when I export my CMYK document as CMYK JPG the colors change, how come?

 When I export in RGB the colors are right but in CMYK they're not while the file is in CMYK. Maybe the answer is something really stupid but I can't find any answer online and need a solution quick

How do you open the JPEG? In which app?

Does that app support color management?

 

Do the color numbers change?
