iPad Pro. 5G wifi. No issues with any other apps. Been using Fresco all day and suddenly became unusably slow around midnight. Turned iPad off and on. Uninstalled Fresco and reinstalled. No improvement. Please help!

hello, i'm having issues with Fresco lagging, then freezing, then crashing. Sometimes it auto saves and other times not so i have to redo the work that was lost. I have the latest Apple ipad and pencil to it's not an equipment issue.  I have a project due soon and am not able to complete because of this issue. please help. joni taylor

Hello there,My son’s iPad Pro is brand new and we’re using the family sharing to install the creative cloud apps. Adobe Draw and Sketch work fine. But Adobe Fresco won’t get past the Loading Documents spinning wheel. Not sure if it’s because there’s so much incredible stuff that’s being uploaded....or if it’s glitched?Has anyone else experienced this?Have added a photo to show where we’re at.Many thanks! 

I've been using Fresco for years on my iPad and can switch between portrait and landscape mode by simply turning my device but but when I try this on my iPhone I stay stuck in portrait mode which I find hopelessly small and cramped. Is landscape mode possible on an iPhone?  

Who doesn't love when the program breaks and all of your files are gone! Crazy that Adobe allows Fresco to be used when the problem of it losing files with no way of getting them back has been ongoing for years and yet there's no solution hmmmmmmmmmm crazy!

Title says it all. When using the transform tool to rotate lines, they become blurred and less strong/intense as they were before with the pencil brush, for example. What's funny is that while rotating the line quality appears the exact same, but when you click "Done" to finalize the rotation, it only then blurs. Any fixes? Is this a bug? Feature? 

I know where going way back to Adobe Ideas app, but i would love to be able to open my original drawings from way back then, in Fresco etc, only can preview them, or being able to simply convert them .idea to psd or pdsc etc. 🙂 Please Adobe.

Bonjour, 'je suis désespérée j'ai réalisé un dessin sur mon compte Adobe d'école (qui aujourd'hui est perime) aujourd'hui sans me rendre compte que j'avais fais sur ce compte  tout à l'heure ça m'a demandé de me reconnecterje me suis connecté à mon adresse e-mail pro car je n'ai plus accès à mon compte étudiant il est périmé  seulemenr mon dessin est dans le cloud de celui ci..  que faire ? je suis désespéré merci d'avance  belle journée à vous..

The perspective grid in Fresco feels extraordinarily clunky, impractical and difficult to use. For any realistic perspective, I wind up having to try and get the vanishing points offscreen, but then can't get to them to reposition them because they're offscreen beyond the minimum zoom level. And, beyond that, trying to pan around while editing the perspective grid just launches the grid in any number of random directions with absolutely no correlation to the direction I move my cursor or fingers -- it just spins all over the place in seemingly random directions. (I just messed with it more and figured out that it's got the X and Y axes crossed -- moving vertically pans horizontally and the like. It's extremely confusing to use at any working pace and I'm almost certain this is a bug.) I was expecting something a lot more like Illustrator's PG and I just get too frustrated to ever make use of the one in Fresco. I can't even get it positioned to begin with. Is there something wrong

Hello Adobe people, I take class and reading notes on fresco and have two different sized ipads I use for this. I can view the notes later on my desktop using creative cloud, love the system and setup. General question though regarding conflicted copies: when I sometimes switch ipads for fresco use I get autosave problems and conflicted copies in my creative cloud. Any work around for this. I imagine it has something to do with saving the file locally to each ipad?—why doesn't Adobe just keep the most recent save as the authority file and is it possible to do that? so that I don't have conflicted copies as much.

