Hi,  Client asking to change the identity type of some federated id back to adobe id. From the adobe documentation I've seen only adobe to federated/enderprise are included in the matrix from this linkI'm a bit hesitant to change it considering there might be issues occur on their account/data. Is it safe to change it back to adobe ID? Need some guidance on this issue.

My Adobe won't install, its having the same problem, I updated and am running the latest OS, it still won't install for me

I had to update our Google SSO SAML Certificate and now I cannot log into Adobe to make any of the necessary changes. I cannot login to support because I cannot authenticate via Google. What are my options?

Why I uninstall the apps in creative cloud but it can't dissapear, I have tried several times but it is still there?  

We are having this issue in our computer labs for our schools. This is what we're using for licensing: Creative Cloud All Apps for K-12 - Shared Device. We've been having issues with our older packages so I did what I always do. I create a new license only package and deployed it to the lab after uninstalling the old packages from the lab computer. Then what normally would happen is the teacher would go to each device and install the software they want on each computer. But, this time around it's only giving availability to Adobe Express apps and none of our apps we pay for. It doesn't matter who signs in to CC, it only gives access to Express. The package has the same access as the previous one. The even stranger thing is that we randomly get this issue. It's like Adobe CC can't see the Shared Device License and goes off the user's license even though it's only a regular Federated ID that we give the students. Anyone got any ideas? How do I renew my subscription if Account Manager will not respond? I was informed that I had to wait for a response from my Account Manager and this person is only who can be renew my licenses. My licenses will only be valid for one day. I was also informed that I would get one extra month to renew the license, but the license renewal date was not changed in the administrative account.Has anyone had a similar situation and can share their experiences?

I have unused organization that I can't remove, with that I can delete my account.You request to PAY FOR NEW SUBSCRIPTION, to contact someone TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT. What the hell is that?! That's exaclty the thing I want to get out of adobe crap. 

We are deploying Adobe application from Intune, Out of 300 devices, it is getting failed on 100 devices approx. It is showing error::Error code: 0x8007066AThe upgrade cannot be performed by the Windows Installer service because the application to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade may update a different version of the application. Verify that the application to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade package. When we check on device there is no Adobe application previously there, so need to know if we need to install basic Adobe application again on these devices. As per our thinking, the update should install the original Adobe application as well with latest updates if it is not available on device.We need serious help in this.

Has anyone else had a nightmare with this?Adobe was/is rubbish in explaining or preparing me for this move. Moreover, they promised that my Library (stock assets and other files) would be moved to my Teams Account within days!3 weeks later. Nothing! Any help?

I'll include step by step screenshots of the chat session I had with the most unhelpful and useless customer service team I've ever had, and I've had to deal with CenturyLink support before:   Is this indicative of what Customer Service for Adobe is usually like?  I'm seeing posts on the forums all about this, and I'm wondering if I just need to ask here or through social media to get a problem solved, since both times I've contacted Adobe Support they've been incredibly unhelpful.  [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Adobe creative cloud desktop sign out automatically after two to three hours when i use adobe Federated ID to log in. This issue doesn't happen when other users are using personal Adobe ID. 

I am working on a new AEM site, as part of the architecture I want to perform authorization checks for my user, e.g. user click on show report CTA etc,My users will be coming from an external CIAM/IDP provider. Does AEM provide any documentation, references, or OOTB integration with the Authorization Framework? Like Zanzibar, Auth0 FGA etc? 

I would like to see a feature added where you can assign Admin roles to a User Group so that they can be provisioned automatically via an identity provider.

I've been purchasing an adobe plan since 2020, recently I tried logging into the admin panel inorder to replace a user to my account, but I encounter a message saying "You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator."If you have any idea on how to resolve this issue please let me know, thanks in advance!

Bonjour à toutes et tous et merci d'avance pour l'aide que vous pourrez m'apporter.Depuis quelques jours sur Mac0S 12.4 Monterey, le téléchargement n'a pas l'air d'être effectué pour une MAJ de Creative Cloud, ce qui semble bloquer la MAJ d'applications comme Lightroom ou Photoshop. CC ne semble même pas arriver à afficher les informations de stockage du cloud.J'ai testé en redémarrant mon ordinateur, en relançant CC, tenté de réparer ou désinstaller CC (mais j'ai un message d'erreur) mais aucune solution ne fonctionne. Merci par avance si vous pouvez m'aider.

Hey folks,i dont get the mechanics of RUM, to be honest. We dont have AUSST (anymore), we use Adobe Server directly. When using RUM in most cases it only updates Acrobat but not all the other apps.e. g:Photoshop 2021 is installed with Version 22.5.7.859The latest Version for Photoshop is 22.5.x is 22.5.9Why is RUM not updating to the latest available 22.5.x version, and of course all the other apps? it doesnt matter if i am using the RUM Version 2.6.0.3 on the client, or the new Version 3.1.0.3 from a remote share. HUM.dll on Client is Version 6.1.0.587 - The result is always the same:No updates found in HUM reponse02/15/24 17:40:05:781 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | RemoteUpdateManager | | | 17876 | No new applicable Updates. Seems like all products are up-to-date. I dont know why deploying updates for Adobe Programs is so complicated. I wasted 2 days of my lifetime getting AUSST running and using RUM, just to get back to the old RUM way. Any help would be appreciated

La solution c'est d'effectuer le paiement en deux fois, car le plafond maximum est par jour donc en divisant le montant que je dois payer par deux, je peux payer la moitié le premier jour et l'autre moitié le second jour. Mais comment procéder ainsi alors que je n'ai aucun contact avec le service adobe ?

I contacted our IT, and they said we don't use proxy servers. All our PCs have this setting turned off. Is Adobe trying to hack our systems at this point? LOL JK

Just posting this here to say that after working in the Creative Cloud for 7 years on a mixture of enterprise/personal premium accounts I have now lost all my assets and have been messed about by the so called customer service team which promised they'd transfer assets, that they'd give me a call back and sent me on an endless loop of useless conversations with agents that seem to make up rules as they go, some being able to escalate to their managers, others claiming it's not possible., ultimately resulting in an absolute wast of time time and energy.It's a real shame how badly Adobe degraded their quality and care for customers over the years. I for once am ready to start fresh with another company as Adobe has clearly grown too much to actually care about its users. So good riddance, Adobe welcome Canva and Figma.

I have an Adobe for Enterprise account. I can't get through the online chat to a person because it requires a subscription. But it tells me I don't have a subscription even though I do. Great stuff
