Running Windows 10 21H2. Can't update to 11 at this time.

Hello all. Searching around for a resolution to this. When I attempt to open Adobe Illustrator (v 27.2 and later 26.5.1) it's taking a very long time to open, if it opens at all. About 50% of the time, the splash screen isn't even loading and the program never opens.

I downgraded from 27 to 26 to see if this yeilded any success, but no luck. I've run Windows' built in troubleshooter, no luck. I checked this forum for answers but the resoultion didn't work for me. I restarted my system and closed every other app, to be sure, but the problem persists.

Anything else you'd do if you were in my shoes?

If the issue persists, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator installed on your computer and system configuration (CPU/GPU/Memory/ Display Monitors used), so that we can investigate this further.
