We are getting same results for all 26 packages created for MAC OS- MAC OS --- Self-service Casper  deployment - serial key not  working - user is presented with Sign-on  prompt, but a push deployment works as expected.

Our Admin for the VIP Membership is not Aware of his account, he got an email from Adobe with confirmation for my license and forwarded this to me.i got a license for IN Design ( VIP....) and no nobody can help me to activate this.i tried to contact ADOBE via web and phone / no success.

Win 7 x64Using package created with newest Creative Cloud Packager (freshly downloaded from licensing.adobe.com)Recreated the problem on 3 computers.The suite I built installs fine, but then upon launching of any Adobe program, the error:"The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."A little googling lead me here:Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download CenterAfter I install that the problem goes away.So my question...  Is this a known issue, and can I just install that from the Microsoft site and be okay?  Any lingering affects I may not see right away but that could be an issue for users later?

Hi Folks,I am currently running into an issue with building windows installation packages of the latest Adobe CC '2016' update - 20th June Release.I am attempting to download all the new application versions and updates for inclusion on a Windows Image deployment for institute use.I have successfully completed this process several times in the past with previous versions of Adobe CC and CCP.ERROR INFO: Download of the Windows version of Adobe Animate (AdobeAnimate15.2-mul Version:15.2.0.69) is failing with fatal error 117 during download.Info retrieved via PDApp log file.Bit of background on what I have done as far as troubleshooting my issue, all still failing:Tried download on multiple PC's - all with Wired network connections.Did the usual clearing of CCP cache. I have experienced a lot of problems with the CC updates. There's always some red error explaining that "I can't update" etc. Each time there's a new error. Sometimes it doesn't say anything, other times I receive messages, some less cryptic than others. The last time around I received this message telling me my diskspace is too low, but it can't be as I have 2GB free storage on my C:drive. These messages are new each time so I'm starting to believe this whole CC server concept is messed up. How many GB of space do I need for these update files? Surerly it can't be an authentic message? The last time I couldn't update the message was something clever like:  zxzxz/U%&/&%/%&64366457645////\\???.What's up with this CC concept? It's been havoc since the beginning and that goes for ALL clients on ALL networks that I've been running this service. Hello,I have been told that the only way to create a fillable PDF and enable Reader users the ability to attach documents to the form is to purchase a license from Adobe and set up a "reader extension server". However, I have been unable to find any documentation or guidance on how to actually purchase such a license or configure such a thing.Does anyone have any experience with this that can enlighten me?Thank you in advance,Pete

Hello,We currently use the Stamps in Adobe to document and route certain documents across the org.  However, it would be ideal if someone didn't have the ability to go into Preferences, and Identity and change the dynamic name that is on the stamp.  Is it possible to lock this down? Thanks

We recently removed Adobe Flash NPAPI from our deployment and user are now unable to view embedded Flash content within a PDF.The default pdf viewer is Adobe Acrobat Standard XI Acrobat ask them to download the latest Flash version.  We have Adobe Flash 22.0.0.192 deployed.My understanding is this plugin is for Chrome.Regards,Steven

Just installed the adobe cc using the creative cloud packager for team.I have tried chatting with the support team but just kept bouncing around while looking for someone to help me.-Another issue with this chat support, everytime I go for a chat support, they keep telling me that I'm not subscribed for the Adobe Team, only individual, then we have to go through the process of confirming my order ID, my admin email, etc. THIS IS FRUSTRATING!! Don't you guys keep a record of all your subscribers?Here's the issue: Installed Adobe CC complete app to 3 PCs. 2 of the PCs have this issue for Adobe Muse only. All the other apps are opening and working properly except for Muse. The other PC doesn't have any issue at all. When starting the app, it shows me: Adobe Muse CC has stopped working. At work I recently requested Adobe InDesign and after a few days I was told I can use my credentials (SSO) to download the software.  So I downloaded Creative Cloud software, but when I login using those credentials I get the following screen.  My IT team saying that I am enabled with a Federated ID and my IT team says they have exhausted their efforts and to contact Adobe.  They sent me this screencapture.Additionally I called your help desk and since this was Enterprise he couldn't help me, but instructed me to email the information to techcare@adobe.com.  I haven't heard back from anyone regarding this issue. Hi there,I've got the complete Creative Cloud packaged up using the Creative Cloud packager.  I chose Device license (we are an educational institution), and picked the proper deployment pool.When I install the software in the following order into my "master image", which I wish to later clone, the software has activated itself against the account already without having launched any of the products.- Exceptions Deployer in pre mode- Setup.exe --silent- Exceptions Deployer in post modeWhen I check immediately after install is complete, the license is already consumed.How can I install this PROPERLY into a master image, so that it remains unlicensed or unactivated until first launch on my lab of cloned computers?Thanks,Aaron Y

my acrobat DC app will not open pdfs. It is up to date. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled. Mac computer has been rebooted. Nothing seems to work.

I have CC through my work and using a licensing system that seems to be separate to the regular CC (it involved downloading and running an executable on my Mac)The most recent updates to CC from 2015 to 2015.x have somehow invalidated my licensing and I'm now on a 7 day trial for most of the apps I use. I have contacted my work's support, but they have yet to get back to me. I can't roll back my versions through the CC app because I'm now on a trial version, and I can't contact Adobe support directly for some reason.Is there any way to roll back my CC programs to previous versions without going through the CC App itself?

I bought a laptop last month along with a single license for adobe photoshop elements& premiere elements 14. However this laptop was faulty and they exchanged it for me today and informed me that I would be able to download the packages again, as long as I deactivated the version on my old laptop. How do I go about doing this? Thanks

I need to distribute the latest versions of InDesign and InCopy to my development team. It has not been advertised through the Creative Cloud Packager app yet. What is the timetable to making it available in CCP? Is there another way I can get the media out? End users do not have individual creative cloud accounts, so updating through the CC Desktop app is not an option.
