How to add a single photo to a folder in LR (refuses to work)

How can I add a single photo to a folder?

I already tried right clicking and choosing "import to this folder" but the stupid thing creates a sub folder and puts a single image into the subfolder which is massively annoying.

It does that even when create subfolder is unchecked. I just want to add a single photo into the exact same folder i previously created along with my other photos.

I'm currently on 11.5

After a few attempts I got it to work!!

I did actually read that section but I thought the import to folder should have been self-explanory.
