Within a Citrix Provisioning Deployment, the Customization Wizard was used to create install and suppressed the Registration prompt.  After some time, the registration prompt is now showing up again.  FeatureLockdown was tried, but realize it isn't supported for Adobe Acrobat XI.  Any ideas on how to correct?

I am trying to deploy Fireworks CS6 to our student Macbooks running 10.11. I have repeatedly tried to create the package but every one of the packages fails to install because they are missing the actual installer. I am using CCP 1.11 but the earlier version failed to create a working package as well. Does anyone have any idea of how I can resolve the issue?Thank you for any help or suggestions you can offer!

i am a SysAdmin in a goverment network that is not connected to the internet.i have 200 mac computers with El Capitan.i have serial numbers, but the activation web site thinks they are not valid.i have to install and activate licenses for Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements 15 on all computers.first problem, Photoshop generates a request code, but your web site says it's not valid.second problem, Premiere Elements does not appear to allow offline activation.i have taken a quick glance at some of the tools for mass deployments, but they all seem to require internet access.can you help with any of these problems?

We're deploying Acrobat Pro DC in our enterprise and a few machines get a login prompt, to Adobe, at DC first start. We've created a Transforms with the DC customization tool that adds our license numbermsiexec.exe /q ALLUSERS=2 /i "AcroPro.msi" TRANSFORMS="Default-Silent.mst" /l %windir%\temp\axii.logWe've uninstalled DC and reinstalled it which seems to fix the issue. I'd like to understand what Acrobat is trying to do at first start.Could this prompt be coming from the system not having a good Internet connection so Acrobat can phone home and verify it's license?

I need to use the customization wizard to grant an offline exception before installing acrobat dc on a computer,  I have done this many times.  Today, the ftp site is failing and I cannot get to the download for the customization wizard.I am starting here, Installation and setup — Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for Windows and when I click the link for the windows download to go here, ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/misc/ it says the site cannot be reached.

We are deploying a large footprint of CC, we have created\deployed the  Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (AUSST) v4 for the CC applications and this works for any of the Applications (photoshop, bridge,dreamweaver..ect), but I can not figure out how to update acrobat pro... Documentation is EXTREAMLY limited (as is typical for adobe) and there is nothing for the Acrobat piece.Has anyone got this to work for Acrobat Pro on a windows system

I've logged into my account on the LICENSING WEBSITE (LWS) and under RETRIED SERIAL NUMBERS, I can see my serial number for Font Folio Edu Ess but I cannot find where I can download the software.  I see my serial number, edu user ID, etc.  Where do I need to look to find the download file for my user?

Unable to find link to download Creative cloud packager

Hello,My university offers free use of the Creative Cloud through an Enterprise account linked to our school email. Somehow, I also used the option of Personal account with the same email, not realizing they would be two separate accounts. I have renewed the subscription for the enterprise account, but the personal account will not allow me to renew the subscription for free. My Behance and my portfolio are linked to the personal account. I was wondering if there is a way to link the accounts so that I do not lose the progress I've made on my Behance and portfolio?I am using a PC.Thank you!

Per the instructions, I try to launch Adove Acrobat 9 Pro. It tries to installs it and it asks me if i want teh 3D printer options I accept everything and then stalls there and never asks for a license key.I been trying to get this SW install since last year with no success. What do you recommend iI do?

We deploy Reader Classic using an AIP and every time we want to apply an update patch, it always fails and we always have to uninstall and manually reinstall.When I looked up other discussions for people getting error 1642 and other similar errors when applying MSP patches or trying to instal newer versions of Reader over older versions, the solution provided is always "The install must be corrupted. Just uninstall with the removal tool and reinstall" to get around the issue.This is too much work.What is the procedure to automate deploying patches to existing systems with Adobe Reader DC Classic without uninstalling and reinstalling each time?

When I type in the serialnumber for downloadet products, it tells me that the serialnumber is not valid for this product.My organisation bought in Nov.2011 a CS5.5 Adobe Design Std. Multiple Platforms Danish AOO License.I tried downloading from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-5-product-downloads.htmlThe order is made for a Danish version and I dowloaded the English can that be the reason for error?I have asked the support, which tells me to ask here???Please help.

Looking for the setting int he customization wizard to set documents to always open at 100%. I had done it at an earlier date but the binaries got deleted.I need to deploy the package to multiple users and need to have that setting set without the user having to do it in the UI.Thanks

Hello,I work in an enterprise environment that puts all machines behind a web proxy. We recently were able to bring our Mac machines behind the proxy and as a result we're unable to install, update, or verify the CC apps on the Mac machines without turning off the proxy. Is there a list of domains or URLs that can be whitelisted so that the CC library can update and verify its apps again?The proxy is Webroot's DWP product.Steve C.

