Questions

I would like to import short movie clips (say less than one minute) into the Fresco timeline. (I want to trace over individual frames to create animated drawings.) Is there a way to do this? I have tried with very simple animated GIF files, but it only loaded the first frame. Thanks

I have Fresco on an iPad Pro #rd gen (11 inch).The opaciy slider stays at 100%.  It doesn't move when I touch the circel and try to slide it. Is there something I am missing here? 

When Apple released it's M1 over a year ago, I must say I felt some excitment at the prospect of running some of the painting and drawing apps I had on my iPadPro on my Wacom Cintiq Pro. It's been some time now and with all the new features released at Max this past week it's brought back the anxiety over when will the M1 compatible version of Fresco be available? (Not ungrateful, just too much suspence!)

Hello. I see that this is an ongoing issue for this product since 2019 (no comment on that...). But it is really getting ridiculous. The app crashes more than 10 times in 15 minutes. I can't do anything. I have 16gb ram, i7 11th Gen processor, nvidia geforce mx350, so no, there is no problem in my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted the computer, nothing works. Can this please be solved, is there any solution to this ?

Ever time I open fresco it just says loading documents, I've tried everything I've found online to fix but nothing works, plz help I just want to do the art

Is it possible to draw inside a object in fresco? 

I've recently updated everything and attempted all of the steps that the adobe virtual helper suggests. Nothing works! Every time I open Fresco, it takes a long time to load. When it finally does, I can open one of my documents and work for about a minute and a half before it crashes. It's maxing out my GPU but I have plenty of space and storage available. This happened periodically with the old version, but since updating to the new version it happens every single time.I'm falling behind on deadlines. HELP!!

If I have a layer(1) with an object that comes up after i.e 10 frames of another layer(2), I had to add 10 empty frames to level 1? 

Is it possible to load a brush with more than one color?

I use Fresco daily for sharing real-time graphics into various online platforms- Zoom, Webex, etc. In the last month or so, I am noticing an increase in the number of times Fresco is crashing. It comes about suddenly, and it will just abruptly shut down. It always loses at least the very last thing I did, and then I have to relaunch and open again. This is NOT a professional look when I'm sharing my screen live with hundreds of people! I have all updates on both the iPad IOS and the Adobe suite. What's going on?? Any solutions to this? I'll also mention, this happens REGARDLESS of how many layers are in play. At first, I thought it happened when I had alot of layers going (6+) but now I'm seeing it even with only 2 or 3 layers!

Just today I have had Fresco crash a total of 6 or 7 times when trying to perform basic functions like filling an area selected with the lasso tool and then when I was trying to zoom with gestures. It is making it impossible to do any work. I was doing all of these actions only a few hours ago with no problems. I have not changed anything with my computer and as far as I know, there hasn't been a recent update of Fresco. I tried the usual fixes for software glitches: restarted program, restarted computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the program. To no avail. Any suggestions about where to look for problems? It is a brand new Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga Gen 5 with Windows 10

Pressure sensitivity does not work with Wacom Intuos Pro, Fresco and win10.On Illustrator and Photoshop it works.I have tried many things: re-installs, options and driver updates, various options, configuration files, windows ink deactivation, compatibility mode, etc.We all know Adobe's problems with Wacom, but we have always been able to solve them by tweaking, with configuration files and various juxtapositions. This unfortunately I can not solve it.Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm trying to use fresco on my mobile 13 but I seem to not have any pen sensitivity in fresco. On Photoshop it works fine... Weird thing is on first run of fresco it worked fine. But from the second time, it stopped...

Hello,Since the timelapse option has been added to adobe fresco it has been quite unsatisfactory, skipping over strokes and such, but it is nonetheless an option on all of my recent drawings. I created a drawing today just for the timelapse and there is not even the option to do it on the export page. I went to an older drawing and the option is there. But, for some reason it has disappeared for my new drawing. Any reason why? and is there any way to improve the quality of the timelapses in general. I'd love to actually have a full version to show the entirety of my work.

  Hello, I have a problem with Adobe Fresco. This is a problem with a tool called the clipping mask.To summarize, I created an all-vector logo, with a good twenty layers, all in vector.With some layers I used the "clipping mask" function to change the color of the path of the lower layer, which is very practical when, for example, you just want to change the color of a path without having to redo it. .Except that when I export to illustrator on my mac I find myself with pixels in the area where I just used the clipping mask, I tried with other software and even an e-reader simple vector, I come to the same verdict.So I tell myself that this clipping mask function has maybe a beug? maybe i am using it the right way?   

Maybe I'm missing something incredibly obvious, but I can't see how to edit in Illustrator on my desktop a document created in Fresco on my iPad.   I can see the file in Cloud Documents online but can't see a way to download the file or send it to Illustrator as I could with Adobe Draw. Any help would be appreciated.

Starting two days ago. Fresco shows all the files synced. On Photoshop I can't open sone files. When I try to acces files via CC it shows the same as PS 1 out of 4 files has cloud icon and are syncing while opening. Adobe web account shows no files, but shortcut on the main page shows last 5 or 6 files. First image is from PS opening screen second from Ipad Fresco

You see at the 'Home' of the Fresco say that next update will be comming with perspective grid, new vector brushes and so on... I think I've waited for that update for long time... really want to know when will it be. Especially I am looking foward to the perspective grid. Hope it will be useful as it is in Procreate.  So... any information about next update???  Please say anything... little infor welcome. Thank you. 

I'm trying to get my setup to work correctly with Fresco on Windows and am having one basic problem that I can't seem to crack.  I can't get the eraser to map to the stylus button. The app settings have the "Top Button" linked to the Erase or Erase with Brush actions. What is the Top button? Is this a setting exclusively for use with the Apple Pencil? Is there a way to map this "top Button" feature to a button on another stylus? I understand that Huion tablets are nto officially supported by Fresco and that may be the issue, but the simplistic menus and app settings on this program are infuriating. If they're going to give us pen input settings, at least let us map the buttons for our own workflow.  

Anyone able to crack why when you have both vector layers and pixel layers with opacity effects on them, Freco will then flatten the artwork when transferring it to a desktop Ai ? I'm trying to send the layers and artwork I have on a design from fresco to my Mac but it flattens the artwork making it impossible to edit or adjust 

I noticed in some tutorials, the cursor is shown as a colored dot. How does one get that dot?

Hello!! The problem just like my title, I cant open my adobe fresco since today morning. When i click it, it always goes back to my home screen. My device is Windows 10. How can i do it with??

When adobe fresco opens the first time on windows 11 it fills the screen. But after I close down I cant get it to fill the screen anymore. I have reinstalled and then it only fills the screen the first time after that i only get windowed mode. I have searched google for answers without luck. Is there a fix for this?