Is there a way to open any kind of image to use as an asset, or to help create an asset, in Fresco?

when I try to open a file on local disk or cloud, it crashs. window just disappears when loading is finished on cloud document,  or  loading forever when I trying open local file. I tried log-out, log-out and log-in again, windows log in as administrator account, open as administrator, format because I thought maybe window 11 is problem so windows 10 may work, update drivers, uninstall and reinstall again using adobe cleaner,  and things but it does not work. I tried to attached log file but it does not support zxp file. let me know how if you know it 

One thing that could quickly enhance the user experience in Adobe Fresco is the way the cursor is presented when using different tools. Currently, regardless of the tool selected, the cursor displayed is a generic one. For instance, if you're using an eraser with a width of 220 pixels, you won't realize its actual size until you start using it. It would be much more intuitive and user-friendly if the cursor's width were immediately visible, just like when you're actively erasing. This is a simple improvement that could greatly benefit users, and it's worth considering for future updates.oh.. and your tags sucks lol... 

My fresco premium brushes won't load without a decent Internet connection. Is there a way to use them offline? Also, almost everytime I open fresco, I find that all the premium brushes are gone. Even the brush library won't load. Only uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the problem. But it still requires decent internet connections to load those brushes. I downloaded all those brushes directly on fresco. Why can't I use them offline? Any suggestion? Thanks.[My device is ipad pro 6th gen]

Some icons in fresco do not work , I use Photoshop and it work very good but in fresco i can't change colors or change brushes

The loading page of the app appears and the icon on the taskbar seems to be open but when i click it it doesn't do anything, tried to update it and to restart my pc but nothing changes, have no clue about this

I am a Graphic Design Lecturer, started teaching in 1994, so I have been around the block a few times. I have to teach Fresco in the next few weeks, and I am not happy about it. I find Fresco extremely unstable. It crashes all the time and when it doesn't just close and disappear it freezes. It's also unpredictable... I can do one thing and it works fine, then open a new canvas and do the same thing and it freezes. If you're lucky it actually saved your work and you can return to it... mostly when you come back to your work it lost many steps (as in no point, you may as well start over). On occassion it doesn't freeze and you manage to save all your work, but when you return to your work it's either missing or it has been rearranged like a rubics cube. In the last two days I must have sent off 20 bug reports. I remember why I never pursued Fresco in the past. I gave up on it... the only reason I'm circling back is because I have to teach it. I have an iPad Air (3rd

I have been using Fresco since it was released. It has been life-changing. But one need I've found an issue with from its beginning is that when I use vector brushes on a layer - and then bring that Fresco PSDC into Photoshop, the vector layers do not hold up if I resize the group they are in or Duplicate the layers into another PSD. I've given up and either don't use vector brushes in my Fresco art, or the first thing I do when I open it in Photoshop is to Rasterize the vector layers. Can this be addressed?

Apparently, Fresco updated itself on my iPar Pro 11 to 2.7.1. Whatever it means. Anyway, a silly popup window appeared at first asking me to learn somethong about Fresco. Lol, thank you, but no, thank you. I have beee using this app for a while already. It would be nice if you'd fix this nonsense nag screen one day.  But it got even worse: most of my by brushes suddenly disapeared. They are still listed by their names. But the preview isn't here anymore, and tipping on such a ghost brush shows either no effect at all or this nichtssagend "bitte warten" rotating circle.  Now you may think, no problem, they have to be reloaded for some reason. Some ov them, actually, do appear after a while. Still, entire brush sets are still not appearing – after a day & night of waiting, while I left the app running for that reason. Loading tempo about 1 brushes per 10 minutes or alike. It does not look like the brushes come back to my iPad in this life. So there are some questi

I've done some drawings on the same document playing around but 2 of them I love and want to copy onto a new document to create into a bigger drawing. Is there a way of doing this? I don't want to screenshot it and paste in fear the quality won't be good. thanks in advance 

Hi everyone,I first downloaded an Adobe drawing app in 2018 when I believe they were a bit differently structured (?) and now they all seem to have merged onto the Fresco app. I recently started using it again and noticed a bunch of the old drawings I had used this one particular brush, but I can't seem to find it and am not sure if it was a feature of any of the old apps or something. Anyways, here are some pictures of doodles I drew with that brush. Any help appreciated, thanks! 

Hello,I cannot seem to be able to export an animated gif I created in Fresco on iPad Pro 12.9 without a white background. The later is set to transparent and I tried exporting with both locked and unlocked transparency but it doesn't work.Any tips please?Thanks!
