I want to share my entire Lightroom library (all syned to Adobe Cloud) with multiple people in our company; I simply want a shared company LR library.  I converted from an individual plan to a Teams plan and purchased 2 "all apps" licenses.  Adobe sales is telling me that the libraary can be shared.  Adobe support is telling me that it can't be shared.  Support is telling me that the only way to share is to share individual albums.  Well, even in our small company, we have hundreds of albums in dozens of folders in a nice, clean hierarchy.  Sharing indidual folders isn't efficient or feassible.  I could share things 1 album at a time under my individual plan, so why pay a lot more of a collaborative business (Teams) plan? Can someone please help?  I have spent several frustrating hours on phone calls with Adobe getting absolutely nowhere.  There has to be a way to share the Lightroom library. It would be great if there was an option to allow notes for the Creative Cloud users.  Or even an optional field for departments.  When it comes time for billing in a large organization, it would make splitting the bill between departments much easier.

Hello,  I am a technical specialist and I assist clients in performing migrations from VIP->LGA on their Adobe Admin Console. The "Troubleshoot Bulk CSV Uploads" helpx guide includes documentation on how to resolve various errors, but sometimes after performing these migrations I get a "Not processed" error, where 0 users are migrated with zero insight as to why, and nothing within the Adobe documentation I have found explains this occurrence. If there is a guide that explains this issue, please let me know.  If I had to guess, I would suspect that the enterprise-type console throws an error when it sees Adobe IDs (which a lot of my clients are still utilizing) as opposed to Business IDs. But if this is not true, then I am completely baffled why some migrations I perform succeed without issue, and some fail for seemingly no reason.  

Hello,I am experiencing an issue while downloading Lightroom Classic 12.3 via our internal Update server. As soon as I click on "Install" the error 403 appears.We set up the internal server about 2 years ago and it worked perfectly fine. Since the latest updates were downloaded via AUSST this issue appears. I even tried to download the updates again but nothing changed.We are able to install all CC Products and even Lightroom Classic 11.5 but if we try to update or freshly install Lightroom Classic 12.3 the error appears without starting the download. The solution from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error403 won't change anything. I logged out from Adobe CC and even uninstalled the whole application -> same issue. It also appears on different computers.

Fresh installed windows 10 creating the following error when running installer for adobe creative cloud: The installer you downloaded won't work on your computer. Choose "OK" to download the installer that matches your windows. Error Code: 717. Pressing OK and downloading the suggested installer also return the error 717.

I noticed in my Admin Console under Products and Licenses that for Adobe Illustrator I have 2 quantities. I believe this needs to be corrected because I only require 1 quantity. Can I cancel 1 Adobe Illustrator quantity?

Ich habe es vor tu lernen und vielleicht damit geld zu verdienen.  Meine Frage ist die.  Brauche ich eine separate Lizenz von Photoshop [wenn ja welche und wo] die mir durch Photoshop bearbeiteten Bilder zu verkaufen erlaubt? This Error Pops up every time i launch Photoshop. I am using an enterprise account from schoo, and it works just fine on my laptop.I have tried every method of fixing this including deleting all files and registry  Confession: I did have a cracked version that I didn't know about which i think is why it's not working

Hi there, I have an Enterprise Adobe CC account and after creating a new library folder and adding assets into this, the folder will not sync. I only noticed this issue because when sharing the link to the folder to my colleagues, they told me the folder appeared empty. Have attached a screenshot of the issue.Any/all ideas welcome, i recognise it could just be a problem Adobe side but would be good to get this confirmed so they can fix if so? 

I own a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription that I use regularly between a desktop and a notebook. Rarely I need to use the software on a third machine. However, I need to use Adobe Acrobat daily on that third computer. What is happening now is that I need to constantly logoff/logon and deactivate one of the licenses, just because of my need to use Acrobat on one of the machines. I'm thinking about getting an Adobe Acrobat license for the third machine.  My question is this: when I will login on the third machine with the intent of using just Acrobat, if I assign an Acrobat license to my AdobeID, will "Adobe license server" apply my Acrobat license? Or my Creative Cloud license? I'm thinking I can create a different AdobeID just for Acrobat. However, on my phone I use Adobe Account Access app and also Adobe Scan. I'm worried that this will all become a mess even worse that just having to logon/logoff from one of the3 computers as I have now. Can anyone provide me

I previously bought 3 full adobe creative licenses from a reseller but now they have expired.I accidentally added 3 licenses to my profile( VIP) from the adobe site. How do I delete them from my profile?they have been added but cannot be used because they are still to be paid and I don't want to pay them.Thank you

How do you handle users who only use a product once every quarter or once every 6 months? Could I shuffle licenses in the admin center and only apply the licenses to each user when they need/request them?

Hi Adobe people! I work for a large organization through which I have an enterprise ID for Adobe. They just switched up how we're supposed to login. They gave us something called a Federated ID. They said that during the new sign-in process we would have a chance to sync our CC Library and Cloud documents but it never gave me that option and now it looks like my cloud is empty, like I just started a new account. The weird thing is that on certain applications, including on this forum, you can see my account history and I can even get access to my Library, but since I'm using the exact same email address that I was for the old account, I can't share my library with myself because it says I already have access. But it's not showing up in the actual apps. Any ideas on how I can access my old CC Library? I'm using the same computer.

Hi, about a month ago I lost access to my student adobe creative cloud account as well as access to all my files on Lightroom without warning. I go to university (and have recently graudated) at a school that offered access to all creative cloud apps. I want to be able to download all of my Lightroom files because I didn't get a chance to before I lost my access without warning. I was looking at the migrating student assets page and was trying to do that, but I kept getting an error. Whenever I try to log into my student account/email, it always gives me an error saying access denied. I just want to be able to download all of my files. I have contacted adobe support with no luck and I have been trying to work with my school's IT department, but they are also not helping. When I contacted adobe support they said that my school email did not have an account? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hello! I have recently been tasked with migrating off of the onprem python job of syncing users from active directory to the adobe identity management tool. When reveiewing all of the documentation for SCIM provisioning for Adobe, there is no documentation about group management via SCIM. When trying to test user sync between Azure and Adobe, I noticed that the user account will get recreated and no groups will be added to the user, so all products and groups information gets deleted. Are there detailed instructions somewhere on how to adjust the SCIM user and or group mappings to send this group and product zone to adobe so that information is synced correctly? Or are there ways to manually map the group name to what currently exists in Adobe as they are different and synced via this python job?

How do you delete all files from Adobe Cloud documents? How to stop users from saving to cloud? I have removed files but they are still showing in storage report on dashboard.

We have several CC Libraries that are necessary enterprise-wide and others that need to be kept to certain groups, but it's not clear how to indicate when one is open to all or not.
