After the latest InDesign 19 update, the "Share for Review" links and comments disappeared

After this most recent InDesign update, my "Share for Review" links have disappeared, along with all of the comments attached. Can anyone help?

We're sorry to hear about your "Share for Review" links and comments disappearing. Could you please clarify whether this issue affects all your "Share for Review" links or just specific ones? Also, ensure that you are currently logged in with the same Adobe ID that was used to create those links.

Please also try signing out of the Creative Cloud, signing back in, and launching InDesign to see if that helps.

 

If that doesn't help, please try the solution suggested in this article and let us know if that helps.

    This exact same thing happened to me, which is not good, as I had a large number of comments from clients. Luckily, I had a complete backup of my machine from before the update. I restored the older version of InDesign from my backup, and my share link / comments returned.
