So, I was real happy to get a new career at a new company. I got a new laptop! I want to install my Adobe on my new laptop. When I went to log in, I realized that my sign in wants to confirm with my old work email and/or my old work phone. I don't have access to either. How do I cancel the old subcription when I can't log in to them? Do I just dispute the charge when I see it come up on my credit card?
trying to update my internal update server and it keeps downloading the latest versions in chinese - where as i need engllish (GB) rum comes back with failed to download when the auust is crap in it self. i beg someone send me some answers plss and dont worry ive done everything you lot have said in the past too.
I t would be great to allow auto-deletion of users that fall out of scope during sync, from both admin console and directory users. If immediate deletion is not preferable, perhaps a defined expiry could be applied and users could be auto-deleted from directory users after the expiry times out.
I am trying to update our Creative Cloud Package created via the admin console, since the beginning of October. But the installation of the package fails every time. It does not matter if I update our exisiting package or if I create a new package all together. We normally use the package for a scipted installation for our Citrix envirorment. But the packages also fails when I try to install them on my normal pc. The packages contains Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat. I have attached the PDApp log below.
Our office has a small number of iMacs of various age. With this comes various versions of the OS.Our problem is that no two of our applications (InDesign especially) have the same features from one computer to the next. This makes file sharing unpredictable.We purchased a site licence for Creative Cloud but I take it that we need a Team version.I've done some looking around Adobe's site but can't seem to find more technical answers as opposed to marketing information.Would love some clarity.Thanks.
Just finished a chat with your support. I tried to buy Adobe teams account with 2 licenses of Adobe pro DC. Every time after I finished to buy the product, I get a cancellation massage to my Email. the support just transfer me from one department to another, and don't give me a real solution. so heres some backstory, we were acquired by another company a few years ago. the new company didnt want to use our old adobe account. so they created their own, now they want ours closed down and the users and licenses moved to the new one. our old acct is a:MembershipVIP Select - Level 2 the new account just displays as :Subscription:Annual plan, paid monthlytype: DIRECT we just renewed the licenses on the old VIP acct for another year, so we have time to move things. they no longer want to use our reseller and instead want to buy them direct from adobe. is it possible to move the users and licenses to the new direct account?

So here is my issue:I have at least 4 different Adobe folders located both in Program Files and Program Files (x86), each one also located inside Common Files folder. I HAVE changed the install folder location to a different driver, which works, but only for the programs themselves, like Photoshop or Illustrator; but this does not affect the Adobe folders themselves, which I really want to be removed along these programs and placed together inside a different driver. Adobe Creative Cloud app don't even allow me to choose where it will be installed, like almost every other software I know does. So the question is:How do I change the location where these Adobe folders are placed? I don't want them in my main SSD driver, and I want them in a different driver. There is such option?

Hi All, I need to deploy Adobe Illustrator on a small Lab (5-10 computers) where we provide free tyraining to community kids. I understand that Adobe has 1 user=1 license policy. I don't want to create multiple accounts. Is there a better way to have more than one licenses attached to a single user account?
We have a team account. The problem is that if we want to invite the owner of the team account to edit a cloud file the error message says: The Admin already has access to the files. But in the account of the admin, the files dont appear. Talked to 5 employees on the phone and chatted with 10 people. Nobody can help me. And this is a key function we need to have to work properly in our company.

Hi. The I'm changing jobs soon and I've got 7+ years for 100 + clients worth of kits (now Web Projects) on my account. A couple of years ago, support helped transfer my former colleague's projects across to my account. I was wondering if there's a way to do this again to another team member or the organisation's account. Recreating the projects on another account is not possible, updating files will be impossible across our client-hosted files. I was really hoping for some help on this. The documentation and forums haven't helped on this. Thanks!
I am having the hardest time with taking care of my business VIP invoice. I have spoken with my account manager last week and I was told that it would take 24-48 hrs to receive it but that time has passed and our subscription is due for expiration in 2 days. I have called her (account manager) numerous times and left messages and have even contacted suppot (both via chat and over the phone) and they have supplied me a different account manager's informatin and have told me that I will hear something within 24 hrs. I don't understand why getting an invoice is so hard during a renewal and how they can just allow for business accounts to come close to expiration without proper customer service. I've created packages for the Creative Cloud apps that we're going to be licensing and setup the packages so Remote Update Manager is on (which it is by default). Some of the packages can be updated while others encounter errors with the download. One would think if the update process was a firewall issue I would not be able to update any apps. Since I wanted to test the upgrade process I created packages of the older versions, where available, and then wanted to upgrade to match the current version. I ran into this issue yesterday and tried again this morning with Photoshop hoping it might have been a temporary issue. Any ideas why some applications cannot download updates?Successes:Light Room - updates without any issue from 6.0 to 6.6.1Media Encoder - updates without any issue from 10.3 to 10.4Premiere Pro - updates without any issue from 10.3 to 10.4Failures:Photoshop - fails to update from 17.0 to 17.0.1After Effects - fails to update from 13.8 to 13.8.1Mos
Hey, as mentioned: I manage a company, which is using different Adobe licenses on mutliple personal accounts. This is annoying and difficult to manage. I just can't find a way to level my account up to a company / business account, which is allowed to use Admin Console.I want to use this account as a company / business account. 1 license is running on it. Can i level it up to a business account ? How ?Do i have to create a new business account ? Can i collect all of our licenses together in one business account ? Best regards
Recently Adobe's system seemed to have distributed users and licenses across multiple consoles for one our tenants. After addressing this confusion and migrating users to their correct locations, it became necessary to cancel licenses that were no longer in use.For the past two days, I've been trying to reach out to someone who can assist me with the license cancellations. During this time, I found myself repeating my concerns and being transferred from one agent or team to another, with the need to reiterate my situation repeatedly.After spending over 5 frustrating hours navigating through support, I reached a point where I couldn't contain my frustration any longer. At that moment, I expressed my dissatisfaction, and to my surprise, I was transferred to another agent without prior notice.This new agent, Simeone, seemed eager and energetic to help resolve my issue. She asked me to restate my problem, but at this point, I felt exhausted from explaining the situation over and over again
We have a year subscription for a high school for the entire CC suit. The most frustrating thing is that all apps keep pushing the use of AI features sometimes eveninterrupting workflow or pushing panels and tools that dont work. Apparently all these features dont work on shared device licenses. kids just get an error saying that we have violated the terms or that the system is too busy. Is there a way to remove all this stuff?We have started to use Canva since these features are disabled for us.
