I made this moodboard thing and i took A4 size document only but I made it into square by making height and width same and then i put my images into it but when i export my work as a jpeg into my laptop my work seems to be all pixelated even though images i have used are of good quality and are not pixelated that much.

You can check the resolution of your jpegs using Illustrator's Control strip (Window>Control). Select one of your jpegs and look at the left side of the Control strip. The PPI (pixels per inch) that you see will be the resolution at the size the image is currently at. As you enlarge the image this resolution will decrease which leads to pixelization. So even if your images were high resolution originally they will be far less so if you are using them at a larger size.

This is either the JPEG quality, which is tool low. Or you exported it too small (in pixels)