Hello all,I recently had to go through my jobs Mac room and clean out all the adobe products and reinstall with the current iteration. Most of the computers had at least 4 different years of each product loaded and it was interfering with installation and updates. I am not well versed in Macs, I'm more of a Windows guy, so I figured out how to build the package and installed it successfully on my first 19 machines, on my last Mac to install the products, the same package I've used keeps failing at the "Running package scripts..." part of the installation. Me and our other IT guy have tried putting together a couple of fresh builds from Adobes website but they all keep failing, we even wiped the Mac and reloaded the OS to see if a fresh install helped but it is still failing. This is very frustrating especially because the first 19 were student computers and this trouble computer is the teachers machine. Can anyone help me out here?

The virtual app-v package suddenly asks for a serial number precisely after 8 months. The package has not been modified.Seems like this issue: Acrobat XI opens in trial mode or shows serial number screen even though you are a subscriberStrange to note is that a local installation with the same serial number on a desktop seems to work ok...The serial has been checked, and its OK.Does someone know the right steps to take to get the software working again?

Hello,  i'm using adobe acrobat pro to create a form.  I want to know if and how i can open a specific pdf file on mouse click based on the value of a textbox.  Text in this textbox can be A, B or C. On opening the file it should be filling the new file with the data from the file that is open. Is this at all possible in Acrobat Pro?

Hi, I am building a simple website for 25 users (managers in pension). All users should be able to fill out some PDF documents on the website. These documents can be read without problems, but not completed and uploaded. Can Adobe writer take care for this ?Thank you for your reply.Jef

I usually help out in the Adobe Photoshop forums. Sometimes I'll ask someone with a CC product for a System Info report on their software. I'm used to personal licenses designated as "Subscription" just above the serial number in the report. On occasion I will see a Perpetual designation and the user tells me he has an "Enterprise" or "Volume" license which is why it's marked "Perpetual".So I want to ask any Adobe Enterprise license holder if that's what should show up. We sometimes get those who slip in a modified amtlib.dll to cheat the Trial version and "Perpetual" or "Volume" shows up. We really don't want to help anyone with hacked software, but if that's a valid label in the System Report, we also don't want accuse someone of software piracy.Can anyone who owns volume licenses clear this up for me?Gene

Salutations IT Professionals,     I'm currently experiencing issues with a previously created SCCM deployment that 'was' working for the AdobeCreativeCloudSet-Up.exe file. Nothing has been changed with the package, and it is currently configured as described in this Adobe help article: Deploy Adobe packages with SCCM . To outline the installation further, It simple calls the AdobeCreativeCloudSet-Up.exe and allows the user to click through the installation. I recently updated my Creative Cloud when it came out on December 14, 2016. On December 19 when I came back to work, I had been logged out of my account. When I logged back in, it removed all of my fonts from Typekit and reverted my Creative Cloud back to the October version. Where I work has a team subscription and when I log into my Adobe account it shows that I have 2 subscriptions, one for my team account and a free membership account. I can still use my programs but anything that I used a Typekit font on doesn't work anymore.I have tried logging out and logging back in several times. I have restarted Creative Cloud several times and ran through a bunch of the different steps that were suggested in the troubleshooting section, but have had no such luck with getting it to work properly.Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

I have a paid in full subscription through Enterprise agreement, USDA. I just updated Illustrator to the latest version, but it says I have a "trial version". How do I fix this? Thank you.

We have been using the Adobe Licensing Website to obtain our Adobe software serial numbers and to download the relevant software media, for all our Adobe software license purchases (all Acrobat Std. licenses).  Recently, we purchased 2 new Acrobat (DC2015) 12.0 ESD (standard) licenses, via our software supplier (CDW).  As per normal, we received the Adobe License confirmation emails, and were then able to download the software and obtain the serial numbers from our Adobe Licensing Website account.The Acrobat 12 software installed without any issue, however, it will only run with very limited use, as it says the software needs to be registered (or have an adobe account id signed in, with an associated active license).  We tried signing in using my Adobe ID, which is the same Adobe ID used for our Adobe Licensing Website account, but there is no products listed to that ID (when manage products is selected).Eventually, I figured that we needed to use the Adobe Enterprise Da
