Selection tool problem

Trying to move an object using the Selection tool and I can't, I restarted the software and nothing changed
I also reset the settings of the software and it didn't help, if you can help, thanks.

Please check the Layers panel whether something is locked.

And also can you do Object > Unlock all?

If that does not work, we would need to have more information.
