I'm curious and interested in automating the deployment and installation of Adobe software across multiple systems within the same network. I'd like to understand if this is achievable, the process to do so, and if there are any real-world use case scenarios.

Hi, We made a package with cloud sync option disable and does the job but is there a way to block existing Cloud Desktop app installed without sync block? Is there a regkey to change to achieve same result as installing blocked Cloud Desktop package? Thanks, Ste

Hello, A few days ago I wanted to start illustrator and then I was asked if I wanted to start a trial version. While my subscription runs through October. When I wanted to log in again I suddenly got the option from two accounts, what's correct because I bought Adobe last year on a different mailaddress then my account on my iPhone. After logging back in I was surprised to see that my Creative Cloud had thrown out all my installed fonts. In addition, all my shared links of designs and work I send to clients also disappeared in my account. The shared links do still work, but still this remains strange. Any idea how this is possible? Hi all, I have an Adobe account, but I work in a team of 6 people. I see that only 2 people can be logged in at the same time. What would be the best option for my team, since we all need to be logged in and working on projects at the same time?

One of my customer is seeing an error on both browers - edge and chrome. He is unable to view tasks for a Project where he himself is the Project owner. It's bizzare because we have tried logging in as him and are able to see the tasks, updated his access level, but still no change in the problem. Has anyone else faced any similar issue and can guide me? 

You recently merged personal and business accounts which has made Acrobat unusable for the organization and since you can't create any actual Admin tools, each user has to be fixed individually. How can you call this an "enterprise" product and have zero tools for centralized management? We've got most users back on Acrobat Pro but some of them are missing features. Like they can edit, the can redact, which both indicate they have a Acrobat Pro, yet they cannot request signatures. What is the problem?   

While examining metric reports in Adobe Analytics, I noticed a significant disparity between two scenarios. In the first scenario, I selected a date range spanning from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, and analyzed Visit metrics with the "Loggedin" dimension, segmented by quarters of the year. In the second scenario, I narrowed the date range to January 1, 2022, to March 31, 2022, while maintaining the same metrics, dimension, and quarter-based breakdown. Surprisingly, despite the identical quarter-based breakdown, a substantial gap in data was observed. I am curious to understand the underlying reasons behind this discrepancy.

In my enterprise environment we have several users who use all things adobe an creative cloud. We would like a configuration solution in order to allow licensed users to updated adobe apps without admin priviledges. I have seen this documentation. https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/basics.html#update-order But it does not offer what I need. I want users to be able to update application with out needing local or network admin rights.

Hi,I'm trying to deploy Adobe Acrobat Pro without the Adobe PDF maker add-ins that get installed using the standard installer.These add-ins cause stability issues with Outlook which users have been experiencing and complaining about.We install Acrobat on a per user basis if and when users request it to be installed.Looking forward to a response.Regards,Simon

Hey guys,  Our Creative Cloud does not want to sync anymore. It's stuck at "Getting storage information", and it's been like that for a couple of days.  It not a problem with my mac, because our whole team has the same issue at the same time. We've tried all the standard things like logging out of CC, quitting the CC, change permissions to folders, checked our network, ... But nothing has worked. Does anybody else also have this issue? And more importantly a solution? 😉Or is the only option to completly uninstall and reinstall the creative cloud? Thanks!

I am looking for any advice, opinions or feedback on improving my user experience for my organizations Creative Cloud application deployment.  We have roughly 50 user's with individual Creative Cloud licenses. We have a Citrix XenApp deployment. Version '2203 lstr cu3'. We have our main 'Gold Image' for standard applications but we have our Adobe applications such as Acrobat, Creative Cloud and graphic programs like Photoshop, Premier Pro and Illustrator on separate 'Silo' servers due to the resource intensive nature of these applications which could not run simultaneously with other applications on the 'Gold Image'. When a user opens one of the Adobe applications, they are on a separate server from their normal Citrix server. So they would have two connections to two separate Citrix servers.  Our Adobe application 'Silo' is running on Windows Server 2019, 64 bit. We are facing an issue with auto update feature which got enabled in creative cloud.app. This issue cause the compatibiltity issue between the other creatve cloud Apps like XD, photoshop etc. Could you please help to hide that setting or disable the auto update for Creative cloud .app for multiple users. 

Will the new updates to file syncing affect CC Libraries?

HelloWe have recently moved out licensing subscription from Teams licenses to Enteprise licenses. I am in the process of migrating our users across but I have noticed that under Teams licenses there appears to be no way of removing the automatic emails that get sent when a user is removed from the access group.I can see how to do this under Enterprise licenses but under Teams the option is not there. I would like to stop these emails before I remove 180 users from thes Teams licenses, as we will inevitably receive a large amount of questions.ThanksEd

In all programs where there is a BETA version, the "normal" versions are downloaded and then deleted again. I don't really understand the download process either. We have a 300 MBit line for the download. This is also fully used when downloading the AUSST. It downloads a folder completely, deletes it again and downloads the whole thing again with only 7 MBit.Currently the size of the download folder is 178 GB. However, 318 GB were downloaded. Hello, Since the most recent update to Adobe Admin Console, we can no longer modify the quotas allocated to the profiles, all at a glance and on the same page, where we can see the profiles table.That used to be possible and it was very practical, just by clicking on modify quota, and changing quotas easily for each profile on the table of profiles.Now, after the latest update to Admin Console, each profile has to be opened individually, then going to profile detail and by following different details of the profile, the quota can be modified, NOT AT ALL PRACTICAL! Thanks in advance for bringing back the useful quota management table. 

We have an Adobe Enterprise plan with >8TB storage. Existing quota per user is 1 TB. How the storage quota per user can be increased >1TB?  

I was looking to transfer my creative cloud files from my student account to my already-existing personal account. The only instructions I have found forces you to transfer your student files to a brand new personal account, which, in my case, would make my paid personal account useless. I configured AUSST and it works great. I will like to use AUSST for Adobe Reader update but I dont want to install Creative Cloud Desktop. I tested an update of reader with AUSST and its working. But, I have many devices on VPN, so I don't want these devices downloading from my internal server, but rather downloading their updates directly from Adobe's servers. I know there is fallback block ("AdobeFallbackForAUSST") in ServiceConfig.xml. Is it possible to use Fallback without Creative Cloud Desktop ??
