  Hello, I have a problem with Adobe Fresco. This is a problem with a tool called the clipping mask.To summarize, I created an all-vector logo, with a good twenty layers, all in vector.With some layers I used the "clipping mask" function to change the color of the path of the lower layer, which is very practical when, for example, you just want to change the color of a path without having to redo it. .Except that when I export to illustrator on my mac I find myself with pixels in the area where I just used the clipping mask, I tried with other software and even an e-reader simple vector, I come to the same verdict.So I tell myself that this clipping mask function has maybe a beug? maybe i am using it the right way?   

Maybe I'm missing something incredibly obvious, but I can't see how to edit in Illustrator on my desktop a document created in Fresco on my iPad.   I can see the file in Cloud Documents online but can't see a way to download the file or send it to Illustrator as I could with Adobe Draw. Any help would be appreciated.

Starting two days ago. Fresco shows all the files synced. On Photoshop I can't open sone files. When I try to acces files via CC it shows the same as PS 1 out of 4 files has cloud icon and are syncing while opening. Adobe web account shows no files, but shortcut on the main page shows last 5 or 6 files. First image is from PS opening screen second from Ipad Fresco

You see at the 'Home' of the Fresco say that next update will be comming with perspective grid, new vector brushes and so on... I think I've waited for that update for long time... really want to know when will it be. Especially I am looking foward to the perspective grid. Hope it will be useful as it is in Procreate.  So... any information about next update???  Please say anything... little infor welcome. Thank you. 

I'm trying to get my setup to work correctly with Fresco on Windows and am having one basic problem that I can't seem to crack.  I can't get the eraser to map to the stylus button. The app settings have the "Top Button" linked to the Erase or Erase with Brush actions. What is the Top button? Is this a setting exclusively for use with the Apple Pencil? Is there a way to map this "top Button" feature to a button on another stylus? I understand that Huion tablets are nto officially supported by Fresco and that may be the issue, but the simplistic menus and app settings on this program are infuriating. If they're going to give us pen input settings, at least let us map the buttons for our own workflow.  

Anyone able to crack why when you have both vector layers and pixel layers with opacity effects on them, Freco will then flatten the artwork when transferring it to a desktop Ai ? I'm trying to send the layers and artwork I have on a design from fresco to my Mac but it flattens the artwork making it impossible to edit or adjust 

I noticed in some tutorials, the cursor is shown as a colored dot. How does one get that dot?

Hello!! The problem just like my title, I cant open my adobe fresco since today morning. When i click it, it always goes back to my home screen. My device is Windows 10. How can i do it with??

When adobe fresco opens the first time on windows 11 it fills the screen. But after I close down I cant get it to fill the screen anymore. I have reinstalled and then it only fills the screen the first time after that i only get windowed mode. I have searched google for answers without luck. Is there a fix for this?

I can't find any info on if any windows tablets use directx 12.0 or 12.1 

looking at what the system requirements to run fresco on my desktop it seems i should be able to yet i get compatibility warnings and cannot download it. and yes all drivers and OS are up to datehere is what i am running on my desktop:Dell Precision tower 7910windows 10 Pro v.21H1 - windows experience: 120.2212.3530.0128 GB RAM(dual) intel Xeon CPU E5-2667 v4 @ 3.20GHz(dual) Nvidia Quardo K1200yet i can run it on my Wacom mobile studio pro tablet with no issues:windows 10 Pro v.21H1 - windows experience: 120.2212.3530.016 GB RAMintel i7-6567U @ 3.30GHzintel iris graphics 550it doesn't make any sense since my desktop is much more powerful than the wacom in so many areas and it's very frustrating as i love using it on my tablet but i want to be able to also use it on my desktop as well and work between the two devices seamlessly

Hi! it seems that other versions of the app feature a shapes library. One of my favorite Adobe cloud features is the shapes that I make in capture. I was hoping to be able to access Them in fresco on my iPhone, but I don't have a shape tool on my toolbar. Is there some other way to access the shape library or do I have to just upload them as images ? thank you !! 🙂 

Hello, The text menu don´t appear in my Fresco! is this normal?

I started fresco for the first time and wanted to play around with brushes, testing settings and customizing my favorites. It will continually crash when switching settings, brushes and trying to test them. I'm on Windows 10 using a Nvidia GEforce card, never had overlay turned on (which was suggested as the problem in your forum). Please help. 

I can't seem to upgrade to the current version of Fresco. I am running Windows 10 with 4 graphics cards, the latest being the NVIDIA RTX 2080. When I visit the Intel site it tells me the graphics drivers are up to date. Fresco 2.1.0 seems to be running fine. When I try to upgrade to 2.7.0 I get the error message that "Graphics card not compatible error for new version of Fresco". I cannot see a list of compatible / incompatible graphics cards anywhere so I don't know how to resolve this problem.

Hi, I've been trying to organise the 'Start a new document' section on my Home page - delete unwanted formats, and / or re-name them (currently stuck with names like 'My size' and 'My my size'!)Can't seem to find a way to do this. Your experience and help much appreciated. 

Just installed Adobe Fresco on a Windows 10 laptop with a NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2060 dedicated graphics card and Intel UHD Graphics integrated to the CPU. Whenever opening the brushes tab Fresco stops working, the GPU driver crashes and I loose video. I've already looked at the suggested fix for Fresco crashing when opening the brushes tab, but I don't have NVIDIA Geforce Experience installed (It's an optional installation) therefore I don't have any overlays to turn off. I'm running version 472.12 of NVIDIA Graphics Driver.

I feel like I am missing something fundamental to Fresco as I cannot find it in any tutorial or online help. Whenever I "Merge Down" layers or whenever I use the "Fill" tool, I am no longer able to edit the layer I was working on and it either force opens a new layer or selects a layer that is not hidden. The layer is not locked (I did try locking and unlocking to see if that would work and closing and opening Fresco) and when I try duplicating the layer, it duplicates everything including being unable to edit it. 

Hey, I'm having trouble rendering designs that I had previously done with Illustrator Draw and Illustrator Sketch apps. The image I've tried to export is a line drawing, and looks fine on the Fresco app, it is vectorized and has no background. However when exported it comes out very low quality, pixelated, and with s white background. I work on iPad Pro. Model MQDT2CL/A iOS 14.7.1And my document is 820x360 pixels  3000ppp  

I wanted to unse the texttool of fresco which should be shown on the left side somewhere between the other tools but it's missing. Also the shortcut "T" is not working. I'm using fresco on my surface pro 7. 

Hi there, I am new to adobe everything. I've been playing around on Fresco for about a week and a few days ago, I had a vector brush and vector eraser set to match the angle of my Apple Pencil. I believe this is called angle jitter? Anyways, I opened the app up today and I cannot get it to do that again. The eraser is still doing it the way I want it to so I tried to replicate the settings from the vector eraser on a vector brush but I just cannot get it to take the same angle as the pencil. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing is working. Help!!

I would like to place the ruler at a very small angle but I cannot seem to rotate it to say 1 degrees, the minimum is 2 degrees (and then going up 2.1, 2.2 etc). But when trying to go for 1.9, it automatically snaps to 0 degrees.

Hi! So I downloaded adobe fresco today. And everytime I hit the button to sign in with adobe id nothing happens. I tried google, facebook, and apple and that works fine...I restarted my phone and reinstalled the app. Is there any other way I can sign in with my adobe id? I want to transfer all my projects from Adobe Draw, so thats why I dont want to make another account.
