bro
HiWe did a clean install of OSX Sierra and some of the Adobe CC app's on the startup disk of the MacPro CPU's.The apps boot fine for local users and for network users with a local home folder. But the Adobe apps don't boot for network users with a remote home folder (so where the home folder is on a server share). This always worked fine until now in Sierra 12.3.Any suggestions how to work around this issue?Grzt,Zarathoustra01
Has anyone out there experienced an issue where the Adobe PDF printer is not showing up in the printer list?Acrobat DC build 2015.006.30279, Windows 7 SP1 x64, serialized licensing. We are using VMware Horizon 6.2.2 and the desktops in question are Linked Clone virtual desktops. The "parent image" that we use to create linked clones does have the Adobe PDF printer on it when you log in to the parent (golden image). Acrobat DC was installed by logging in as local administrator. The parent image is not domain joined, but the linked clones are domain joined.Let me know if you have any thoughts on the matter. Thanks!Matt

I am an college instructor and we will be implementing a new Design program. I have purchased new macs and want to load them up with the creative cloud software. Is it possible, that the students could just log onto their creative cloud account via the classroom computers to active the installed software? Then, it would not cost the college any additional cost. The students would then benefit from the 19.99 monthly fee. They would log out of the computer at the end of each class so the next class students could log into creative cloud to activate that computer software. Is this possible?
We recently upgraded our Mac users to Sierra and found out after the upgrade they could no longer run the CC app. They get an error trying to connect to the Adobe servers. We tried to reinstall the CC app, but got an "Error code: 207". We discovered the cause is that if a machine is configured to use a PAC file, CC won't connect. If the machine is configured to point directly to a proxy, then it works fine.A network capture with only a PAC file specified shows the client trying to connect directly to the Adobe servers and never attempting to download a PAC file. Has anyone found a resolution for this?
When i am trying to create PDF from Powerbuilder application getting "Please ensure there is sufficient free space on the destination drive" error.
Hi thereI'm now responsible for Adobe deployments. I'm given access to the dashboard http://aedash.adobe.com.I think I quiet understand about classic and continuous track, about serialization and LEIDs. I successfully used the prtk tool to configure Acrobat Pro XI. Now I wanna prepare Acrobat Pro DC (2015 Classic) for Windows 10.But where do I get the volume license key? Is it visible somewhere within the Enterprise Dashboard?Do I need to find out who in our global company does have the license PDF or something? Thanks
I'm wondering if others have run into this. We had created an install package for CC for Teams 2017 using the Creative Cloud Packager. This is the first time we have tried installing the CC for Teams on a Windows 10 computer, so I don't know if this is related to Windows 10 or not. I suspect not since I found a couple old discussions regarding the 'explorer.exe' process being killed off during the package installation and this was with previous versions of CC for Teams.Regardless, I'm wondering if others are seeing this and what, if anything, can be done to fix this problem.Essentially during the package installation, the Task Bar (Start Menu, System Tray, etc.) disappears AND the entire desktop background disappears and goes "black".The installation continues to run, but you have no control over the computer now. After the installation completed, I was able to manually start the explorer.exe task, which did bring back the Task Bar, BUT, the Task Bar and Start Menu were NOT f
HiI am planning to deploy CS apps to my organization. I have made a creative cloud installation with cloud packager. The idea is that they log on with the cloud app and download and install the apps. When I start the creative Cloud app and log on it starts installing an update. When that is finsihed i go in and click on the app tab and get this error. Download error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support (404).I see that I have two active apps on Adobe teams site and it works if I install the apps manually. I ahve ckecked dlm.log and it only reports that the cloud app update was successfull.I have tried on different computers and with both standard users and admin users, same error.Anyone have any solution?Best regardsThomas
