Exporting INDD as web (like flipbook) preserve files after license expires

Any guidance on what would happen to an INDD file that was exported as a web flip book if the usr who created it was no longer licensed for Creative Cloud with the organization?  If editing rights to the export is shared with another licensed user, would the file continue to function?  

 

Any other ideas for preserving web exports from INDD?

Nothing would happen to it unless you're referring to a publish online file in which case it would no longer be available. There is no way to transfer that so make sure someone has access to the actual INDD file so they can create a new Publish Online document.

Nothing would happen to it unless you're referring to a publish online file in which case it would no longer be available. There is no way to transfer that so make sure someone has access to the actual INDD file so they can create a new Publish Online document.
