Impossible supprimer un catalogue Lightroom sur un réseau

Can you tell us what exactly you expect from the users here?

This very much looks like a OS and/or Synology related issue and does not really seem connected with Adobe Lightroom.

As long as you make sure that the Lightroom application is closed, it's not blocking the catalog and the other files.

Also, make sure you are the owner of the files and folders and have appropriate credentials to delete them.
